The Ivory White teeth whitening product is a scam and is made by the same company who created the Celebrity Sexy Teeth Whitening Scam. Ivory White is also sold under the name "BellaBrite" or "Bella Brite". You will see this product advertised throughout the internet through fake testimonials posted on blogs and review sites. If you purchased Ivory White, be prepared to pay at least $20 for the re-packaging fee in addition to the shipping. The BBB states Ivory White has over 250 complaints filed against them regarding alledged damaged returns. The average for most companies is about 2 a year.
Other Observations
The product does not work.
The owner of the domain ivorywhite[dot]com also owns the domain best-teeth-whitening[dot]info. Ivorywhite is falsely reviewed as the #1 product on the website.
SCAM IVORY BRITES SCAM MAX WHITE SCAM - DO NOT ORDER ==> MY CC WAS CHARGED 177.00 - THEY EVEN BILLED MY CC 9.99 for a subscription ?? I filed a complaint with the BBB and Attorney General. Also filed a fraud complaint with my cc company - who actually informed me the day these charges were processed. The recommended that I close my CC account to stop these scammers. SAVE YOURSELF SOME GREIF - SEE YOUR DENTIST...... SCAM
I got scammed by "Cathy's Teeth". I ordered the Ivory White and Gleaming White. Cancelled both. Had a little trouble getting Gleaming White to cancel, but Ivory White actually sent me an email confirmation of cancellation. But, in reviewing my credit card, there was an additional charge for some other whitening trial. I cancelled that too, but, wonder if they aren't all in cahoots and just pass around your credit card information. I wish I'd done a small amount of research before ordering the free trials.
Seems odd, today out of the blue I recieved their free trial, without never even ordering it. Good thing I don't even own a CC for them to charge lmao.
This company is running a scam. I will be notifying the AG's Consumer Protection Office for the State of California will be enclosing all web materials so the extent of the fraud can be fully realized.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. If your money is not refunded by the company contact:
Edmund G. Brown Attorney General's Office California Department of Justice ATTN: Public Inquiry Unit P.O. Box 944255 Sacramento, CA 94244-2550
I got ripped off too but caught the charge the day after they charged me and I disputed it with CitiBank and they removed the charge. I also have file a complaint with the Colorado Better Business Bureau and the Colorado State Attorney General's office.
Talk to you credit card companies, and they may remove the charge.
The thing about these "Free Trials" you often see as offers for something larger (ads for Consoles, Laptops, etc.) is almost always they will charge your card extra. Onlingo, Video Professor, and even IvoryWhite all do the same thing. If you really are interested in trying these products (some of them actually work well despite the scam portion), all you must do is order them via your ATM/Debit card, and almost immediately, call your bank and claim your card as lost. You will still be charged the S&H as advertised (unless disputed via your bank), and they don't have the chance to charge you extra no matter how hard they try. In turn, you get the full product (seeing they often send it to you initially), and you pay $7 at most. It's a small price to pay for a product that potentially works, without the scam portion. In essence, you're scamming them before they have a chance to do the same.
I never received my packaged and was charged for not returning it. Does that make sense to anyone else? The charge caused my bank balance to go into the red. If anyone is pursuing a class action suit, please call me at 786 312 8080. I will be looking into doing the same.
I too have been duped by these low lifes.
Would love to sue the h@ll out of them.
Let me know about any class action lawsuit.
These people will go down and I want to be there to see them locked up!

Just include me with all the other duped people. These people of this company should all be hanged from the nearest tree, and I would gladly help with the noose. I hope they all get nabbed and suffer agonizing torture. They deserve no less, and should get more. Their "customer service" dept is nothing but a bunch of empty headed foreigners who can barely enunciate their own names. Tomorrow we will be calling the FBI with my documented callings to them. All I can say is they better watch over their shoulder, there are people out there who will take care of these heinous crimes, and the people involved in them. No problem! Sleep tight, guys.
Total Scam. i am reporting them to BBB. These small businesses operate from homes and are tryint to scam the world. i am also reporting these to the local law for checking the authenticity of business they do . Do NOT buy this product.
I'm not sure why everyone falls for these types of products. Do you actually believe celebrities buy dental products on line, etc. vs their dentist? It's quite simple, go to you dentist and obtain the best/safest products. Polar white is a fantastic product and once your teeth are white only 2-3 days touchup is required approximately every six months. It's the only route.
I used it with great results. I have done professional whitening a few years back and it was too painful. This had no senisitivity at all. When I called to cancel (who needs this stuff everymonth?) They cancelled and told me to keep what I had. No problems with my credit card AT ALL.
Total TOTAL ripoff. Never received the sample in the 1st place. Then they charged my account 78.41 for my automatic enrollment in their program! Absolutely no willingness to even discuss with me regarding my non-receipt of the initial product and just flat refused any potential for refunding the money. Claimed they have delivery confirmation even though I was out of town at the time of the delivery. STAY AWAY. In my opinion this warrants a class action suit with as many people as they have ripped off to date!
Hi everyone I've been extra careful with my order since I've seen so much complaints. I called in about return and they actually offered me to keep everything for 19.95. Would it be worth it? It would be 3 syringes, full of 3mls of gel each... I mean if it does worth 20 dollars and saves me to ship it back I'd consider to keep it Thank you.
I was scammed by this company too! Their "10 day free trial" is not free at all! If you don't return your free product within 10 days and cancel your "account" you supposedly had set up, they bill you $78.41 and WILL not give you back your money when you complain! BEWARE!!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
This item is the same stregnth as the product I used to purchase at my dentists office for $220. I love the product and the price but do not agree with how it is marketed.
* Just a note about the reliability of this website. I originally posted my comment over 30 days ago and it magically disappeared after a few weeks. Biased? I think so
What a complete crap company! I called in to return my unused product and was given a RN number, went and stood in line during holiday hours at the post office. PAID to ship the dang thing back and due to a "training" employee who falsely said I would be given a return said I am ineligible for a return. So here I am $78 in the hole, with a product I don't want, that doesn't work. Stay away!!!
IVORY WHITE tricks people into buying its products.
There would not be any need to act in such a bad way if your products could speak for themselves.
First they make you think you’re getting a trial package for 1 dollar. When the package arrives, it is not labeled; you have no idea what the content is without opening the package. On the package itself, it says to call an 800 number before returning it. Why would you call without knowing what you’re calling about?
When you call to cancel before the deadline (8 days from order date), the recording says that if the box is open, you will be charged the total amount and the connection is disabled even before the call is completed.
Bottom line: DO NOT GIVE IVORY WHITE YOUR DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD
NUMBERS.
IVORY WHITE IS A COMPLETE SCAM

I am having trouble canceling, I think I will call bank before I get charged. How will bank know what to block? will it have ivory white in the name. I doubt it!
Bella Brite is a very deceitful company who steals from customers. I purchased the trial of their tooth whitening product, discovered it DID NOT WORK, called to cancel their monthly autoship program which costs $78.41. I returned the initial monthly product. 12 days later they charged my account $78.41. I called to find out why I was charged, they told me they did not receive the product return until after the due date, as per the terms and conditions. I sent the product on 10/28, the due date was 11/1, they state they did not receive the product until 11/10, they did not charge me until 11/12. Hmm, fishy huh? If there was a due date, why wasn't I charged on that date?? Why did they wait until 2 days after they supposedly received the product to charge me?! I have filed a complaint with the BBB and they are still refusing to refund my money, they want proof of the date I shipped the product, which unfortunately I do not have the receipt from the post office because I paid in cash. Word to the wise....get a receipt for your returns! So now not only am I out the initial trial cost, the return shipping cost and the $78.41, I am also out whiter teeth as they claim and the product (which they told me they would return to me and I still have not yet received it over a month later)! DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!
i ordered this free trial lol was charged $78. then got a charge from welwatchermd for another $30. Icalled my bank an filed a claim to get my money back!!!!!!!!
I was scammed too. Ivory Whites and Brightening Whites both got me. My credit card was charged $177. Risk Free 14 day trial isn't risk free! I called to get a refund and after about 45 minutes of yelling at this guy from India I was finally canceled but never did get a refund. The second one I called to cancel immediately sent me a confirmation of cancellation via my e-mail address but said I would have to talk to the accounting department about a refund and it could only be submitted on-line. I am going to go to my bank tomorrow to see if there is anything they can do for me. I am a single mother trying to make ends meet and then I get caught in this expensive scam. I would join anyone who would like to obtain a lawyer and have a class action law suit against these rip-offs. I am reporting them to the BBB and I am even going to contact my local news media to warn the Tampa community of this scam. And the sad part is that neither of the products even work! If anyone has any suggestions on how I can proceed to get my money refunded or if anyone is interested in pursuing this further please let me know.
