Celebrity Sexy Teeth Whitener (Scam)

Regarding a scam called 'Celebrity White Teeth'. This company will send you a product if you just pay for shipping and handling. What they don't make obvious is that the cost is really $79.00. This information is buried in their 'Terms and Agreements' section.
What is also difficult if you attempt to call, you get a customer support center who will not tell you where the company 'Celebrity White Teeth' is located or the name of someone at the company that you can talk to.

WHAT A SCAM!!!!! I thought I was smarter than this, and I believed them. I received my product within 2 weeks. After ordering this product I saw a report on the news about scams and saw this one listed. I immediately called and left a message that NO ONE was to charge my account, I only agreed to the 99 cent shipping and handling. Then I received the product and gave it away, I didn't want it after seeing the scam ads. I checked my cc statement and what do you know, 169.99 charge for this. I cancelled my card and am in the process of receiving a new one and fighting this charge! NO ONE SHOULD EVER HAVE TO GO THROUGH THIS!

I just reported this "company" to the BBB and even sent them this page so they can take a look at all our complaints. I really hope we all get our money back and that they stop this fraud. I really encourage all of you to report it to so they can stop it and these "people" don't keep on stealing anyone's money.

I had a severe allergic reaction using this product that put me in the emergency room. I applied it correctly, then took my usual prescription medication, and had to call 911 shortly thereafter. You need to include warnings of possible drug interactions with this product!

Scam, never saw fine print in contract. Charged my credit card $170.00 because i didnt cancell within the 10 day period. Then i got charged for 4 separate things ranging from $40.00 to 100. Absolute BS I will be fighting with companies for a long time. Just cant wait till next months BS statement. Company sold my number out to other companies who are placing charges on my account and unwilling to credit back because it was claimed to be in the CONTRACT. I am about to loose it. Cant seem to find anyone that speaks English and if you get on them and demand charges to be removed they will hang up on you. I just had one of the reps tell me she was going to give me a $20 credit back on a $90.00 charge and to check an email that she was sending out. Read the fine print this time and by accepting the $20 charge back it allows them to publish your credit card to a fraud company that will then hold your number in a data base that most online companies use to check your account to see if you have any complaints. Not worth the hassle.

Has anyone been refunded by using Paypal? From Celebrity White Teeth Scam? A "secure card" should mean just that!!!!!
I'm SICK over this and it is just the start of what looks like a nightmare!
I hope Paypal has my back, anyone get their hard earned $170.00 + bank fees back?

they just take your money for a membership that it worth nothing. it advertises like a free trial just pay shipping.

Honestly I can't believe that their was a scam to this product. I bought the product and their was a error on the computer and it charged me triple, but then I called the company and they fixed everything and they were so helpful. And when I started using this I would take a picture every week to see the improvement, and I can say that I was very happy with the results. I don't use it anymore because I live in a different country now and they don't ship it here. But I didn't know about the scam.

Please dont get involved with this company. Please, how do I contact this place to cancel. I can't find a phone number or email address. Thank you for your kind attention!

Scam: Had to close my credit card due to unauthorized transactionS.

I thought it worked excellent and very quickly - I cancelled due to the re-occurring charge and wanted to use it again. Now I'll just try the peroxide.

These people are crooks! I never received my trial product, and I doubt I'll receive anything for my $159.95, since I canceled my membership to the bend-over club...Even though they refused to refund my money!!! I called twice, hoping to get more cooperation from the 2nd rep, but I got the same crock, from both, stating that I couldn't speak to a manager, after telling me I wasn't getting a refund due to not canceling within the 14 day trial. Well,, maybe I'd have done that had I ever received the trial product...Which by the way, isn't a signature required, for these reasons?!!! I was however, given the email address to customer service, so I emailed them stating all the facts and requesting a refund. A week later I had still received no response I called my bank, and they told me celeb white is within their rights. Ugh! Are you kidding me?!!! I think that clerk must have been high, cuz I don't think so!!! I couldn't believe any of this was really happening, but I'm not done! This company so obviously, does not give a rats ass about their customers, or they would only want satisfied customers! So from here, I am going to approach the matter with the advice from others above in how to get my money back. I'm also going to copy this page of comments, & bring it to my bank, to show to a manager & see if I might get better results... Seems, it would be difficult to turn a blind eye, to such blatant injustice! I'm just not giving up, not until my money is refunded!!!! And I still intend to spread the word about their complete absence of integrity! T.y. to all, for your help!

Contact uour bank immediatly! Put a hold on further charges from this company, dispute the charges via your bank (credit card company) and file complaints with any state and federal bureau that you can!

I used it , and like the others had the monthly fee ( that didn't show until after I put my credit card in.) show up. I had my CC company call me before they ever charged and I said no I canceled the order do not charge my card but it showed up anyway. So, I finally paid the small first amount and kept the product, however I too had to cancel my card after many calls. But, I do have to say that it works along with the other products (GO SMILE) that I have used in the past. It is convenient but it does bother sensitive teeth. I almost felt like I had a cavity after three days. I wondered what it does to the enamel. It really is no different than using hydrogene peroxide on your teeth which is the main ingredient in this product.

I ordered the Celeb White teeth product advertised at 99 cents for a trial sample. I got a small tube of whitening product which I used for 3 days. My teeth were too sensitive for the product so I called and canceled with the company. I left a telephone message (twice) to cancel and noone returned my calls. I then sent two separate e-mails to cancel before the deadline for canceling the subscription for the whitening product. When I got my Visa bill there was a $149.95 charge on the bill (from Argentina) and $4.49 foreign transaction fee. I called Celeb White teeth and talked to a representative that canceled my subscription but said he couldn't authorize taking the charge off of my credit card. He gave me an e-mail address to request a refund and the address wasn't a legitimate address. I changed the address slightly and got it to go through but I have not heard back from the company. So, I contacted my credit card company today and they are removing the charges from my bill. They told me if they have any difficulty with the dispute with Celeb White Teeth, they will not put the charges back on my bill if I can prove that I did cancel the subscription. The credit card company said they will accept copies of my e-mails to Celeb White teeth as proof that I canceled. Because the credit card company can't be positive that Celeb White Teeth won't put further charges on my account, I canceled my credit card and will be issued a new one within the week. I was going to try to report this to the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General's office in the state where the company resides but I was billed out of a foreign company, Argentina. This is totally a SCAM. I didn't get anything for the $149.95 I was charged except grief.

I was also scammed!!! $154.45 I can't believe this. I called the company and they started with the trail period being over and I told them to stop right there I know this is a scam, I will have my attorney call you and I will continue to call back everyday all day until I get my money back. He said hold on for your cancellation number you should recieve a refund in 3 to 5 days. Now if I do or not I will just have to see. I also called and cancellled my debit card. I have learned my lesson!!!!

major ripoff...deceptive practices to trap innocents...they are outside of the States since my bank is charging an international service fee...also they are hard to hold responsible outside of our territory...STAY AWAY

Well, I have an update. Although my bank refunded my $149.95, it really pissed me off that Celebrity White was getting away with not refunding my money. I started calling the CS number and calling and calling. I told one guy who answered the phone that I knew they were a scam and that one-day they would get theirs. I also told them that I was not letting this go and the next person they would speak with would be my attorney. I told them that I had reported them to the Florida BBB and the FTC (I really did). I then called back and I told them that not only would my attorney call but I was going to continue to call them daily. Lo and behold, the next day, my money was refunded to my account from Celebrity White. So in some instances, persistence is the key. Good Luck!!!!!

If you used a credit card to pay these assholes and have good credit, keep writing/calling your company. Remind them that you are a customer in good standing and they should be fighting for you. I did and not only got the $149.95 refunded but the .99 cents S&H as well. File complaints with the BBB, FBI and FTC. Cancel your card and get a new one. I am also e-mailing any site that advertises for this company. They just want the advertising revenue but may not realize they are promoting a fradulent company. Good luck to everybody. SUCH A SCAM! I wish I would have googled this before I even bought it! I got by from the testimonials! I called and cancelled and said that they never got my cancellation. I looked at my account and got sucker charged for 169+. and "customer service" couldnt connect me to ANYONE! not another person or a manager! SUCH RIP OFF! DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER THIS PRODUCT!!!!

Do NOT DO THIS PRODUCT. I wish I would have gone to this site before getting this trail offer. BEWARE, the networks are highlighting these product as trial offers but the fine print lock you into $99.00>$169.00 "membership Fee".

IT is a TOTAL scam and it irritated my gums.

I too was taken by the celebrity white teeth scam for $169.95 for a $0.99 trial offer that they charged me $5.10. I called the phone number on the letter in the box they sent me and spoke to a lady who cancelled my order and told me I had to go online to request a refund. I went online and tried to send my request but the request could not be delivered. I now have also cancelled my credit card and I am going thru my bank to get my money back. What a scam!

I was told that I could not request a refund via their customer support website so they gave me another website. At first I got an auto-reply saying the message was delayed then two days later I got an auto-reply that the message was not delivered. I was given refundrequest@celebwhiteteeth.com - Has anyone else seen this? Is this the correct website?
