The Ivory White teeth whitening product is a scam and is made by the same company who created the Celebrity Sexy Teeth Whitening Scam. Ivory White is also sold under the name "BellaBrite" or "Bella Brite". You will see this product advertised throughout the internet through fake testimonials posted on blogs and review sites. If you purchased Ivory White, be prepared to pay at least $20 for the re-packaging fee in addition to the shipping. The BBB states Ivory White has over 250 complaints filed against them regarding alledged damaged returns. The average for most companies is about 2 a year.

Okay so this is a big SCAM. My teenage daughter who is in college with no money, purchased the trial offer for 1.00. Then billed 75.00 for a product she did receive but will return. She has filed an unauthorized charge with her bank. They have told her they should get all her money back and if not the bank would cover the unauthorized charge. I have read through all the terms and conditions and do not see anywhere that they send you a product and then bill you for it. I do not even see that you have these 8 days to cancel your order and then receive only 45.00 back. They have said you do not need to return this product and we will receive 45.00 back. This has got to be this biggest scam I have ever seen and want the state of Colorado to do something about it!!! SCAM Alert
This company is the worst at coustomer service. I called to cancel and was told that i have to pay return shiping other wise it will not get to them in tiome. I have not even opened the box. I just wanted to put returen to sender and send it back. SO not only was i chareged a dollar to get the product not i have to pay to send it back unopened and unused. What is wrong with this picture. Major SCAM and their repersentatives are hateful they kept talking over me and would just repeat this is the policy even after i pointed out the it is not in the fine print in the i agree to these terms oh yes i did read those!
Well, you can add me to the list, I started calling them to cancel the day after I got the product, 3 days before my time was up. Phone system kept asking for our phone number, never took it. No persons on duty, then the web site would not recognize our information, would not cancel it. Finally actually got a person as soon as their office opened on Monday morning, and I was told it was too late. Our account had already been hit for $75. but they were willing to let me keep the junk I could not use, and give us $45 back. What a rip off. and I did not get the lawn mower promised.
In a well-crafted scam (aren't they all), Ivory White offered a trial of their whitener for $1. The stated offer was that you could cancel within 8 days and be charged nothing further. My wife decided she didn't trust the product we received and we never opened it. On the eighth day after I ordered, I called to cancel and was given a cancellation code. Shortly after, a nearly $80 charge appeared in my checking account. I called to clear up the issue and was told by their smug customer service representative that I had called one day too late and they wouldn't refund my money. Apparently day number one is counted as the day you call. Their policy cannot be altered or broken (I'm guessing that their "policy" was carved somewhere in stone and if it's not adhered to, the world may end) This woman's supervisor echoed the same thing and refused to elevate my call. She did, however, relinquish an address:
6205 Lookout Road Ste D Boulder, CO 80301
A man named "Brian" whose last name cannot be given is behind the curtain. Do yourself a favor - don't fall for Ivory White's offers. They only want your cash. They have $75 of mine, but I'll get my money's worth by posting this to every complaint site I can find - and in Ivory White's case, that's quite a few.
Georgia, and everyone else scammed by IW.:
After number of heated "discussions" with customer service reps at IW and getting the run around, I too was given the name "Brian Lint" as being the Director, of course I was not permitted to speak to this "person". I though my friend, am not giving up. I have spent hours contacting everyone I can think of. One thing I found out is that the Customer Service Manager is Seven Vanderburg (a.k.a Steven Vanderburgh; a.k.a Steven Burgh; a.k.a. Steven D. Keller and Steven D. Vanderburger), 1445 10th Street, Golden CO 80401, or 157 W.6th Street, Golden. (Not a home address, just another warehouse.)
Neither Brian Lint nor Mr Vanderburg are listed in the phone book and their request. They are Not a BBB accredited business. They are not approved by the ADA , not the APD.
I have have contacted the offices of CO state Senator Bennet and Udall, Boulder city council I have even contacted the local television station (the investigative department). I have requested a full investigation into IWs business practices which I hope will result in their being shut down with all those responsible held accountable. I am on a mission!
I am also going to contact CO talk radio and the U.S. Senator Tom Carper but that can wait until tomorrow.

Same story as everyone else. Uggh. As soon as I realized what a horrible decision I had made, I cancelled my debit card with my bank so it can no longer be charged by them. The only charge that appeared on my card SO far was the initial $1.00 (since I cancelled my card right away).
My BIG concern now? They can't charge me further, but I've heard other say this company will attempt to send this to collections. Is this going to show up on my credit report??? It's simply not worth having a strike on my credit from these idiots, and I'm hoping against hope this doesn't happen.
Same story - charged twice. You can call and cancel by using your home phone if that is the one that is on file with them. Yes, they are crooks!

I have stage 4 Kiney, liver and panceras cancer and can't use this product. I called to cancel on the 7th day only to find a $78 charge on day 8. They are unreasonable, inconsiderate, rude, liars, theifs, and all around scum of the earth! I now know the true meaning of getting F*#@ed!
I received a confirmation after I ordered the product and I wrote that info down because I wanted to make sure there was no problem when I went to cancel my order. After visiting this website, I immediately called there customer servcie at 18009644593. I was prompted to press 1 if I wanted to cancel my order. I opted out of this option and pressed 0 to speak with an operator. The representative that helped me was very helpful. She was able to cancel my account and she gave me the option of keeping the free trial and mailing back the other product or keeping the whole package for about 20 dollars. It is some what of a hassle because when you opt to keep the free trial and return the other product, you are responsible for the shipping and handling charges. I hope this helps everyone. I am even more upset because I completed two offers and I still didn't et my iPad.
you got a better deal than me, i called and they said i was outside the 8day trial and they already charged my account for $82. I AM VERY PISSED and all they do is keep repeating the same thing over and over, i want my money back and they can have the trial because i was afraid to use it.
somebody help me

Yes they are a big ole SCAM. I am one that for the first time was trying to get something free (IPAD) and this was one of the things to sign up for. I was supposed to just get the free trial for $1 shipping and had 8 days to cancel. What I got was the free trial, plus the first kit, both of which I never used. I called on the 7th day to cancel. Then a few days later we got our bank statement in and I see a $78.41 charge, called the company and got nothing but a big run around. The lady said I called one day to late, that she doesn't know where I got the date I was supposed to cancel by, umm off your website, wouldn't let me speak to a supervisor and told me my money was non refundable since I called a day late! Got off the phone with them and called my bank. Will be going in and filling out paperwork thru my bank to get my money back and already canceled my card so they can't get anymore from me! Learned my lesson from this, will NEVER try to get anything for free again by signing up for offers like this, if I want something I'll just go ahead and save up and buy it myself!! Wish I had looked this up before I had to go thru this headache!
What a scam! I too ordered the samples, received one of them only after my credit card was charged $200+. I tried calling to cancel and my call was constantly dropped. Called the Bank - they immediately knew of the company and the scam. They gave some direction as to new numbers to call, process to cancel, etc. and advised sending product back. I cancelled by phone and received my confirmation number. Now trying to get an RA number for return was told that because I cancelled, was no longer able to return the product. The bank also informed me that this company had already put a charge against my credit card for upcoming months. Before they go through, we had the bank cancel my credit card. They may get me for an initial $200....but they won't get another dime from me. AND...I just received notification that there is another package for me at the post office from them...which I WILL NOT be picking up ! Definitely pays to read the fine print. Shame on me.
When I read this AFTER agreeing to the trial, I about had a heart attack - after all I didn't care about the teeth whitening, I wanted the free computer!
I made a huge mistake in doing those free things, but I decided to try it once, and will NEVER again.
I will say - don't to get mad at the representatives. They didn't set up the system, and were willing to help me to the best of their ability. They even refunded me the $1 shipping charge since I technically never got to use the product. So far no extra charges to my debit card. The lady was really nice and listened to my complaint willingly - and even did her best to help me work out the details.
The free trials ALWAYS come with a subscription AFTER the trial!! ALWAYS cancel right after you get/use the product otherwise you WILL get billed per month. It says so on the receipt for all the products i if you didn't know this, take note now. THEY ALL EXPIRE.
Overall, don't blame the people behind the phone - they're just trying to make a living.
This stuff is gawdawful! Burns so bad you can't keep it in your mouth! You get two small viles and they charge you $78.41, ridiculous because you can't use the stuff and no refunds allowed. Be very, very careful. Can't believe Walmart has anything to do with an outfit like this.
The very same thing happened to me. I had hundreds of dollars charged to my account before i even knew what was going on, since I do not use my account very often. I have never heard of this company before and when I called to investigate, they told me that it had been done online. Someone must have had my information or this so called company "Ivory White" payed for my information and took the liberty of signing me up themselves. AND they also somehow knew my SOCIAL SECURITY number!
This is a scam and to all those who have been scanned by them, I suggest that you do what I did: 1) Contact your bank ans report the fraudulent charges. 2) After you do that, take all the paperwork and claims forms you sign with your bank to your local police department and file a claim with them as well. 3) Next, go to your local Social Security office and speak with them to make sure nothing has been done with your social security number without your knowledge. 4) Also, while you are at the bank, ask that the bank help and ask them to put a 90 day freeze on your credit score.
I know it may seem like a lot of work, but it is worth it since it will keep you protected int he future.
I also had the unfortunate experience of being charged $90 for about $1 worth of product, canceling 1 day late (according to their records) and trying to deal with the company, which got me no where. They essentially told me it was too bad and even if I disputed the charge, would lose. Thankfully, years ago I learned about the term "Good Faith" and the definition as it applies to the Uniform Commercial Code. This little term allowed the credit card company to charge back the merchant and after two months it has not been disputed.
Main Entry: good faith Function: noun Etymology: translation of Latin bona fides : honesty, fairness, and lawfulness of purpose : absence of any intent to defraud, act maliciously, or take unfair advantage good faith> good faith> —see also GOOD FAITH EXCEPTION, GOOD FAITH PURCHASER —compare BAD FAITH NOTE: The meaning of good faith, though always based on honesty, may vary depending on the specific context in which it is used. A person is said to buy in good faith when he or she holds an honest belief in his or her right or title to the property and has no knowledge or reason to know of any defect in the title. In section 1-201 of the Uniform Commercial Code good faith is defined generally as “honesty in fact in the conduct or transaction concerned.” Article 2 of the U.C.C. says “good faith in the case of a merchant means honesty in fact and the observance of reasonable commercial standards of fair dealing in the trade.” Similarly, Article 3 on negotiable instruments defines good faith as “honesty in fact and the observance of reasonable commercial standards of fair dealing,”
yes, it did nothing.... simply painting on a clear film that wiped off when you brought you lip down onto it... you'd have to cut off your lips for a single chance that it might work.... Overall, AN AWFUL PRODUCT!
Not only are my teeth not whiter, but I feel dirty after talking to these people. I hate getting scammed -- and I should have know better. Their business practices horrific. Please call your local better business bureau and don't believe in the free UGGS!@ ugggrhghgs
We were scammed also. Ordered the 1.00 trial and received it within a few days. A few days later we received notice that 78.41 was taken out of our account. I have tried to call for 3 days to speak with a supervisor which I know from reading this that will not happen. Anyways, I only get our servers are down or nobody is available right now.
We are making a fraud claim against the company with our bank.
This is a total scam! I ordered and never received anything and these crooks charged my card $78.41. When I called to dispute they said the charges were valid and there was nothing I could do. My credit card company is saying there is nothing they can do to reverse against these folks. Don't risk it!!!!!
Just cancelled my order w/ these people. Ironic, they read my mind. After I dialed the number on the box, the first message I received was to cancel my account. Will follow up tomorrow. Ohh, and their offices are only open til 430....After I look at my account being charged $158.27. Gimme a break. You can have the stuff back.

I ordered the Ivory White like most people above and it didn't do a thing for me let alone it was to by pass one of those CRAZY marketing schemes. THIS IS A SCAM and a MONEY MAKER for the Ivory White Company. They pulled over 70.00 from my account, which was unauthorized. I will keep pursing these idiots and I will report them to the Better Business Bureau and any Consumer Protection Agency that will listen.
These people are some rip pff they will not refund your money . when they tell you that you have the choice of paying $20.00 dollars are being billed the full amount about $80.00 . you tell them the $20.00 and they put you as refused the $20.00 and bills you the full amount and then tell you they can not refund your money . they are full of Sh**! And i hope you read the reviews well because they are all scammers.
