Thank you ALL for this info, I also ALMOST fell for it just about to order, when I googled it and this page came up, Thank God! It seems to be a big scam and I'm sure they will get rimmed for it soon.
Anyway, I have to be honest, I've used a product called "Whitening strips" by Crest and it works great, the only thing you have to be patient to take 1/2 hour twice a day for 14 days, but it does whiten your teeth considerably. So like everything else, I was looking for something for "faster" results but reality is, faster does not mean better, in fact some products may harm the enamel finish of your teeth, but the one above mentioned does not.

I have been using this product for 3 months and I like the way it works. I received the 1st tube and was surprised to receive 3 more very soon after but since I like the product it was actually convenient to receive that many at one time. I am almost out of the last one and plan on re-ordering but will wait until tomorrow to call and see if they have already charged my card for the next 3 month batch.

When you folks think you've been scammed (and we all have at one time or another) I find that though it is totally makes sense to get very pissed off, is it really worth the aggrivation of constant caling these people? Though I am not happy that anyone would take my money that was unintended, I also find that it is not worth the headache. Just learn from the experience and move on. Ya know what I mean?

I purchased and used this product and was highly dissapointed. I kept all reciepts, the box and container. I Xeroxed the container box and reciepts and sent those in as I did not want to send "all" as to have some sort of ammunistion to get my money back. Surprise, surprise.... no e-mail links get in touch with any customer service. Then the phone number is a recording that tells you if you have a payment reversed, that YOU are commiting fraud. NO live customer service reps to speak with. I am surprised that some folks here were able to speak with a live person! Must have been before they were called out as a scam company. My bank reversed all charges, as THEY could not get a hold of any company representatives to discuss my dispute. That was a "plus", as I got my money back. Bottom line...avoid this company at all cots and there is no cheap fix for teeth whitening.

I ordered this foolishly, and seriously think it was empty. nothing was on the brush(?) so I returned in box but have heard nothing about a credit nor do I know how to contact someone there either by phone or online. SERIOUSLY A SCAM>>>>>DO NOT PURCHASE> I will be reporting them with the receipt I have for an empty product.

My dentist told me that not everybody can get the super-white celebrity teeth. My teeth are discolored close to the gums. I was told that many people brush too hard and you wear off enamel exposing the "dentite" which is what your teeth are made of. The dentite (of my teeth anyway) is more yellowish and will not turn white using any product. So as far as my dentist goes- I feel like he was pretty honest to tell me instead of taking my $500 for the light process.

The light (Zoom or Saphire) works like this... You get moulds of your teeth made which you get to keep (stone moulds). Then they make custom fit trays from the moulds for you to put the gel in and wear 30 mins.a day for 2 weeks. Moulds and trays & gel should cost about $200. If you want to have immediate results then you spend about an hour with a blue light on your teeth with the gel solution. The light process costs about $500 which includes all of the other stuff too. Some places charge alot more than this.

I have seen a friend use the trays only and his teeth were scary white. He overused the trays once he started seeing results. The trays are good for maintenance.

I, like many of you, saw this online and ordered it. I wasn't even sure the order went through until I saw it on my bank statement & realized it had. I then decided to go online & see if this indeed is a scam, because I somehow felt it was right after I ordered, however, once you hit that "Submit" key, you can't take it back!

I talked to my bank & they said I needed to wait until I received the product, send it back & then see if they did actually put the charges back to my account before I could file fraud charges.

I am very fortunate because within less than a month the $104.97 was credited back to my account. I think I'm one of the lucky ones! The only thing I'm out is the $1.83 they charged for the WellWatchMD which I immediately cancelled, plus the shipping charges to send the "product" back.

MY ADVICE TO ANYONE IS NEVER ORDER OFF THE INTERNET UNTIL YOU'VE READ UP ON THE PRODUCT YOU'RE ORDERING OR KNOW SOMEONE WHO HAS USED THAT PARTICULAR PRODUCT. I normally never order online, however, did several years ago for a vacuum cleaner, which was a piece of junk and I've never been refunded for that one. I should have been smarter this time, but I guess we all want to believe there are legitimate companies out there. The best thing is to NEVER ORDER ONLINE!!!

Hell yeah its a scam!! Dont fall for it--this tiny little bottle wont do anything for your teeth but will cost you $50 plus a monthly ridiculous fee if you dont cancel memberships to programs you never intended to sign up for! To the people who say it worked for them: try brushing your teeth! This product makes your teeth look whiter WHILE ITS ON! As soon as you brush they go back to the way they are, scam, scam, scam.......

I read some of you guys scam, and I like to say that not all the ads are SCAM!! I have one suggest when you guys want to try something on trial: USE GIFT CARD OF $15 OR $25 $50 depends on product, so that way when they going to charge for full price after 1 week or month (WHATEVER) they going to get SCAM!!

I was surprised to get a second delivery two months after I purchased the product...and my credit card was already charged. They claim that after your first purchase, you automatically get a free membership in their VIP program for which the product is sent to you on a regular basis unless you cancel your membership. This definitely is a scam...and the product does not work. I want my money back.

I just bought the celebrity lip pout and then realized it was a scam like two seconds later. I'm really upset. I did the $50 rebate thing. I canceled my credit card and canceled my membership to that wellness place, but am still out $54.99. I'd like to know, is it possible to still send in that rebate form and get the rebate? Or can you really send the product back and get a full refund like the website says? Has anyone had any success? I am determined not to be out $54.99!!! Has anyone had success calling their bank and getting a refund?

I ordered this through an online ad. I joined something called WellnessWatchersMD for a free trial period. I got the product but did not get the rebate form I was supposed to get or any direction on how to get the $50.00 rebate. I contacted WellWatchers and they got mw my rebate form which needed the original packing slip that came with the product. Luckily I still had it and sent the rebate form a month ago. So far no rebate, but they tell me its coming.

I cancelled my trail membership with WellWatchers and thought all was fine. Then yesterday there is a $99.99 charge on my bank card. I did not know what this was and it caused my account to be overdrawn, hence a $35.00 charge from the bank. I checked the web site that the charge was assigned which was www.IONLINEorder.com. Conveniently the Web site is "under construction". I got a customer service number for www.IONLINEorder.com from WellWatchers and finally got a customer service rep. They told me I had agreed to a VIP membership, to what I'm not sure and that they sent me more whitener.

I agreed to join WellWatchers for a free trail but never got any information from www.IONLINE or Celebrity Sexy Teeth. I got no email confirmation of this VIP membership, I got no mail from them, and I didn't even get an email saying that they shipped something to me and were charging my card $99.99.

I will never buy anything online again!!!! Almost all ads are there to rip you off in some way. I can now send back the Celebrity White Teeth shipment and receive my money back, if I get it. I won't get the $35.00 overdraw fee from my bank that was cause by their crooked practices. I believe that a law to it illegal to charging anyone’s account for "memberships" that are "trial" memberships and need to be canceled at a future date. This practice serves no purpose but to try and rip people off. Any legitimate company can contact you at the end of a "free" trial membership and ask if you wish to continue, not just attach a charge to the card account that you used for another purchase.

Bottomline here is that none of these companies are good companies to be dealing with and they should be avoided by all until they go out of business.

HORRIBLE PRODUCT AND HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!! Beware! It rushes you through the entire purchase so that you have no time to realize "Hello, this is a SCAM!"; charges your card for numerous unauthorized charges; and finally claims that if you mail in the rebate, you're practically getting the item for free. I can't believe I let my guard up and fell for this ridiculous scam! I have been battling with them for 2 months now, and have yet to receive my $50 refund! They claimed they mailed it on 03/09/09, but then they told me today that I was disqualified from the rebate offer. A load of bogus considering I did everything they told me to do with the rebate offer! Finally took it up with my credit card company today - they are refunding me this amount, and issuing me a new card during this dispute. Don't fall for this! Because getting out is like pulling teeth, quite the opposite of what you're trying to do...sorry, couldn't resist!

Scammed and Pissed off !!!!!!!!!! I am so mad I could spit teeth whitner! If I had tried it. I heard there's anti-freeze in it. So I looked at my online bank account and I was charged by Ionline $54.99 and received 1 tube today. Then I was charged $2.99 for WellnessWatchers marketing subscription which I didn't order. See the scamers charged a small amount a few days after the original order to see if my card was still active. I just had the bank shut down my debit card and they are fully returning the money to my account. They should be ashamed of themselves. I believe their karma will get them.

okay this is such a scam. Watch out everyone I think they are in business with another scam. My hubby ordered the teeth junk and now we are getting OTHER charges on his credit card for a get rich quick internet company called emillionaires . He never signed up for the emillionaires and it too came up on the credit card as a foreign charge. We have never had this happen before the stupid teeth stuff! My hubby is canceling the credit card tomorrow. I suggest you all do the same or you might start getting charges not only from the crap teeth whitner people but also other scam artists out there.

What a fool I was to fall for this scam. I got the free trial, then about a month later, I got another 3 tubes of the teeth whitener - which does not work - and was charged 99$ for it!!! I sent it back within 30 days like I was instructed to do so, it's been months and I still have not received a refund for it. If any one has any contact information for these people so I can get my money back I would greatly appreciate it.

PLEASE email Google and tell them that one of the ads they sponsor at the bottom of the comments goes striaght to another site where there is a Selebruty Sexy Teeth ad!

Hey, just having a little read of u guys comments, I have recentley been a victim of this scam. not so easy for me to go to FBI as i am from a different country. bank refusing to give my my money back as i placed an order with these cretins previously. had to cancel my card. dont care what banks say, noone should be able to charge my card without my permission even if they do have details. I just received a card form royal mail yesterday stating there was a packet for me but with a 20 pounds customs charge? guess what that is? my order from celebrity sexy that i never ordered!! so not only has this company charged me for something i dont want? they expect me to pay a charge to get it? must think am zipped up the back? i read on another website that the main ingredient in this product is anti-freeze? And as for the comment from MATT CA, get a grip and pull your own head out your ass, were not all computer nerds that have all day to sift through small print! some of us actually work to earn a living, only for a******s like this to take our hard earned cash. good luck to all of u who are trying to get there cash back. As for me? once bitten, twice shy. Any support i can give u to shut this scam down, just give me the nod.
