Dazzle White Review

The Dazzle White Teeth Whitener is a scam. A lot of consumers are being scammed by this one right now! You will see this product advertised on the internet through fake testimonials posted on blogs, forums and phony review sites. The product is also known as DazzleWhite Pro and DazzleWhite Now.

Our Observations

  • Dazzle White uses fake testimonial blogs to dupe consumers.
  • The product does not work and is over priced for a brush-on teeth whitener.
  • Their website uses a fake "qualification system."
  • Their checkout page displays a fake "dentist preferred" seal and has false "mcafee secure" and "truste" certification images.
  • They created many fake dazzle white review sites to decrease the visibility of legitimate teeth whitening review sites.
  • Dazzle White will also charge consumers for non teeth whitneing products/programs (read their terms and conditions).

Dazzle White. It is a scam. I ordered the sample, it took two weeks to get here - was charged $49 for a tray, spent an hour on the phone getting that off my credit card, then returned the sample the day after I got it - unopened. Now, two weeks later, I've been charged $90 and can not get them on the phone anymore - their computers are down.

I too fell for this scam. I thought I had cancelled all "affiliate' companys such as, "Insider Secrets" and "Comprehensive Weight Loss EBook", but 2 months later I had a charge for "MyDietId.com" which I had never been informed of nor recall seeing in the Terms and Conditions. I finally cancelled my credit card and hope this will be the end. What a lesson. I had never bought anything online before and will definetly think twice next time and won't forget to read the TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

This Product is a TOTAL SCAM , I signed up for a 9.99 trial offer to test the product out to see if it would do as it says and give me that Celeberity smile..

My 9.99 trial turned out to be a scam

I signed up , payed then went to my email to see this ,,
This is your receipt for your $14.90 purchase of a 14 day trial.

so I called and complained, being told this was the cost for shipping and handeling. for this product. So , I said Fine,

I was also told that thre would be a future charge to my account when I was going to be shipped the actual product asside from the 14 day trial.
so today ,, I look and see that yes indeed they have charged my acct..$58.76 US DOLLAR

the now 9.99 trial just cost me 14.90 pluss $58.76 .. stay away from this product that DOES NOT WORK, I got gum irritation and sencitivity from using it and it tastes aweful, I had better results brushing with baking soda and peroxide,,

I too fell victim to Dazzle White. I luckily was alerted by my Macy's visa credit card company who had commonly seen their customers complain and go through the process for disputing Dazzle White. However, I did get charged on my visa for the $1.95 trial promo (their S&H). My Macy's visa credit card company advised me to close the account. So I closed the account. The visa company told me that I could get a new account with them, but I declined because I did not want any future unexpected trouble from Dazzle White. I am very thankful to Macy's visa credit protection dept. though for alerting me. One more thing, before even waiting to receive the trial product, I called Dazzle White immediately to cancel the trial product but of course...they told me that the trial shipped out already. Funny...because I called them the same day I ordered. So I went through the whole ordeal and asked them what I needed to do to get a master cancel. They said I would have to return the trial product asap, I had 10 days from the time I ordered to return the product or I would be charged $79.95 because that was the full product I was receiving. Also, I was unaware that I was signed on to autoshipment program for more full shipment ready for release in 3 weeks. Yikes! Also, I would have to call two different numbers to cancel World Global Gym Club and Weight Loss Club membership too. Crazy. Also, I was signed on to Health Member membership too which I would have to cancel. Also I would have to cancel all other affliates, but that they did not have the toll-free numbers to those. I would have to do it and find out myself. This is nuts. So I went into plan of action..when I recieved Dazzle White's teeth whitening trial product...(which arrived in the 6th day from the day I ordered it) I immediately went to my local post office to have this product returned. It cost me about $25.00 because of USPS Priority Express (next day shipping), insurance, and the proof of delivery/green postcard with required signature once received. I could track the package since I had it delivered to Dazzle White Priority Express next day shipping so they received their trial next day. I called their customer service dept. and made sure they master cancelled my account and I would be cancelled out of their autoshipment program and not recieve any future charges. Although I did not have a active visa account anymore because I closed the Macy's visa account. Well...as I read the other people's comments on how to stop Dazzle white from sending the trial in the first place and receiving the master cancel of autoshipment & etc...I found out I didn't even have to pay out of my pocket to have that stuff shipped back to them. Oh well. All I had to do was to let them know I would be contacting by State Attorney General office, BBB, and FTC. Also that to be persistant. Tell them to they take me off their autoshipments program, Global Gym Club, Weight Loss program, Health Member, Etc...bottom line master cancel my account. Well, hard lesson learned, but learned. Good luck to you all.

I got suckered just like everyone else. But for me, I ordered it, and then got word that I was going to be deployed to America Samoa to help with the relief effort. Imagine my surprize when I check the balance on my card only to find that I had been ripped off. I tried to call and explain this situation, but even though I sent it back, I still just got word that I'm suddenly a member of Beauty Club. Nobody expects me to be pretty, and I like it that way. Is there someone we can write or call, I mean just look at this one page.

I ordered the trial products like everyone else. I learned of all the other charges and called and canceled my card immediately to prevent the $58 charge. I think I'm keeping the product because they can't charge me for not sending it back anymore. I hope people stop falling for this scam!! It was a big lesson learned when ordering products online.

I too was scammed by this company and had to cancel my debit card. We should start a class action suit to get our money back. Sent back my product and haven't received any refund. Probably won't. Everyone needs to report this to the FTC. Also CNN and everyone else who allows the advertising for this company should wake up.

And the company officials who keep writing this stuff about a refund need to quit lying. You don't refund. You lead people to think you are an American based company and the charges come from Cypress.

When you question your people at the toll free number they deny that the charges originate in Cypress. Just trying to avoid American laws.

Legitimate companies need to take notice of this fraud and help shut it down or no one will trust buying anything over the internet.

This shit is a fucking rip off. After I fell for this scam. I realized, and called to cancel. I was told that my membership was cancelled and I wouldn't be charged anything but the 1.95 shipping fee. I thought ok a cheap lesson learned. I then recieved a phone call 2 hours later to confirm my shipping info... I told the rep that I had cancelled my order. He got smart with me and said, If you cancelled the order I wouldn't have this request on my screen! I told him that I wanted to again cancel my order. He said that I would have to call another number to cancel, So again I called. They told me my order was already cancelled. I asked what to do when I recieved the package. The operater told me to refuse it, and it would be shipped back to warehouse, and i would never be charged. I recieved the package a few days later and I refused it like I was told, and dropped it into the mail. Then today I check my checking account (stupid me to list this debit info) to notice I was charged 79.00. I was livid. I called and was told to please refrain from using such selected language!!! They told me that I was not being truthfull about the rep telling me to return to sender, because they never say that. and that the package could take 40 days to return to the warehouse. I would not be credited untill that time. If you have this product and need to return it DO NOT RETURN TO SENDER. Find out where it needs to be shipped to (i still dont know). Hope this helps others from being trapped in this scam!!!

I wish I had read this website before I became a victim of this scam. I also am embarrassed that I fell for this promotion. A woman from Los Angeles supposedly was writing to say she bought two separate products that worked well together...DazzleSmile and CleanWhites. So I called to order a trial supply for just shipping and handling. Of course within an hour both companies called wanting to send me something else but I could call to cancel it anytime. I told both of them I DID NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES want anything but the free trial offer. Of course I received the other products anyway. I'm still trying to get this off my credit card. I think we should all call the Better Business Bureau.

How to get your money back!!

Call the CC company, tell them Dazzle sent you nothing and are charging you even though you canceled within the time period. It doesn't matter if you didn't, they will do a charge back to Dazzle and refund your money. This is a clear ripoff, and guess what? the product name changes regularly.
It doesn't matter if they sent you full shipments, tell the cc company you got nothing!

Remember, they are taking advantage of honest consumers with deceptive ads. It matters not that the fine print says "blah blah!". Even if you cancel in the allowed time period, you will still be charged.

Fight back with charge backs, they are penalized for it. Also send email complaints to websites that sponser them. "Google" has ads for them now

I ordered this dazzle me white and my teeth are now white as can be just like advertised. BUt I did notice on my statement that I was getting charged these other charges, so I called there number and they told me it was from Dazzle. So i had a little gut from sitting on the couch to much, so I did the weight loss thing and now I Have a perfect white smile and a nice rock hard 6 pack! All you have to do is phone them and tell them you love there products and they will bill you monthy on a regular basis, not whenever they feel like it. Great product, bad company!

Folks, Dazzle White are now calling their product Dazzle Smile or Dazzle Smile Pro and are giving the company address as>

However the company behind these products is Just Think Media, up in Canada - you can read more about them and the owner Jesse Willms here:

Also one of their other sites gives a US addresss:

A Google search shows that address as being linked with hundreds of complaints about Dazzlewhite and Acaiburn scams:

For anyone in the UK who has been the victim of these fraudulent people, do as I did;

- Call your bank
- Ask them to get their fraud team to investigate with the police (they will)
- Cancel the card so used for the so called small fee for shipment
- Contact the company (they keep changing names which makes it tricky but they are plenty thread where you'll find their latest name)
- Contact watchdog, consumer direct and all other consumer and internet watchdog bodies and report the scam
- If you use Twitter or FaceBook there are also threads about this scam where you can add your story
- The more we write about it, the quicker they'll be stopped

Not sure if anyone will get their money back but this is the most fraudulent scam I have heard of. In 15 years of using the Internet, this is the first time I have experienced this.

One piece of advice for all; get a separate credit card for your online purchases so that if necessary it is quick and relatively painless to cancel. Also most credit cards offer compensation for internet fraud.

When you call them, be sure to mention that you will "DISPUTE ANY CHARGES" or make a "CHARGEBACK" with your credit bank. Refuse any packages they send you.

They told me that the "free trial" was still being shipped and there was no way to stop it. I told them that if they send me anything without my authorization that I can consider it a gift and legally keep it. All of a sudden they were able to stop the shipment. I got them to refund every dime, even the shipping charges for the "free trial". Just don't take no for an answer.

I still cancelled my credit card and had the bank issue me a new one. These people are thieves, and I wouldn't be surprised if they still tried to charge me after all that. It's a bit of a hassle, but at least I know they can't charge me anything else.

My credit card bank says that Dazzle White has 30 days to issue the credit to me, and after that if they haven't done it already I can start the dispute process or make a chargeback.
