Vibrant White Review

The Vibrant White Teeth Whitening Pen has the same kind of deceptive advertising as Celebrity Sexy Teeth Whitener.

Our Observations

  • They falsely claim to be the "rated #1 new discovery in teeth whitening"
  • The product was never mentioned on any of the listed “as seen on” sites.
  • The owners of Vibrant Teeth also run the fake review site top-teeth-whitening-reviews[dot]com, and deceptively rate vibrant white 5 stars and "the obvious #1 Choice."

Thank you all! This is the biggest scam. Yes you JUST pay s/h they say the product is free. Then you look up your bank account and find that you have been charged 80.00 for it. It is not worth it. I was furious with them.
Lawsuit I would say yes, scam that is for sure. They did not even send me all of the product, some of it was missing. I spoke with the Supervisor of the department, if that is what she even was and she hung up on me. That does not say much for the product when they will not give your back your money. There is no money back garantee on it at all. They want you to think it is a trial then charge you for it. So I have a product that is not all there and do not know what to even do with it. I will keep on writing comments on this product as long as the company is open. This is an awful product and all they are doing is taking you for a ride. Anyone out ther, please do not buy this product, it is not worth it. Go to a dentist and talk to him. Stay off the coffee, tea and cigerettes, that is what stains your teeth. Most likely a lot of this product is Baking Soda! You can get that in any store. Use it with Peroxide that will whitten your teeth. I am not charging anything for this information!
I just hope it does not cost anything to write this comment.
One other thing, watch out for product sold on the internet, what they do is the company themselves will write a promising article or comments about the product making you want to buy it and put in a SO CALLED customers name and it is really an employee! So watch out guys, I didn't!
Oh some of you did not have a phone number for them, well here it is
1-877-581-8746. Go get'em! I am still so pissed off I can't see straight.
I tried to have it cancelled but could not thru the bank. I am going to try further though. Good luck to you all!

Sign me up for a class action lawsuit. I thought I'd give the dazzlewhite a try, since it was "free"....all I had to do was pay a nominal shipping fee. When i did get it, and saw that there was an enormous fee for this "free" whitener, I called them immediately, cancelled immediately, and returned to them at MY expense promptly, well within the timeframe. The person I spoke with said that there was no problem cancelling, blah blah blah, but guess what.....some stupid company named fitclubonline has been charging me some $24 a month that we didn't sign up for....because they are apparently a "partner" of this scamming, immoral group of dazzlewhite people. That is fraud, just plain fraud. I will definitely be contacting the attorney general's office. See, I didn't notice the charges on my credit card, because we use the credit card for everything.....there are 4 months they have billed us for, and guess what, they will only "refund" us 1 month.

They should refund ALL of us. I should be refunded for ALL months I was billed, since I didn't sign up for these stupid fitclubonline bozo people in the first place.

Yes, we should get a class action lawsuit against these companies.

I have the same problems as most people above; months ago I sent the trial products back (therefore haven't even tried them) and cancelled with vibrantbeauty, then ultrifreshwell. Last month I starting getting charged by fitclubonline. Each time I cancel they say that I will no longer be charged, but the sister companies that I apparently agreed to join keep popping up on my credit card statement.

I have just had my credit card company call them with me on the line and record our cancelation conversation.

Just found out about the big scam. Had found a charge of $158 from a company I never heard about after ordering the vibrant smile trial kit which I tried to cancel and they refused. I didn't receive the kit until a month after orderiing and now they tell me I only had 3 day's to cancel. I said that the contract said 35 day's and they argued with me, they were downright nasty. Called a couple day's later and got the same response except that I was told there was nothing to cancel but would be charged 126.00. I disputed the 158.00 with my credit card company and they are investigating. I will do the same with vibrant smile and will send back my trial kit. Lessened learned. I also, read about the school teacher and how great this was suppose to be. I thought I was just ordering a trial kit and would only have to pay 2.95, you had to give all that info in order to get the trial kit. What a Scam and I also am reporting this to the BB. I emailed the company about the 158.00 and what I am doing and they said they will refund my money. Will see if this really happens. Do Not Fall Into This Scam!!!!!

I tried it and it worked great. No problems with paying for and receiving the product. I was going to order more, but with all the problems every one has on this site with paying for it and the expense, I think I'll hold off awhile. But I loved the prodct, it workes very well. It should be sold in stores.

What a scam! I was billed $149 without receiving any product. Luckily, my credit card company contacted me to verify the charge. It seems that many other customers had been victimized in the same manner. I tried for two days to contact the company at 877-292-0846. Finally, a customer service person answered and it took him 25 minutes to find my account. Then, he said he wasn't able to process the refund directly. I needed to contact the "refund department", at an email address which didn't exist!! After speaking to a supervisor, I requested an email confirmation that my account had been closed. I was told "they couldn't send out emails", but the refund department would notify me in 24 hours! I am still waiting.

I should read the website clearly when the day I placed order. It's so bad I was in rush to go out and just place the order quickly without seeing the detailed policy. My credit card was charged at canadian dollors of $3.14 at the day I ordered, then $134 after 6 days later. When I check my account today, I just realize it's a scam. I called 1-866-202-0846 of celebrity white, they said don't have my account; I called888-332-4681, they told me that $134 is one year non-refundable memeber fee. Although I already canceled my credit card, I think I can't get $134 back.
I didn't get the any package from Celebrity white, but I have used Vibrantkit two days (I though it was such a big free trail kit when I received it, how stupid I am), it seems work. I feel so happy and want to introduce it to my freind, then today I found the truth. Why shouldn't I check the website first before order, what a mistake!
My question now is should I continue to use the whitening kit? Is that safe and healty? They said that with one year membership, you can place any 30-days order with just around $4.5 shipping fee.
You know, I already spend $134 for membership and can't get it back, if the product is okay, I should use it, right? Any one know whether the product is safe for using? Now I am questioned on their quality.

When I use this product on my teeth, it makes my face turn red & makes me horriblly sick to my stomach.
Also the product was shipped on the 10th & billed for the full amount on the 13th.
Since it is aklready billed they are refusing to refund my money, even though it wasn't supposed to be billed for a week.
They also say it is a week from shipping not me receiving it.
What a scam!

Sorry in advance because this is long……….
I seen a link @ the bottom of an AOL page and clicked on it. It was just a blue link that said “a mom found 2 cheap ways to whiten her teeth”. I looked at the page and it looked credible because it had all of the major news logos on it. So I wound up buying Vibrant Smile and Celebrity Teeth.
The add had these codes so that you only pay for shipping and handling and both came out to be $3(which the article stated). I placed my order on January 12 and they had initially charged me for 1.95 and the other company for .99 but they only appeared as holds but then disappeared..... On the 15 they charged me for $126.42 which overdrew my account (it had not gone through, but was a hold). So I guess I was kinda lucky. Anyway..........
After I looked at my bank account on the 16th I flipped. I immediately called the company to see what Health and Beauty was. He didn’t know. So I called Vibrant Smile first and found out that they were the ones who charged me the money. I asked for a refund. They told me NO because it was after three days. I kept asking and they kept reading me the same BS statement. I also found it weird that I always talked to the same woman each time I called. I finally talked to another woman and she told me that same thing. I even asked to speak to a supervisor but they refused, one lady even hung up on me. I thought to myself that it was my fault… I should’ve read. Then @ about 3 in the morning as I was researching I found out that many other people have had the same problem and it’s a scam. I was sooooooo relieved.
The next day my mom and I (I’m only 18 lol) called the people to cancel my stuff and try to get my money back. We tried sooooo hard but they wouldn’t budge. We even found an inconsistency in their terms and conditions. On one page it says 3 days and on another after you sign in to the membership it says “14(35) day agreement”. We told the lady and she said that it would change soon. They never upheld their own terms and conditions that they kept throwing at us, even after we pointed out that it had inconsistencies. So we left them alone for the day. (We also printed things for reference).
Ever since then I have been reading on line and seeing what other people have done. If you haven’t done so, try to because it helps.
On the 19th I placed a complaint with the FTC and BBB. My next step was the attorneys general office but I decided to call the bank. I talked to the lady about my account and she put me over to the disputes area. So I told the woman working with the dispute claims what happened and she called the people. (Anytime someone makes a charge they leave a number with it.) The first number she called was some 877 number (which I have always seen 866 and 888 numbers for them). The dispute lady put me on three-way with the guy because he needed more information. The guy was like they did not have me on record and that they do not associate with Health&Beauty, which is what the charge came up as. He also said that it is a scam that they are looking into and if I send a statement, when they get something, they will get back with me. I asked what number she called and she told me an 877 one so I gave her the one I had. So she called and this guy and he needed more information. Once again we were in a three way. He tried to lie and say that I’m not in the system…. She was like “you can charge her $126 but she isn’t in the system”. So he asked for the last 8 digits on my debit card. Then he miraculously found me lol. So the lady told him that I wanted to cancel and that I wanted my money back. He tried to say something that didn’t make sense. So she asked how long the trial was and he said 14. Then she was told him” but it’s only the 19th and you charged her already.” He asked “are you from her bank” and she said “yes... I’m from Wachovia”. He said “hold on…..” Then after about a minute…….he hung up without saying anything else. So she filed a dispute report for fraud and my money was given back to me while it’s investigated.
WHEWWWW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I’m finally done lol. Sorry for the long story :(

So I ordered both Vibrant Smile and Celebrity White Smile last night thinking how great it was I found the site about Mary, a teacher from my town who found these GREAT products. What a nightmare. I canceled the first one last night and the second one today. Then after searching online for what I was supposed to do with the cancellation number I found this site. I'm only 16 and certainly cant afford the various and random prices they take unauthorized from your bank account. Immediately I told my mom hoping she can fix my stupid mistake. We canceled my debit card. LUCKILY I fixed the problem before it was too late. I'm only out about $3 and I dont even want either of those products at all.

SCAM SCAM SCAM.
Thank you everyone and good luck to you all.

An absolute scam. Tried to cancel my order 20 minutes after I placed it, since I read further into it and found lots of links on google about it being a scam. I ordered Vibrant White. First person I spoke with said I was to send the product back as soon as I received it. After I was charged 126.00 and change, I asked for a refund (havent even received the product yet). They refuse to give me my money back as it is apparently a non refundable fee. DO NOT get involved with this company. I have since had a 78.00 charge on my credit card from some company in OH that I've never heard of.

I am trying to get a class action suit going against this company. They try to perform "Legalized Scamming" techniques.

Please respond if you are interested.

I was hit 3 times for 87.62 and hit for accessmember 24.82. I never used the product nor the BS WEIGHT SUPPORT HEALTH program that goes with it.

I called and tried it all. They only would refund me 2 87.32. I told that that I would file a class action on principle. I can only imagine how many people have gotten scammed to this point.

Yes, it's a scam. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau, a t.v. station, and my brother, a lawyer. This company is scum. I never even received anything and I was charged $1.95, $1.95, $59.95, and $87.62.
I don't know how people like this sleep at night.

I also was scammed by this horrendous company. Fortunately I closed my card the same day, and received cancellation numbers the same day also. I was charged 49 anyway because it went through immediately (for the stupid trays they said I qualified for???!!!) I sent the 1 item I received back and as of 2 weeks later I have not received a refund. I called and was told that it takes 2 weeks for the item to be listed as received, then another 2 weeks for a refund to be processed. Amazing that a company can charge you within 1 minute of submitting the request for a "free" trial but it takes a month to process a refund. (still hoping to receive that refund). STAY AWAY!!!! I cannot believe I was so stupid, if it sounds too good to be true it usually is.

Well, I tried the Premium Whitening Pen (Free 14 day trial) but 3 days later noticed $48.92 charged to my bank account for Vibrante Whitening Trays. A man called me and said the pen works best with the trays but I declined to the trays. I called customer service and they said I had to return the trays to recieve my refund of $48.92. Waited 3 weeks and recieved no merchanise but they still insisted that I had to return the trays to recieve a refund. And as for the pen, if you don't send that back as well then you are automatically made a "member" and charged $87.99. I have already closed my bank account so they cannot steal anymore money from me or give out any of my information to other so-called legitamete companies to charge me over $100. Do not buy anything from them.. just scam artists and they will be reported to the Better Business Bureau and the State Attorney Generals office.

The stuff works okay, considering it's mostly peroxide and glycerine. The concentration of peroxide (22%) is much higher than you can get in a bottle at the drug store (3%) but I'll bet you could mix those two yourself and possibly do as well. The problem I encountered was with the company's unconscionable practice of assuming you want them to send you three tubes of the crap every three months automatically. I NEVER opted for that and TWICE they did this, despite my having called and instructed them not to. After the second time, I called and threatened legal action (not that I knew what that would entail, but just as a threat) and finally they quit sending me the stuff. Since it does work to a satisfactory extent, I kept the six tubes because I knew what sending them back would entail, and that I likely would not receive any refund/credit and then be left with no product, either, but I'm certainly not buying any more of it.
