I couldn't believe that Ihad gotten duped so easly, pissed me off, after recieveing the first shipment I went on line to check my account, yup, $88 + was taken out of my acct. I also have sent back absolutly everything they shipped to me with out opening it, got some of my money back. I have tried calling the numbers on my acct statements, do not exsit, disconnected or what ever. Called the bank and told them give any more money out......so irratated with the damn thing......

How dare they charge such amouts for hydrogen peroxide!

I ordered the trial because some lady here in my town had suggested it on the internet. she had an add. from Sandpoint, Idaho. It was a cheap way to clean my teeth, nothing happened on my teeth but then I had canceled in the alloted time but kept getting orders and fees from the other companies. I had also before the trial was over called again to cancel just to make sure I canceled. the lady said I did so why do I get charged on my card? I called my bank and told them what was going on they put a block on all those names listed for several years. SCAM was done on me too. DO NOT ORDER ANY THING ON THE NET NOT SAFE. GET ALL PRODUCTS in the stores. P.S. THE COMMENTS MADE BY CUSTOMERS WHO GAVE GOOD COMMENTS ABOUT THE PRODUCT AND DID NOT HAVE ANY PROBLEMS ARE PROBABLY PART OF THE SCAM, WATCH OUT.

I love the stuff! I am no "plant", I have never had a problem with my credit card, I talked to a customer service person on the phone before ordering, AND I LOVE THIS PRODUCT! I have been using over the counter teeth whitening products since 2004. This is by far and away the best and easiest to use. It works fast. The claims made are true as far as my experience is conserned. My teeth look awesome and I have never had issues with sensitivity.

Ordered the "DazzleWhite" pen for cost of Postage ($2.99), pen arrived but $49.89 debited from my Account 3 days later by"wellbhealth", package from "Vibrant White" arrived 2 days later! After numerous phone calls and emails have cancelled Dazzle White trial (I do not believe them!). But to date "Vibrant White" deny all knowledge of me or my address, even tho the packages keep arriving! Both companies claim to not know anything abour wellbhealth! I have stopped my Card at my Bank and put in a Fraud Report but I guess they have made $49.89 dollars out of me and goodness knows how much out of others who like me were just too vain?

Products keep being sent to me...never used the "sh.."..Returned every package sent to me without even opening them. Trying to cancel for several weeks now..when I call I am not in the system...strange since I am getting the product delivered to me. This is an outrageous scam and has been reported to the BBB and my next step is the State Attorney Generals office. People should not be taken advantage of like this.

This product (along with "Dazzle") are technically slammers. While the original test kit arrives as expected it becomes near impossible to stop the onslaught of charges that will hit your account. Phone response is deliberately slow if answered at all and is nothing more than a stalling tactic to keep charging your account. What is worse if that you card number is then passed on to other merchants who begin to charge your account for various services. I was charged for monthly products that did not materialize and services I did not want nor authorize.

Boy I wish I read all these reviews before I ordered. I rec. a call from my credit card company today, asking me about these two charges. One for $88.97 and the other $9.99. I called the 800 numbers the cc had. Spoke to a very rude Bart Sanderson. And he told me that I had to e-mail the companies. Pretty strange how he answered for both companies. I hope I get a refund. My cc said they have everything on file, so I hope they take the charges off. I also told this Bart guy that two different people called me and told me that I would be signed up for something (don't remember exactley what they said). I told them not to charge me anything only for the sample teeth whitenting. And this guy is telling me that nobody ever called me. Very nasty people. Vibrant White is a scam! I ordered the product - never opened it and still can not get a refund of my money. I cancelled my debit/credit card and was advised by my bank to contact my State Attorney General's office. My complaint is in progress.

I have contacted VW numerous times and they have gotten nasty with me about issuing a refund - but I will continue contacting them until I get some relief in the form of money spent being refunded.

This experience has made me shy away from buying anything on the internet unless it is from a company that I know personally!

A scam. I have been trying for 3 months to get them cancelled. It is furstrating. They are clever. No customer service call bacl or response. They deserved to be sued.

wow, I was seconds away from ordering this products *free* trail, when I thought I should do a little research on this company before giving them my cc number. wow! this page made my mind up that I will NOT being placing an order with Vibrant White.

I too was scammed, I too called and was short of being called stupid for missing the small print, (15 day trial period) but after four aggravating phone calls, I canceled my credit card and called the BBB. Let me tell you, the people from "Dazzle White" still claimed that I was at fault but did REFUND MY MONEY IN FULL! (less the international credit card fees?)
The Better Business Bureau really helped. I was e-mail from the BBB a total of four times giving me updates and in the end all they required was to complete a simple survey type questionaire.
Search the net for the BBB and file a complaint against any company that tries to scam you. The bigger the data base, the better the case, the faster the results.

I tried the sample first and had a burning sensation on my gums and my lips swelled up. Because I didn't cancel my order online within the 15 days, they sent the monthly whitening kit that you're automatically enrolled in if you don't cancel within the allotted time. They took it apon themselves to charge my account with the $89 fee as well. When I tried to contact them to cancel future orders and get a refund, they passed me along to all these different people before finally ending up in an email war with the billings department. They finally said they would refund me half of my money and would let me keep the kit they had sent out "in the spirit of compromise" (even though I can't even use the product!). They didn't understand that I don't want the stuff!

Their emails were completely disrespectful and treated me as though I was some kind of idiot that didn't know what was going on. I will never try a product from them again solely because of the way their representatives handled this product issue. Where has the "keeping the customer satisfied" way of business gone????? Rude people, terrible product, DON'T USE!!!

Please stay away from this product. I immediately opted out of their automatic ordering system and received a confirming email that I was out of it. Then low and behold I was notified several months later that they had shipped to me another 3 month supply. I replied back to them that I had opted out of that program (and by the way this was in august and the supposed order was for november). They replied back that it was a glitch in their system and to just return it (no RMA included in that email) and my credit card wouldnt be charged again. Suprise suprise, my credit card was charged. I immediately called my credit card company and refused to allow them to charge me. To add insult to injury I had to pay to ship the product back that I didn't order. This is a HUGE SCAM, stay away from it. Does anyone know if the FBI has an internet fraud division? I would sure like to turn this company over to them.

i didn't really like product could'nt get tube to work right at first after using for a few weeks did'nt notice any difference, then today two mos. later vibrant white charged me another 99 bucks. too bad for me.

scam!! Dazzle White, Vibrant White or Vibrant Whitening etc. all seem to be part of the same scam or are in conspiracy together. Since this company seems to be out of Great Britain is the only option to report them to interpol? Does Interpol have a cyber crimes unit?

Vibrant White is a scam. They deny that my teenager cancelled with them. They charged his account twice, one under vibrant white, and one under another company. They ripped him off for around 160.00. Way to go vibrant white; you emptied a teenager's account.

Scam - the positive postings have to be plants. I rated this "affiliated" companies with a 5 for Consistency. They consistently charge your credit card account without even sending products at times. Here's my story...buyer beware!

I saw an online/sidebar posting from a women in DePere Wisconsin about a free trial offer for Dazzle White & Vibrant Whitening. Sounded legit, so I went for it. My 1st mistake was assuming the DePere woman's link was legit; 2nd mistake not thoroughly reading through all the fine print. Long story short: my "subscription" to Dazzle White & Vibrant Whitening also included the following companies (see list). Your membership may include different entities than what I'm providing here, but here are a few of them & their contact phone #s to get you started. Below that, I will provide a list of questions to ask when you are in contact with these "subsidiaries". First of all, ask your credit card company to put a HOLD on your account while you investigate all the charges, make your contacts, and start cancelling all the "hidden" accounts you will discover. Don't bother simply cancelling your credit card or replacing it ~ these companies already have your personal information; they will simply reassign the charges to your replacement card/account via your personal information your provided online. I also got duped into this, in fact, the link up above that refers to mom finding a method for white teeth is the one I responded to. Not only have they charged my credit card repeatedly, but after I replied no to all of their little extra memberships, they charged me for them anyways. Do not respond to any links that offer 2 products, if you look at the total charge, you would be paying around $150.00/month, you could get a whole new set of teeth for that. The only way I got them to stop was to report my credit card as stolen. My products had different names, but the results are the same. Stay away from any of these products.

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. The company is located out of Great Britain, therefore you will be charged an Internation Fee since I used my debit card. They also charged me an insurance fee which I didn't request. I received three teeth whitening tubes, two of which had been used. Once I realized it was a SCAM I returned the product via certified mail as I didn't want Vibrant White to say they never received it. I'm having problems in receiving my refund. THIS HAS BEEN AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. I HOPE PEOPLE READ THESE REVIEWS BEFORE THEY THINK ABOUT PURCHASING. IT IS ONLY PEROXIDE IN A TUBE AT A VERY HIGH COST.

I can't get through to anybody, only the guy who says they will stop my order but he is not who to talk to about my refund. This is so frustrating. The e-mail address just bounces back and all of the websites say the page has been moved! This is just ridiculous. How are they in business?

SCAM, SCAM, SCuM. Whatever you do, never deal with these people. They lie in wait for unsuspecting people to "try a free" sample. They hide behind fine print.
