Some people will experience minor side effects with bleaching processes, such as "zingers". These are spontaneous shooting pains that occur during or after whitening session. While people with healthy gums and teeth may experience a few sensations, those with gum recession, cracked teeth, weak or thin enamel or faulty restorations may experience more.
