I keep getting charged every month for this stuff and you can not cancel over the phone unless you want to wait 60 minutes for a representative because, "they are so busy". The link below is the link to cancel. Your order number should be next to your name on the shipping label. I am going to try to cancel tonight to see if this will really end my "membership". The celebrity smile is a complete scam. My credit card was not only charged the price of the product but a month later another company charged me 99.99 for the shipping. The phone number for this company is 1-800-937-4613. You must listen to the message it's obvious this has affected alot of consumers.

This was the worst purchase I have ever made in my life. I called to cancel this item after sitting on hold for 60 min, and was charged anyway. I called them back to dispute the charges and sat on hold for 83 min. the lady on the phone argued with me and was VERY rude, then she hung up on me. A determined Latin I sat on hold again (thank God for Speaker phone) this time for 93 min, only to speak with a rude Mngr. We also argued, she finally agreed to credit me only $15. I sent e-mail complaints with no responce. Ultimately I called my credit card and notified them of un-authorized fraud charges and had my account number changed. I have learned my lesson. PLEASE DO NOT BY THIS CRAPY PRODUCT FROM THIS CRAPY COMPANY!!!!!!!

I have sent them two e-mails to cancel my membership and called to cancel my free trail order and get refund for cost of shipping no response. they auto replayed to my e-mails that they are going get back to me so far after 8 days no response. i just don't have good feeling about this company.

If you're pissed off then click on their website ads every time you see one.

They get charged every time you click on one of their deceptive ads.

Eventually if enough of us do this they will be hard pressed to stay in business. Make a mental note to do this 5 or 6 times per ad.

If not for you, do this for the folks who will get scammed in the future.

It is written in very small print on the tube itself, Do not use if pregnant. I think they should have said that up front. This is a high risk in-vitro pregancy. Thanks a lot. I cancelled immediately and was willing to pay for the trail, but they sent another tube today.

Just to update everyone, I received the Celebrity Smile product today. I didn't open the tube. there was a receipt in there with their return policy saying returned merchandise requires delivery confirmation from the shipping provider and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from Customer Care. What a load of rubbish because I can't even get in contact with their customer care as the phone number is just a recording and I've tried sending them several emails, but no reply. I'm going to try to send it back. I called my bank and filed a claim, so hopefully I won't be charged.

Dangit, I wish I would've seen this before buying that crap. Now I'm frantically trying to cancel my order so I won't be charged $40 a month. I tried calling the number, but it's just a recording saying "Due to the popularity of our product, all our representatives are busy, please call back later." (or something like that.) I'm never buying anything off the internet ever again. I learned my lesson the hard way.

I bought this two weeks ago--$49 for a supposed 30 day supply, ran out of stuff within 2 weeks, did absolutely nothing and there is no where on their site to send back---what a rip off!

There are many similar names like this one. I do not know they are all scam.
The "celebrity sexy teeth" whitener is a total scam. The web site "www.celebritysexyteeth.com" pop up like boiling water. The web site does not have contact number.
The "celebrity smile" I do not try it yet. If anyone have it, please let us know. The web site is "www.celebrity-smile.com" and they have contact number. But they will charge 15% restocking fee and shipping charges.
