An absolute 100% scam...........be warned. They will charge your credit card almost as soon as they receive your information. Please do not do as I did and end up having to take them to court and report them to my bank for fraud.

Where were you BEFORE I got scammed with celebrity smile. What a joke!
I saw the ad.....I tried this.....let me tell you the secret crap. I read that ad over and over and did not see any additional expense. However, when I received it the packing slip stated I was charged 4.95 for shipping.
A few days later my bank informed me that there was a questionable charge on my account of 39.95 (celebrity smile). I called the company, spoke to "Lucy" (I'm sure this is a fake name too). she told me she would gladly refund my money if I sent back the product at my expense. Needless to say there were words exchanged, but this isn't over! I'm so damn mad. If they had a product they were proud of, and could stand by, the ads wouldn't have to be smoking mirrors.

im so pissed off!!! this is a huge scam! and they dont even tell you the policy until after they get your name and all your information. i just called to cancel the second i saw this website and realized im an idiot and they told me they still need to send it to me and i need to send it back when i get it... so now i can even get my damn money back for somthing i need to send back the day i get!!!!!!

This is a Big scam!!! I was tempted to have whiter teeth in a hurry, so I gave celebrity smile a try. BIG MISTAKE!!!! They not only charged me full price before I even recieved my shipment, they continued to charge me after I sent it back. I was able to get a nice representive on the phone to at least credit me (minus the shipping, even though I had to pay even more to ship it back!) I'm out $56.00 and I'll NEVER order from a company before I check for bad reviews.

It sounds like Greg was the one that I talked to on the phone from this place. Unfortunately people are too trustworthy and figure that people will not rip them off or scam them. Sorry Greg that we are trustworthy and didn't think "companies" could be such scum to work with. Greg you're just as low as the Celebrity Smile representatives!

I tried to submit a comment on the "blogs" that are really websites. It kept rerouting me. The websites aren't open blogs. It's obvious that these websites were created for corporate interests, not by "Cathy" or "Susan."

I really liked the product!! And unlike you ignorant idiots i actually read the terms and conditions before I placed the order. You all wanna put blame on someone else when its you who should really pay attention before you go around the internet just throwing your credit card info around. Maybe it is a little over priced but worth it. READ BEFORE YOU GIVE PEOPLE YOUR CREDIT CARD!!

Too late. I'd already screwed myself. I lost the $6.99 & $4.95. Ok, penalty for being stupid. New card $10.00. I can deal with it.

Celebrity Smile did get the product to me in two days.
But nothing from Whitening Now. My bank records show Whitening Now was an International Transaction. So whoever these scam scum are it wouldn't be easy to settle the score.

Okay, this is so a scam. They have "ads" from these so called ordinary people who tried 2 products and got fabulous results, funny thing is if you vist these "blogs" these folks just had to set up to rave about the products and results you see it's the same person. The before and after photo are of the same set of teeth yet the names of the blogs are different. I saw the "Cathy's Teeth Whitening Sucess" ad and instead of hitting the link I decided to google the blog and she has links to 2 companys, Whitening Smile & Celebrity smile. I decided to google these places instead of hitting the links and guess what, when I googled Celebrity Smile about 8 searches down from the top, you get another personal blog from someone named Stacey with the same exact story, the same exact teeth pictures, having used the same exact 2 products and the same exact blog format. Under this search is yet another blog from Lindsay with yep you guess it the same exact everything as Cathy and Stacey the only thing different is the name and location of this persons residence. I find it highly unlikely that 3 (or more I didn't bother to look up more than this) people had the same idea, wrote the same words, using the same wordpress blog format, and have the same teeth and smile. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY and most certainly DO NOT give these people your credit card info. I also called the 800 number someone had listed here and the message is very misleading, claiming that product received or not if you ordered the free trial you are responsible for the charges on your card and disputing with your credit card company is credit card fraud. This is also untrue. Please don't do business with this company or even visit their site. I have listed below the blogsites of the 3 women that claim to have stumbed upon the two products, copy and paste and judge for yourself.

do not use this product it does not whiten you teeth and the next time you drink something even remotly hot or cold you will be in pain!!! it makes ur teeth soooooo sensitive. and yes its permenant!!!!!!! stay away from this product!!!!!!!!!

BEWARE! Celebrity Smile is a total scam. I only ordered a free trial and paid for shipping charges ($4.95) and never enrolled in any membership or ordered more product. Then they charged me $44.00 on my VISA card every ten days for products I never ordered. I returned one product and they only refunded $33.00 back to me and they charged me for another package which I never received. Then Fit Fact charged me two times for a membership I never ordered. Who are they anyway? I am fighting with my credit card company to get rid of these bogus charges and had to cancel my card for fear there would be other bogus charges as well. These people belong in PRISON. I will never order anything over the Internet again unless it is BBB approved.

I'm glad I didn't order but, folks, please never give out your credit card # to ANYONE for a "free" trial of anything. If they have to ask for a credit card, it will not end up being free. If you call them and they won't do business with you without a CC, they are a fraud. A legitimate company would have ways to pay by check or MO - assuming that it would only be for shipping since everything else is supposed to be free.

I tried sending back the product (two) tubes and ONLY got credited for one. I didn't know they were gonna charge my card every month I can't afford that as can probably no one else. Plus they charge you 44.95 on your card and They only credited 33.95 back. sick people.

I also wish I would have seen this before I purchased the product. I called today to cancel and the person who answered actually got angry and was mad that I would not try his product. It was so strange! I also told him I would mail it back the second I recieved it and he said that even if I did that, it will sit in the inventory room for a while, so there is no way to go about avoiding the 48 dollar charge. I ordered Celebrity Smile. When I placed my order it advised me that it was extremely popular and that orders may be delayed by a few weeks. It did state that the 14 day free trial wouldn't start until the product was received. Well... about 30 days later I still had not received the product and low and behold I had been charged! I emailed the link I found on their website to advise them of their mistake. After several emails of them saying they had no record of my order being placed (even after I gave them the confirmation/account number I received in an email after ordering) I became even more frustrated. They tried to tell me that they had no charges for my name and address or orders and that the charge on my account would probably be returned to them for over drafting. They would not listen. My account didn't overdraft, the charge wasn't pending it was cleared and I had the emails from them. This went on for about 4 - 5 days. Low and behold I received the product. I looked at the shipping date on the package and it was sent the day after I first contacted them. I emailed them back to tell them I would send the package back without opening it and to charge back my card. After another few days of emails that made me want to punch myself in the face they said "We are not Celebrity Smile. We are Celebrity Sexy Smile. Please contact the correct people." I was so irate that I haven't attempted contacting them again. This was in January and I haven't checked the bank account to see if they have charged me again. I will be checking tonight and from the looks of it I suppose I'll have to get a new bank card to keep them from charging mine constantly. Stay away from this company!

I too to scammed be these people. I chose to keep the gel but got five charges on my credit card totaling 140.00 by unknown companies who turned out to be linked to Celebrity Smile, My credit card went over the limit and I had to call these companies only to finally find out they got my info through these con artists. When I called Celebrity and confronted them they said they no longer were connected to fit fact. but there name is on there voice mail. I told them I was going to report them to the BBB and the rude girl on the phone kept repeating everything I said to someone next to her. Lesson learned never give your credit card number unless it is a secured site that is BBB approved. Please report these people to the BBB in Florida so others will not be taken like I was...There are too many of these fraud companies popping up and we are falling for it.

Can't believe I got took. Thought I was fairly smart about these kinds of things. Not only Celebrity Smile and LuminousBrite, but they also enrolled you in a monthly membership ($30) to fac-fit.com.
What a nightmare.....cancelled my credit card...now they have a tiger by its tail....I am not going to let go until I win the war.

I, too, was caught in the trap by not reading their fine print carefully enough, and got billed $39.95 after I emailed them to cancel the order - but I didn't realize I had to send back the unused portion of the sample they sent. My advice is DO NOT ORDER CELEBRITY SMILE!!! I don't know if the product works - a week isn't enough time to try it and tell anything. Additionally, I had a mysterious another billing on my credit card in the same time period from something called the Fit Factory. When I called them to ask what it was for, they couldn't tell me, only that I must have signed up on-line for something for which I would be billed monthly. Did Celebrity Smile also sell my credit card info to some other scam???

Wow it amazes me to see how many people like me got scammed into this. I paid the $4.95 shipping and handling and just got it in the mail and was charged another $39.95 for the stupid stuff. Anyways THE ONLY WAY YOU CAN STOP GETTING CHARGED IS TO CHANGE YOUR BANK ACCOUNT. THEY ARE A COMPLETE SCAM WHO NEED TO BE SITTING IN JAIL RIGHT NOW.

I was stupid. Did not research before ordering a trial offer. I returned the trial tube before the 14 day trial period according to the instructions given by their "customer service". RM # etc AND a return receipt. Doesn't make any difference. I have been charged, 4.95 for the trial, 39.95 for a second shipment, and 44.90 for a third shipment which I never received. Reported to the BBB and to my credit card company. Still have not received credit and the customer service number is no longer valid. Has anyone noticed that this so called Central Coast Nutraceutic Company also tries to push Acai juice and other products as well as Celebrity Smile? They've probably retired to some tropical island to enjoy the fruits of their amazing scams that unfortunately, we fell for. Good luck! The BBB sure failed on protecting the consumers on this one!
