The Whitening Now teeth whitening system is a scam. You will see this product advertised on the internet through fake testimonials posted on blogs. While the product may certainly be better than the scam brush-on whiteners, the company uses far too many illicit marketing tactics to make it legitimate. Their website will try to lure you in with their free sample offer - you will actually be signing up for a month-to-month supply that will be billed at $78.93 per month. The product has also been found to use the name "Bright Teeth Whitening System".
Their terms and conditions state the following: "Upon the expiration of the Free Trial Period, You will be automatically enrolled in Our Home Delivery Plan, and Your credit card will be billed for the full cost of the Product that You ordered (i.e., a thirty day supply). At present, the full cost of the Product is $78.93."
- Whitening Now uses the fake testimonial blog cathysteeth[dot]com to dupe consumers.
- Whitening Now claims to be the leading teeth whitening system available today. This is not true.
- Whitening Now claims that their system has been used by dentists and spas worldwide for years, and just recently became available directly to consumers. This is not true. No dentist has ever used the Whitening Now system.
- Their website uses a timer to create a false sense of urgency. They do not want you to read the terms and conditions.
