They falsely claim to be the "rated #1 new discovery in teeth whitening"
The product was never mentioned on any of the listed “as seen on” sites.
The owners of Vibrant Teeth also run the fake review site top-teeth-whitening-reviews[dot]com, and deceptively rate vibrant white 5 stars and "the obvious #1 Choice."
I ordered a free sample and before the sample can get to my door my credit card was charged $88.79 despite the fact that the free sample was only $4 and I paid $9 including shipping. I cannot get anyone to respond to my inquiries. Finally got an e-mail from one Mr. Leo Gold. He sent me and e-mail asking me to agree for my account to be charged half of the refund and keep the product. I told him No. This company is horrible, inundated with false advertisement, illegal charges and fraud. People should stay away from the product.
I did not order any addtional tubes and wa billed 88.00 for the next set. I tried calling, emailing and no response. This is a scam..don't order this..the email address is incorrect and Jason Sparks wno't help you when you try to call the companyl.Better Business Bureau will be contacted asap!!
they did the same thing with me, so i send a email saying that i want my money back or i gonna open a dispute, they send the refund in 3 days so don't be afraid. good lucky

VibrantWhitening is a scam company. Using the oldest tricks in the books of deceptive advertising they get you to sign up for a recurring supply of product when you the consumer thought were getting only a sample for a dollar. Instead they start charging you $88.97 on your credit card and then the pissing contest begins. Stay away from this company. Spread the word. There actions are criminal. Its like being robbed out on the street but you cant call the police.
Vibrant whitening doesn't work and I have sent back the product you just sent on 8/15/09. I sent it back with a delivery comfirmation, I expect you to return the charge of $88. and change to my credit card within a few days, you also put my card over the limit and it has cost me another $50 for something that was suppose to be less than $2. Please send me a confirmation number. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
I recently order this product and I am not happy. I had 2 transaction taken from my account. And I can not get my money return to me. Customer service had recently sent and email stateing that they do not have any record of me making an order. I will win this a battle. I will get my money back!!!!!!!
Unlike the majority of the reviews shown, I had a very positive experience with Vibrant White. I had used the Crest Whitening Strips and found them inconvenient, uncomfortable and, frankly, not very effective. After using Vibrant White for about two weeks, my teeth were noticeable whiter. I was happily surprised because my expectations were fairly minimal. I am about to order again and would suggest that readers give the product a try rather than taking someone else's word. I'm very satisfied with the outcome. My only criticism is the price of the product -- I think, based on the active ingredients, the cost should be more affordable.
I'm trying to cancel, the girl on the phone was of NO help to me at all...please e-mail me back so I can make arrangements to send everything BACK! Thank you Rebecca Holt rebeccaaholt4484@msn.com
I have had nothing but I great experience with the Vibrant White system! I even received my three free tubes for submitting a positive testimonial and 250 bucks for sending them a before and after picture. I have definitely noticed a change in the color of my teeth, and I will continue to use their product!
you are using the real Vibrant White System not the one we all got scammed with which was Vibrant Whitening

OOOOHHH....... Miss-understood.... well I suggest the Real one then! It works and its cheap!

In December of '08 I purchased one tube of Vibrant White and was thrilled with the results. I saw a difference within one week. and just periodically use to keep my teeth white. I am using the same tube, in fact, just finished another treatment! I found it much easier to use than the Crest strips (although I understand they have a new strip out which is supposed to be easier to keep on the teeth). I received a packing slip with the address, turns out there is an office about 5 miles from my home. I was going to see if I could purchase direct, but it was a Saturday and not open. I have meant to order additional tubes, but after reading all the 'scams' and comments, I am concerned that perhaps the company has changed it's method of operation and will hold off. I'll watch and wait.
P.S. I want to add to my evaluation that I am 68 years old!
I have not had my teeth professionally whitened, and as mentioned above have tried Crest strips with fair results.

Just placed the order on line and then read this column. Glad I did. Went on live chat but they do not want to answer with yes or no to full credit and cancellation of order so I called their number. They then told me that the entire order was being canceled including the $11.95 shipping charges that were already pending posting on my credit card. I will now have to see if they have actually done as they have said. Too bad such low life exists in the fact that their website automatically adds thing to your order that you have actually clicked "NO" for. Very misleading site to say the least.
Your bank should reverse the charges to your account. The teeth whitening "business" will try to scare you into not disputing the charges, but they WILL back down. After your bank has reversed the charges, do not respond to any further emails from them. They will email you again with all sorts of nonsense, but put them on your spam list; all the threats are empty. Cancel your card and have your bank issue you a new one. These people are liars.
Like an idiot, I ordered the Vibrant White, having not read all these reviews before ordering. I too was charged $57.95 for shipping, which was supposed to be free and also the RUSH shipping, when it took a week and a half to get to me. Because I read these reviews right after I received the product, I called my bank and asked if I had any auto payments listed on my account. Sure enough I had an auto payment coming out the following month. The only way to avoid paying that was to close my account and get a new card, which I did. Thank you all for posting these reviews! It saved me from paying another $57.95!
Stupidly, I didn't check out reviews of Vibrant White before purchasing it. I believed the false advertising which I found on a local television station website - an advertising venue to which I had ignorantly given greater credentials than most advertising venues.
The first shipment I received was accompanied by this weird mouth light thing for which I was charged $20 and do not recollect being informed of that charge previous to my order. Then they began sending a new pen each month. The first month it happened, I assumed my order must've included two pens and maybe a pen was left out of the first order.
The next month I received another pen and grew suspicious. Sure enough, I was being charged $49.99 for each pen. I called and was told that I had enrolled in a year-long, monthly teeth-whitening program. What? No, I had definitely not signed up for such a thing. They told me that I could return the pens, but I needed to have both original packaging slips for the pens. I only have one slip, but I'm expecting a full refund, as they have records showing the charges they've made to my credit card.
I'll give an update as to whether or not I was fully refunded. Just wanted to post as soon as possible to help others avoid this scam.
I fell for the reviews and ordered it.
Ugh, tastes horrible and am throwing it out. Lost the packing slip. Don't do it!

Don't worry about returning the unused material. Just get your bank to reverse any charges. Vibrant White (and Dazzle White, etc etc) try to make it as inconvenient to return as possible (for instance, you need a 'special code' from them to complete the return). Cancel your current card and have another issued. Do not respond to any further correspondence from them, and add them to your spam filter.

Vibrant White are a bunch of criminals. They are parasites that feed on unsuspecting people via the internet. DO NOT TRUST THEM AT ALL. Once you've been scammed, the only way to stop the bleeding is to cancel your card and get a new number issued. These people should be in jail. My advice is to constantly call and email to harass them as much as possible. They pay for their ads by the number of clicks. So Keep clicking on their ads over and over but don't buy anything. If everyone keeps clicking on their ads, we can bleed them dry.
I gave this a shot and for the most part it didn't work. The first thing that through me off is you apply to your teeth and let dry. It might just be me but my mouth is usally pretty moist. I was also pretty pissed when a month latter my card was charged for the secound shipment. I do not sign up for any thing that has auto charging and check the site before I agreed to trying it. One of the biggest scams out there are the "Free Trial" with a suscription attach to it. I will give credit where credit is do. I did contact them and recieved a RMA number and was fully refunded.

I had the same exact thing happen to me! I kept clicking "NO" for every new "offer", and indicated that I ONLY wanted the"trial" shipment, which was only costing me the shipping fee, which I agreed to being charged to my credit card.........again, I ONLY agreed to the nominal shipping charge of a discounted amount of $.97. They even called me on my phone, trying to "offer" me more "great deals", because I was "one of their valued customers"! Again, I told them absolutely NO on the phone also. Then I get charged on my credit card for $88.97. By the time I realized they had charged the charge, and called them, it was 2 days AFTER THE 15 DAYS, that they told me I had to CANCEL! Why do I need to cancel something that I DID NOT authorize in the first place?? This company is a complete SCAM!!
To GUY, IRVINE, CA ,dated June 26, 09: What is a "RMA number", and how did you get it, along with your refund?

Made my teeth hurt, and I had no idea I was going to keep getting charged every month... customer service was no help at all, IT"S A SCAM... Definitely would love to see this company brought down...
I was very impressed by an "evaluation" I saw on the internet comparing several different teeth whitening products and (surprise!) Vibrant White came out the winner. I took advantage of the "Buy 2 Get 1 Free" that cost $99 plus shipping. I had a terrible time just getting the gel out of the tube. I contacted online support and requested my money back. I was told to keep twisting and twisting and the gel would eventually come out. I used it everyday faithfully and after a month I had not seen any difference at all. I contacted Vibrant White online support again and asked for my money back. I was told that it takes awhile before you can see the whitening effect on your teeth. I was told that there was a 60 day money back guarantee and to keep using the gel. I used the product for another 30 days without any results. I again contacted the online support and told them that I REALLY wanted my money back! I followed the instructions on the website on how to return the product to the company. I received an email telling me that I would not receive a refund because I had exceeded the 60 days. I sent an email telling them that I had asked for my money back twice before and been refused. They did finally refund my $99 but not the $9 shipping. This is a scam big time. I get far better results using Crest White strips at less than a third of the cost of Vibrant White.
bad product, bad company, bad news. ads very misleading about becoming a member, with additional shipments coming each month. containers have a minascue of product. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT IF YOU READ THESE ARTICLES BEFOR YOU BUY
My letter printed in full on line unfortunately listed the year as 2010 and I somehow thought the post office hadn't updated their machinery. Why I was already in 2010 I have no idea--perhaps "I had a dream." Don't hold it against me---that letter was the truth and I am still trying to get a refund of $57.99. My credit card company is assisting me with their bank which is in Tickwell, England. I finally was connected the other day to a "manager" named Mitch in Edmonton, Canada who sounded like he was in a silent room, his apartment, and sounded scared. He listened to my long story and called me back to say that if my credit card company withdrew the "chargeback" I would get a check for $57.99. My credit card company told me that if I did that I would never get the promised check and to let them continue to handle it. Can you believe this scenario??? Why haven't any authorities looked into this scam? I purchased this horrible item on 2/27, advertised if I ordered before midnight, no shipping charges of $9.99 (I ordered before midnight but they still charged me the $9.99 plus they RUSHED it for $2.99 which I did not ask for. Therefore, $57.99. I returned the product to Ontario, CA on April 14 through the post office, have a receipt that it was received on the 16th at 1:28pm and signed for by a B. Parada, but they still won't credit my account and it's June. I will not stop until I get back my money. I hope others will join me in fighting until we get this "company" shut down. A warehouse in California, one employee in Canada and a bank in Tickwell, England???? Please join me in putting this internet outfit out of business.
Yea! I got scammed also. I took advantage of that great price for what I thought was some serious whitening tooth paste for less than $2.00, next thing I know I got an auto bank withdraw for $88.97 & $9.99. I made the mistake of only reading a couple of the 1st reviews (obviously created by the scammers with fake names & locations) I called my bank & they told me it was vibrant, what scum thieves! I guess I'll have to cancel my card now, the've got my #. I'm working on getting my money back now, know what they say, if it looks too good to be true IT IS! Their web site sure looks reputable, what a fraud, seems like they have a legal scam going, it should be shut down.

I got sucked into the same deal as everyone else. I saw the second charge on my credit card and just about flipped out!!! I called them this morning, got thru fairly quickly and ranted up one side and down the other of the poor sob on the phone (it's not his fault but I told him he worked for a slime company). They cancelled my "membership" (supposedly contained on the second page in the fine print) but cannot refund any monies. I wrote this off to a lesson learned. There's enough info on the web these days, that you should check into anything you're ordering online if you are not familiar with the company.
PRODUCT DOES NOT WORK. THIS IS DEFINITELY A SCAM!! I TRIED TO GET MY MONEY BACK AND THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY COULD NOT SEND A CHECK. MY CREDIT CARD WAS COMPROMISED (UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES) SOON AFTER USING THE CARD FOR THIS PURCHASE. THIS WILL BE INVESTIGATED. I WILL POST THE RESULTS OF THE INVESTIGATION HERE ON THIS SITE. THEY COULD NOT CREDIT THE CREDIT CARD BECAUSE THE CREDIT CARD WAS CLOSED AND CLAIMED THEY COULD NOT ISSUE A REFUND CHECK. ANYONE CAN ISSUE A REFUND CHECK! HOW STUPID DO THEY THINK I AM.
DO NOT ORDER THIS PRODUCT!! YOU WILL BE VERY SORRY.
This is such a scam! They send you unauthorized shipments charged to your credit card until you cancel. You can't get through to their 1 800 # to get a refund. Everyone should repoet them to the Better Business Bureau and the FTC.
