I just got messed up with Celebrity Whightner! They are now not even sending the trial product BUT hit your card with a 169.95 charge along with 6.00+ in foreign transaction charges! This has caused my credit life heck!!! I have contacted FTC and BBB but charges are still in dispute and I almost feel the credit card and this scam are in bed together!!!!!!!! The charges are in dispute BUT since my credit card company (Juniper) was the only way to get Celebrity's phone number. Pretty strange and now since I got no where with Celebrity and they state they have a tracking number (I am going to post office next), I feel the charges will stay and this whole nightmare is going to cost me over $180.00 for absolutely nothing. Juniper, my credit card wins because I will not ruin my credit over this, and Celebrity wins. Once again, the big boys screw the consumer!
I would not suggest ever getting a Master Card with Juniper either!!!!!! They have just added an annual fee to my account after 5+ years of being with them and there is nothing I can do about it without ruining my credit.
The whole world has me in their hands and there is nothing I can do about it but say, "Yes'em master!!!". I know now how slaves felt and I was not born during that time frame.
God help us!!!!!!!!! Please excuse my bad words but I have no other solid way to express my feelings!!

Diffidently a SCAM!!! I too fell victim to it- At first I wanted to try the two advertised products (probably same company!) but was later reluctant and decided to cancel the same day. I was able to cancel "celebrity whitener" because the website had a telephone number; but it was impossible to cancel the second one "vr labs whitener” did not have any contact info via website, phone#, etc... So I thought I had to wait for the sample to arrive...will...long behold... there were NO company name and NO contact info on the product or pamphlet also...how dishonest is that? I wished I canceled my charge card before receiving the sample. Please contact Federal Trade Commission (FTC) at 1-877-FTC-HELP (1-877-382-4357) and BBB ... there needs to be a certain number of complaints before an investigation can take place. The scammer's names keep changing ...some of the past names include: Celebrity Whitener, VR LABS WHITENER, and VR LABS TEETH WHITENER. My bank statement showed even another name “Euroteque” 877-216-0117- finally a number to cancel! Since it was impossible to cancel before getting my bank statement, I was charged for the first delivery!. AS OF TODAY 6/26/10, I checked one of sites with the ad ...again it had two different names: "EverBrite Smile" and “Total Bright". I was ripped off $99.99; my credit card company only refunded the recurring charges of $99.99. Please contact Federal Trade Commission (FTC) at 1-877-FTC-HELP (1-877-382-4357) and BBB for justice and to prevent others from losing hard earned money. Don’t get mad; get even…Thanks.

I have filed complaints with multiple Better Business Bureas in all the states that were affilited with my shipment of product that didn't arrive on time and I was still charged the $169.95. THEY SUCK!! How comes this review doesn't allow for "ZERO" on the rating board! SCAMMERS!!!!!

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! It is a scam! They charge you an outrageous price after what is said to be a "free trial offer". I called to cancel within the 14 day period, but they go by the minute from when you order. I was 2 hours short of the time frame! HA! After disputing it, they said I had a reimbursement approved, and then was strung along for 3 months only to be told after multiple phone calls telling me that I could expect a reimbursement that the management now is unable to refund anyone. Definitely a scam. Tried to cancel as soon as I got product; they assured me they would cancel it but then charged my card. Phone calls and emails were of no use.....they would not remove the charge. The only way to get any justification was to have a new credit card number issued.

THIS IS A SCAM !!! Disappointed in AARP as that is where I learned about "free" trial. This cost me over $180.00 before I could cancel. A very expensive lesson!!!

Cannot reach to cancel. Both Celebrity White and Sparkle White turn out to be from the same company, Central Coast Nutraceuticals. Mailings come from Florida, but "Customer Support" number is in Mountain time. The alleged email can not be found by my server. The phone is not answered. I have repeatedly tried and finally resorted to mailing a note to the address in Florida on the package. After reading so many complaints, I'm really worried.

This is a scam & it doesn't work the way they said it does,plus it made my teeth really sensitive,so I call to return it & got the run around ,then I found later that they charged my account before the end of my trial was even near the deadline. I should have known this was a scam when they sent the applicator pen through the mail in a bubbled envelope with no information & no detailed directions on how to use it (how tacky).

I was fucked over, not realizing thart i have been getting charged for 6 months after the trial one and since i had moved they were sending them to my old address which in turn took 5 of them to show up at my door after their 30 day return period. And i told them right away that i did not want anymore and thy claim i never cancelled.

Didn't read the fine prine about cancelling and received shipment#2. Returned in october 09. Called the company in January 10,In Feb was told they did get authorization to reimburse credit card. Still No reimbursement in March,10. Called today , got run around that my credit card wouldn't accept a reimbursement check!!!!!!!! Imagine that. Had to call my credit card company and of course they only keep records for 6 months. I returned it beginning of october. Their records got a charge 10/3, only had records for the end of Oct, 09. Now have to send copy of bill and a written explaination of what occurred and dispute the bill. What a hassle. Fyi if this ever happens to you redit card company said to call after your first call to the company and they will assist in getting reimbursement. STILL WAITING FOR $64 dollars. Imagine that if only a few people say what the heck to this scam !!! What $ they they can generate!!!/ The girl at the company also wouldn't release the company ceo name to file a complaint. BE FORWARNED!!!!!

I was checking the weather and it showed up on the side as someone that lived in sacramento... and what got me was the blog comments on the bottom... omg!!! i feel so stupid.. i cancelled within the couple days and as i mentioned it to my sister she told me this was a scam and i checked my acct and i was charged $87 when i already cancelled....

I returned the product unopened via certified mail, but they would not give me credit. They e-mailed me twice that a check was in the mail, but it never came. I have 8 sets of correspondence with them, but no luck.

The city is entered on the sign-up column. The block comes on, "Enter the city." I have. Redoing the sign-up column three times, still does not accept my city when I Submit it with my personal information. Is this the way Celebrity Smile has of saving sign-up people from being scammed? Should have read the scam comments first. Why the heck is it not accepted?! Forget my city! I entered the city above this Complaint message. Will it be blocked with the same wrong rebuke, "You have not entered your city! Enter your city!" I did, you ding-bat!

You all got off better than I did as they charged me 169.95 and said I had agreed to a monthly membership. It took two hours talking to my c.c. company and talking to a foreign person I could not understand who could not believe I did not want to try this product-worst scam out there and the first and last I will ever be involved with. You cannot trust any one.

Thank you everyone so much for your comments. I ordered from this company and decided afterwards to check the reviews. I will check before I order from now on! I did cancel my credit card right away! I ordered from a scam pet supply company before. Check any web site for reviews before ordering. VISA gave me my money back. Check it out.

Me too got scam by this company. I realized this too late and can only cancelled with them after almost 2 months later. I cancelled my credit card and the dispute process is still going. I also did another stupid thing is that I gave them my phone numbers, they sent the bills to my phone bill. I called my phone company they said they can only return the bills back to that celebrity, they can't stop them from billing me. I read the reviews and saw that other people got threaten after 5 or 7 months later if they don't send them the money, they (celebrity) will mess up with customer's credit report. I feel so scared now, what should i do in that case and who should I seek help ? BBB or claim to Arizona States Att? Please give me some advices !

The advertisement I read on this product indicated I should use it in conjunction with another product, EverBrite. I thought, at 99 cents for a trial supply of each product, I wouldn't lose much if it didn't work. I had no problem ordering the Celebrity White product, but when I tried to order the EverBrite product, the order page I got was for 'Denta White'. I Googled 'EverBrite' to see if I could find the exact product order page that way, and found information and read reviews about it being a scam. Then I Googled 'Celebrity White', and read about the same problems. I knew right then and there, that I did not want to deal with these companies AT ALL--I did not even want the trial-size products shipped!

It was about 1am when I placed my order for Celebrity White, but got up the next morning at 8am to call and cancel my trial order. I spoke with 'Marie', agent #39, who seemed pleasant enough. I told her I had ordered the product only 8 hours ago, and had changed my mind due to poor reviews I'd read about the product. I told her NOT to ship the trial product, and to BE SURE nothing was charged to my CC account. She assured me my order was cancelled, and NOTHING would be charged on my account, and no product would be shipped. She gave me a cancellation number for reference.

In the future, I will research any advertised products online for negative reviews BEFORE I get sucked-in and place an order! I am assuming I have successfully thwarted any problems in dealing with this company, and I certainly hope I'm right! There's simply NO substitute for a visit with my dentist! :o)

The product did not work for me. Requested a refund and was denied.
Also, they charge more than what is in their terms and agreement. You can not talk to anyone about the product, it is only thru e-mail. I consider this a scam.

I got semi-scammed. I got the worthless product and then read the reviews - stupid me. I quickly canceled my credit card, a pain but it's one I never use. Then the phone calls to my cell started (they asked for a phone number). It was relentless - every 15 minutes sometimes. And if you called back it was a recording or no one answered. I could find no way to block calls on my phone. Then I went to the Verizon web site and found I could block the numbers there. It gave me great pleasure to to do so. That ended the calls and canceling the credit card saved me the tons of charges. And why is it always a mom that is recommending this product - mom's never lie, false sense of security. Can't believe I fell for that one. I'm usually more careful.

I am Sooooo glad I used PayPal's one time use secure card !!!! If you don't know what it is here goes.... PayPal now has what's called a secure card. It's a one time use MasterCard. I had to download a program to have it set up on my computer (real easy) when I'm at a place on line that I'm makeing a purchase I just click on the PayPal "P" on my toolbar. Then I click to generate secure card.
It will auto fill the Mastercard number as well as the three digit cvv number. The experation date is good for about one or two months. As far as any online transaction/business is concerned It's simply a Mastercard charge. They don't know it's through PayPal, and they don't know that it's only good for that one single charge !!!
About 3 months after I received the "$1.95 FREE TRIAL OFFER" They sent me an email wanting me to give them a "VALID" credit card number to charge $77.95 !! And if I don't pay they are going to continue adding late fees.

While I have not had the same exact experience as some of you, I was of course charged for this terrible product. I have had three different conflicting stories regarding the return of my money for the second tube I was charged damn near $65 for. The most infuriating thing of all is that I just got off the phone with "Manny" who "is the supervisor" and expressed to him that I am very unsatisfied with his staffs lack of knowledge about ht ereturn process seeing as how first I was told that I should see my refund in just a few days, then that it could be 7-14 business days, and now it's turned into "some of my customers have had to wait for two and a half months". And the whole reason that they have had my merchandise in their possession for three weeks, while they also have my money is becuase the bank that issues refunds is in the UK!? WTF!? This is absolutely absurd. If many of you have done as you said and reported them to the AG and BBB, I'd like to hear what the resolution is. Simply put, I do believe that this company (as their earlier comment proves) is full of unethical and immoral people.
