I'm on day 6 and are loving the results! Yes, they will slip a little if you aren't keeping your mouth somewhat still. Yes, I have exprienced an increased sensitivity (as warned on the packaging). But they have certainly whitened my teeth which were discolored from coffee and tea! I feel that my teeth were stained on the outside layers inward (as from foods), not systemically (as from medication use).

It was well worth my investment and will continue to use as needed.

I went for Zoom whitening. My teeth came out amazing. To maintain my ultra white smile i use Crest Pro Effects. They work great. Saved me so much money rather than buying the zoom whitening trays.

These work so well!! My teeth look amazing. I just can't stop smiling. However, I did experience moderate pain while using the strips. My teeth were very sensitive to heat and cold, but the sensitivity went away after I finished the pack. If you can deal with the pain, I think this is a great product.

these strips work great. after my initial first day i noticed a difference. yes there are issues with having the strips moving around in your mouth, but i recommend just keeping your mouth shut because then they are not prone to move.
i saw my mother use these and after like a week of inconsistent use (3 days she used them) along with brushing her teeth, her smile hasbecome very white. (drinking coffee everyday for like 20+ years)

it amazes me that after my first day that i saw a significant difference considering i smoke hand rolled cigarettes (no filter) as well as drink coffee.
i figure the price is reasonable for those who really find it useful, i assume that the people that do notice any differences already have fairly white teeth or need to get their eyesight fixed as well.

Really amazing results after only 4 applications! In the end...teeth are 2/3 shades lighter. However, the strips are very awkward to use and move around in the mouth constently!!! Also experienced a lot of tooth sensitivity and temperory whitening of the gums!

I'm going on my 6th day and I do see a significant difference. It's definately 2-3 shades whiter. My teeth got sensitive on about the 2nd day but it was only slight. I almost forgot them yesterday and wore two, back to back and that made some teeth hurt, but it went away when I took the strips off. Cant wait to see the final results! I would reccommend this product, it's worth it for the price.

I bought the Pro effects. These strips will not stay on the teeth for the full 30 minutes. They are so flimsy they fall off as soon as some saliva builds up in your mouth. My bottom teeth are all capped so I used all 20 strips on the top teeth and saw very little difference. It felt as though the peroxide was disappearing within a minute or so of applying the strip. And, as previously mentioned the strip would not stay in place.
I will never purchase these again. I am very disappointed.

I've noticed a change from the first time I wore it, and after 3 days it was noticeable, which is fast. It's whitened my teeth in about 2 tones I think.
After 3 days my gums became sensitive, I felt itching while wearing the strips, and even in a small points my gums became white, but it was gone after I took off the strips. Recommendation: take of the strips using toilet paper
Another important thing, which I was very surprised for good, is that it is comfortable to wear it.
Where are the disadvantages?
1. The strips are not length identical. The upper strip is longer then the lower. After 3 days of using I switched between them so I could cover more area at my lower teeth
2. The entire areas are not covered by the strips. Only the front teeth are covered
3. Sometimes I had difficulties to open the packing which forced me to use scissors, but after u get the technique u can open it quickly
4. I didn’t find any instructions regarding how long u need to use it (except that u see change after 10 days) and when do u need to refresh it. Since I have noticed a change after 3 days I don't know if I need to keep on wearing it or not. Also I would like to know how long this whitening takes place and when is recommended to do it again
5. Affordability - I think 35 bucks is not so cheap it’s but since it did the job for me I'm satisfied

I would recommend asking your dentist about what type of whitening method works best for you. My dentist told me that my teeth would respond very well to the crest pro effects whitening strips and she was absolutely correct. After only 3 days, I started to notice a significant difference. Although I experienced no tooth sensitivity during the process, my dentist recommends Sensodyne toothpaste for those that do. This toothpaste needs to be used only during the 10 day treatment and then you can go back to using your normal toothpaste. Overall, I had a wonderful experience with the product and would definitely recommend it.

I just started using them. I also use whiting tooth paste and whiting mouth rinse. Im one day 3, my husband noticed a difference, I still cant tell yet but will continue to use.

I used them for the first time back in October to get ready for the holidays. Ill confess, I did not think they would work but after a short while I began seeing results. I have been using them since then and now I have a white and beautiful smile. I have been getting compliments from friends, family, and co-workers. Today I look at my old photo's of my teeth and compare them to now and I can see a huge difference. Keep in mind that there will be some discomfort. Everyone is different so your results may not be the same. I would highly recommend using them.

A friend recommended this product to me. I bought the product and it worked well. I've been getting many complements on my new smile. There is some tenderness to the gum area and some tooth sensitivity but it goes away. I was afraid to use this product because i have sensitive teeth and i was worried it would be painful as other reviews stated. I recommend it.

Be careful with tooth whitening strips. The products used give the appearance of whiter teeth as they erode fine layers of enamel from your teeth. It is far safer to go for a fast and quick in-office laser treatment where in one hour you would get better results from any amount of use from the strips. I had never used whitening strips before and decided to give them a try when someone took a photo of me standing next to someone else and I noticed their teeth were considerably brighter than mine.

I landed on the Whitestrips Pro Effects mainly because they were the strongest available at the local Target. The kit included 20 packets that you could use twice daily for 10 days.

After the first couple of applications I had figured out it's easiest to get your teeth dry and apply the strips...top teeth first and then the bottom. Once you get them on I learned to hold them in place with your lips pressed against your teeth. It was easiest to sit down and just watch TV, read, surf, whatever.

I always did 2 packets a day. Most of the time I did them back-to-back at night. I'd wear the first set for 30-35 minutes and then remove. Wipe the gross paste off my teeth/gums and then spit a few times. Then apply the next set for another 30-35 minutes.

I saw several people post about their teeth being sensitive. I will say that after my first couple of days my teeth did get sensitive. Mostly when having something hot/cold against them (soup, ice water). Not painful but annoying. It did seem that my teeth got progressively more sensitive on days 3, 4, and 5. It never was bad though. I will say that I took about 4 days off from wearing them at the halfway point because I was out of town traveling and forgot to bring them with. I'm sure that helped giving my teeth a break for 4 days. I just finished the last set last night and after the second 5 days of wearing them my teeth are again slightly sensitive. I suspect by tomorrow they'll be back to normal. So taking a break for a few days at the midway point might have helped with the sensitivity. I never once used sensodyne or anything similar.

I couldn't be more happy with the results! My girlfriend noticed after about 3 days and she was really happy with the results as well. I decided to take pics at the start, midway point, and the end so I could compare side-by-side and see the progress. I'm from the Show-Me state and it's easier for you all to see than to believe. So look and see for yourself, I've assembled and attached a pic. It made a huge difference. They still aren't pearly white but they are several shades brighter and I couldn't be more pleased!

I have tried the pro strips once and have sensitivity on my teeth from it after once use. My teeth were for the most part already white as I used 5 min plus white for 7 years since my braces were off and had no sensitivity to that. I have 6 more days to go on the pro strips but not sure if we will put our teeth throught the pain of them again. The pain didnt start until the next day which continues. As far as whitening, I am sure it works great. i may just go back to the 5 min plus white that I know works for me without the pain. I think the pro strips are just too strong. i would recommend a dentist referral with these pro strips. Good Luck!

After following the instructions on the box and finding that thay could cause some teeth sensitivity I decided to give them a go.....the first day I was cautious and only used them for 30mins. The second day the same, third day I decided to use them twice aday for 30 min as recommended and I had severe tooth sensitivity for 8 hours that strong paracetamol didn't ease. I read that sensodyne toothpaste helped so I have used it for 2 weeks and then thought i'd try the strips again starting with 20mins......however here I am again in severe pain. It did make a slight difference but the pain is too severe to continue use. I feel Crest should have more of a warning on their products and I wish I had consulted my dentist before use.

It's been about 5 days since i started using this and i have noticed an amazing improvement. I didn't have yellow teeth before just a little dull. I am now seeing them so white when i smile. It's a pretty awsome feeling. I recommend this for anyone who doesn't have an extreme yellow mouth.

I noticed a difference after 2 days my teeth were whiter!! For me the strips are pretty easy to apply it was tricky at first but you get used to is. My teeth were sensitive after the first day and were hurting pretty badly but I bought some sensodyne toothpaste and it worked GREAT!!!! I can continue to wear the strips with no sesitivity!!!

I used pro strips for 3 days now and i love this product my teeth are REALLY white now and it doesnt bother me at all i can get ready and dressed and everything , i love them alot . My gums dont bother me and the bottom sticks on REALLY GOOD!, my teeth are really white , and i only do this once a day for 30 minites .. my teeth are probley 4 shades lighter allready

I love crest whitestrips! my teeth are beautiful and white now and people always compliment me on my smile. i might sound like an addict...well i guess i am. haha but seriously, i don't know what i'd do without them!
