i am on day 8 and i have noticed a big difference in my teeth. However, i accidently fell asleep with them on & am now having severe pain. Is there anything i can do to ease the pain?

If i put the Pro effects white strips on twice a day would my teeth get whiter quicker and do it with this routine for all of them? since the recommendation is once a day for an hour

first used the original crest white strips abt 5 yrs ago and loved the results with the exception of some tooth sensitivity, however the Advanced seal strips are awesome! white bright results in a couple of days...

I'm on my 4th day of using it, and I don't see much of a difference in my teeth. I am waiting to use it for another 4 days and if I don't see any results, I am requesting a refund.

I was really hesitant to use this product at first after reading the reviews before. But Im really happy I gave this product a chance. Im on my third day of using this and Ive already noticed a slight whitening in my teeth, yay!:-D The only probs with this product i guess is that it smells bad :-S Plus its so difficult for it to stay on my teeth, esp on the bottom part.

I have somewhat sensitive teeth. I use Sensodyne toothpaste. I used the original strips when they first came out. They caused slight discomfort but they slid all around your mouth. I did finish the box but never purchased any strip products again.

A friend of mine recommended these to me and said they didn't cause her any discomfort and worked extremely well. Her teeth are REALLY white. So eventually I decided to shell out the $45 and buy them. I had already brushed my teeth before applying but then saw that you weren't suppose to do that so I waited about an hour before applying them. I will say that they have improved the grip of the strip on your teeth. The strip did stay in place for the full 30 minutes. I felt a couple little twinges of pain but that was expected. What I didn't expect was waking up the next day with EXTREME GUM AND TOOTH PAIN. It was so severe that it was affecting my day. I have only used 1 application!! I will probably end up giving them to someone who doesn't have sensitive teeth.

This product does work, but expect pain if you even have somewhat sensitive teeth. I really really hope they figure out a way to whiten teeth without peroxide!

I have been using the product for 3 days now, and my teeth are already brighter. I have however, expierienced some pain. My teeth are very sensative and they have iritated the inside of my mouth alot. My mom used them too and she had the same results. I am still using them though because they work really good! So if you can get past the pain use them!

Ok so I used these strips a while ago and they worked very very well. I got tons of compliment on how white my teeth looked (mind you my teeth were not extremely yellow to begin with, so your results depends on how yellow your teeth are to start). It lasted about 6 months I believe. However there is a downside to this product. I used the product a second time, a few years later (recently); I cannot recall the first time I used the product there being too much tooth sensitivity,( I can 99.8% of the time drink something cold and not experience any pain) but the second time was horrendous. During the whitening process ( the first time I put on strips) there was no real pain but hours after, my gums were KILLING me, it also seemed the nerves in my body were extremely sensitive and this condition lasted for hours. I might have had a bad reaction, but the experience was bad enough that I did not use them again. I just wanted to warn people about what might happen to them. The strips also (to me at least) did not taste very good, not bad enough to stop using, the smell was a little "eh" and they did not stay on very well. However, my first time experience was great over all and the results were worth it. I am going to try whitening my teeth again, hopefully it works out. Good Luck to all!

I'm on day 3 and starting noticing my teeth getting brighter. I've never tried these strips before and now that I am using them, I am happy with the results. I'm sure by day 10, my teeth will be brighter than it ever has. I'm impressed.

Im 19 & i talked to my denist about teeth whitening seeing how mine are stained from laser surgery not smoking & coffee & she suggested these because my teeth are still young. I got them & just after the first strip my teeth were like 2 shades lighter. I'm very happy with them. Especially since I'm really nervous about my teeth & smiling.

Product works very well and is easy to use. I started a routine, putting them on everyday before my drive to work then taking them off when I arrived then at night put them on while watching TV or making dinner. I noticed a difference after the 3rd time putting them on. Tried this in the beginning of the year to make sure that they would work so that I could use the kit again in September before my wedding. Definately worth the price and so much cheaper and less time involved than setting up a dentist appt and paying out of pocket for the dentists version. I would definately recommend for everyone!! I had started trying this product years ago, but never followed through, I wish that I knew then what I know now.

I'm on day 6 and are loving the results! Yes, they will slip a little if you aren't keeping your mouth somewhat still. Yes, I have exprienced an increased sensitivity (as warned on the packaging). But they have certainly whitened my teeth which were discolored from coffee and tea! I feel that my teeth were stained on the outside layers inward (as from foods), not systemically (as from medication use).

It was well worth my investment and will continue to use as needed.

I went for Zoom whitening. My teeth came out amazing. To maintain my ultra white smile i use Crest Pro Effects. They work great. Saved me so much money rather than buying the zoom whitening trays.

These work so well!! My teeth look amazing. I just can't stop smiling. However, I did experience moderate pain while using the strips. My teeth were very sensitive to heat and cold, but the sensitivity went away after I finished the pack. If you can deal with the pain, I think this is a great product.

these strips work great. after my initial first day i noticed a difference. yes there are issues with having the strips moving around in your mouth, but i recommend just keeping your mouth shut because then they are not prone to move.
i saw my mother use these and after like a week of inconsistent use (3 days she used them) along with brushing her teeth, her smile hasbecome very white. (drinking coffee everyday for like 20+ years)

it amazes me that after my first day that i saw a significant difference considering i smoke hand rolled cigarettes (no filter) as well as drink coffee.
i figure the price is reasonable for those who really find it useful, i assume that the people that do notice any differences already have fairly white teeth or need to get their eyesight fixed as well.

Really amazing results after only 4 applications! In the end...teeth are 2/3 shades lighter. However, the strips are very awkward to use and move around in the mouth constently!!! Also experienced a lot of tooth sensitivity and temperory whitening of the gums!

I'm going on my 6th day and I do see a significant difference. It's definately 2-3 shades whiter. My teeth got sensitive on about the 2nd day but it was only slight. I almost forgot them yesterday and wore two, back to back and that made some teeth hurt, but it went away when I took the strips off. Cant wait to see the final results! I would reccommend this product, it's worth it for the price.

I bought the Pro effects. These strips will not stay on the teeth for the full 30 minutes. They are so flimsy they fall off as soon as some saliva builds up in your mouth. My bottom teeth are all capped so I used all 20 strips on the top teeth and saw very little difference. It felt as though the peroxide was disappearing within a minute or so of applying the strip. And, as previously mentioned the strip would not stay in place.
I will never purchase these again. I am very disappointed.

I was very skeptical using it since the reviews I read were average.
I've noticed a change from the first time I wore it, and after 3 days it was noticeable, which is fast. It's whitened my teeth in about 2 tones I think.
After 3 days my gums became sensitive, I felt itching while wearing the strips, and even in a small points my gums became white, but it was gone after I took off the strips. Recommendation: take of the strips using toilet paper
Another important thing, which I was very surprised for good, is that it is comfortable to wear it.
Where are the disadvantages?
1. The strips are not length identical. The upper strip is longer then the lower. After 3 days of using I switched between them so I could cover more area at my lower teeth
2. The entire areas are not covered by the strips. Only the front teeth are covered
3. Sometimes I had difficulties to open the packing which forced me to use scissors, but after u get the technique u can open it quickly
4. I didn’t find any instructions regarding how long u need to use it (except that u see change after 10 days) and when do u need to refresh it. Since I have noticed a change after 3 days I don't know if I need to keep on wearing it or not. Also I would like to know how long this whitening takes place and when is recommended to do it again
5. Affordability - I think 35 bucks is not so cheap it’s but since it did the job for me I'm satisfied

I would recommend asking your dentist about what type of whitening method works best for you. My dentist told me that my teeth would respond very well to the crest pro effects whitening strips and she was absolutely correct. After only 3 days, I started to notice a significant difference. Although I experienced no tooth sensitivity during the process, my dentist recommends Sensodyne toothpaste for those that do. This toothpaste needs to be used only during the 10 day treatment and then you can go back to using your normal toothpaste. Overall, I had a wonderful experience with the product and would definitely recommend it.

I just started using them. I also use whiting tooth paste and whiting mouth rinse. Im one day 3, my husband noticed a difference, I still cant tell yet but will continue to use.

I used them for the first time back in October to get ready for the holidays. Ill confess, I did not think they would work but after a short while I began seeing results. I have been using them since then and now I have a white and beautiful smile. I have been getting compliments from friends, family, and co-workers. Today I look at my old photo's of my teeth and compare them to now and I can see a huge difference. Keep in mind that there will be some discomfort. Everyone is different so your results may not be the same. I would highly recommend using them.

I took before and after photos and could not tell any difference what-so-ever. They did not work for me. I am requesting the refund.
