Denta White (Scam)

I GOT SCAMMED TOO, JUST ORDER THIS SAMPLE FOR $1.99 AND IT WAS BILLED AT 5.99 OK WHAT EVER LOST A FEW BUCKS THERE. THEN A MONTH LATER BILLED FOR $92.37 WOW CALLED MY CREDIT CARD TO DISPUTE IT THEY TOOK IT OFF THEN ADDED BACK ON A MONTH LATER. HSBC MY CREDIT CARD SAID THEY DID NOT BELIVE ME AND DID THEM. THEN I DISPUTED IT AGAIN WITH THEM THEN THEY PUT IT ON ALL THREE CREDIT REPORTING AGENCYS AS AN ALERT THAT I DISPUTED SOMETHING AND I DISAGREE. THEN SEND ME ANOTHER LETTER TO NICELY GO POUND SALT. I COULD NOT BELIVE THAT FROM MY OWN CREDIT CARD COMPANY HOUSEHOLD. NOW I HAVE TO TRY TO CALL KTD TURBO OR TAKE HSBC TO COURT.

I went thru tons of trouble trying to get my 2 charges of $92.37 back...They got hold of my child support account number and took it from there. When I contacted them and told them this was fraud and I didnt place this order, they said to be fair to all customers, they can not reimburse me! I was furious...I called the BBB in the area of their company (as they go by many names) I also called my local Attorney General! The Attorney General was able to get me my money back in full! They were incredible. This was about 6 months or so ago and just the other day I recieved a notice in my email they are reimbursing me again for $92.37 and to watch for it in my account within 6 business days...Its been 9 and I have yet to see it...getting ready now to contact their customer service. Not sure if that part was actually true or not...For all you still hoping...CONTACT YOUR ATTORNEY GENERAL!!!

I have been scammed by these people also. They got me three times April $92.86/ May $ 87.37 / June $ 92.68 . They go under three different names. DENTA PEARL / KDT GRANTS TURBO AND DENTA WHITE MD. I'm contacting my bank tomorrow since one of them is still pending. this sucks royally.

Dentasmile MD is a scam. They got my husband. It seems to me if it is a scam and they are using false advertising there is no contract. If they are claiming the product to be one thing and it is not then there should be an invalid contract. I want to turn the product over to a chemist and see what is in it. I bet it is not something you should even concider putting in your mouth. I am going to turn the company in to the Attorney Generals office and the FBI. My husband never saw a contract. I know today the website is down so I can not get on the site and see what it says. The idiots on the phone should be put in jail. Does anyone have a copy of the contract. I bet not! If your are selling a scam what is the legal recourse to the rights they have to keep charging your account. Yes my Husband was an idiot to get on line and try a free sample. We have cancelled our credit card. How about a class action lawsuit? Does anyone know what is in the product????

My story is the same as all the rest--thought for .99 shipping I could try the whitener. Instead, I was billed $92.37. Never agreed to that. They would not take a return--said they'd cancel and credit but never did. My question is, did anyone every get their money back either by disputing the charge or through their credit card's fraud division? I tried like heck--filled out tons of paperwork--but just got a letter saying I'm stuck with the charges. Anything more I can do?

SCAM TO SAY THE LEAST!
I JUST FOUND OUT I HAVE BEEN BILLED $1,071 SINCE JUNE OF 2009. CONTACTED MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY. i HAVE TO FILL OUT OVER 20 FORMS, ONE FOR EACH CHARGE TO GET THE COMPLAINT FILED. THEY ASKED IF i SIGNED ANYTHING AND I TOLD THEM NO. THEY SAID THAT COULD BE MY LEGAL LOOP HOLE IN GETTING OUT OF THIS MESS.

This is the worst company I have ever come across. I have been charged three times over $90 each time, and NEVER have received any product. I have no idea what their product is like, nor if it works. After five failed attempts to get through to the company phone number listed on my charge card statement, I finally reached someone who refused to tell me the name of the company or what products they sell. She advised me that she had confirmation of delivery to my address , but I have never received any product ever. My credit card company told me they had many complaints about this company. They credited my account temporarily pending this company's proof of delivery. This is the most frustrating and worst scam I have ever seen.

I got scammed by Everbright and Denta White. They have fake promo codes for free shipping that don't work so you get charged full price, you don't get the products in time, the information sheet with phone numbers you print off when ordering doesn't list the same companies so you can't contact them and they charge you early. They also enroll you in other programs you didn't agree too. I'm trying to get a refund from some cash flow/money management company at the moment. If you've just ordered claim fraud NOW and get a new card so they can't charge you membership fees and try to get the shipping charges reversed.

I am in the process of writing letters to document this scan. I was instructed by the State of California Consumer Affairs to file complaints with:
National Fraud Information Center www.fraud.org and Internet Fraud
www.ic3.gov/ I also intend to contact the BBB, Consumers Digest Weekly and all of the other companies who appear to be endorsing this product.
Another scam is the Celebrity White Teeth. They got me for $169.95 so
called membership fee even before 14 day trial over. I have all the print
copies..no mention of this charge. Their reps are working in the city of Nicosis on the island of Cyprus. Address #3 Athinodorou St. postal code 2025.

hey ive been a victim of this scam too, im from the UK though so unable to phone the numbers given! help, has anyone got an email address etc so i can cancel this?? i havent received the product yet but i just want to cancel it i dont want to be charged anymore money for it!

These people are the biggest liers in the world don't use this shit! They got me for the $92.00. I dont care about the fine print! Its bull crap! The customer service lady was scam artist as well! Im pissed at the weather channel to for putting up shit that is a scam. Thats the only reason I got it because I thought it would alright. My bank want cancel it either so ha ha yeah they got me but it want happen again. I thought it was a free 30 day trial. I guess I didnt read the 14 day fine print. DONT get this crap!

This is a Scam Company.
I order the product, same way an advertisement about a mom in your town advising how good is the product, you believe and ordered, you have 10 days to try it, but the scam is that you received a day before your 10 days trial expire you can't check something in one day than you call, you email and is too late , they got you., and they know it , because they track your package, they know when you'll get it.Your credit card can help you, so please beware of this scam. I wish I check this company before I order, and the product didn't work.

I too got scammed. Same story-had me send the product back-promised me a refund. Two months went by and no refund. I called again today and was told by a woman who claimed she was a supervisor that "the system won't allow refunds." So now not only do they have my money but they also have the product. I called the credit card company and explained the situation and they told me they couldn't do anything because they weren't contracted with them. I am so frustrated and my blood pressure has skyrocketed. Stay away from these scums. I learned a hard lesson.

I fell for this one too. One company said that they didn't have any information on me and that I needed to send them a copy of my bank statement to verify the charges (which sounds a little sketchy to say the least). The second company said that they would refund my money and cancel the membership. We will see...

I saw and followed thru with two offers for teeth whiteners. Three weeks later I received a charge of $92 from a company that was never listed in the internet site. I called and got a cancellation. I am awaiting my refund. Beware!!!

I ordered both - the ad said a Mom in my town found this out...and it sounds like they are just changing the name of the town for everyone. I was able to cancel before I got charged. Barely made it, thanks to this website I was able to find the phone numbers to call and cancel.

What a terrible scam !!! I have been trying to call to cancel my order, but the number says its a different company . Can someone tell me how to cancel or what to do ?

TOTAL SCAM... DO NOT INVOLVE YOURSELF IN PRODUCT. call 1-877-571-4338 to DENTA WHITE MD to cancel, its a messed up deal gone bad. they charged me and i didnt even get anything. They said free and there is nothing free about it. I wish i could punch them in the face.

I fell for this scam when I went out to the Weather Channel website and there was an advertisement. It featured a supposed local woman who was a school teacher in Midlothian, VA. She touted the effects of using the two products "DentaSmile" and "Celebrity White Teeth".

Even more disturbing is that the Weather Channel has these people advertising on their website. Today is another advertisement for ACAI Berry diet. Stay away from www.consumerproductsdaily.com/weather

I called to cancel both products today. I really had a problem with the Celebrity White Teeth people at 1-866-202-0846. They said that I had to return the container to them.

Fyi... DENTA WHITE is now called DENTA SMILE MD. It has to be the same company. They are based in Salt Lake City, UT. Phone number is 1-866-243-2520.

Report the to the BBB!

This is a typical phone room scam. You try to take advantage of the "FREE TRIAL" and the trial period runs out before you can try it so you are charged a fee. On top of that, all od a sudden a bunch of shell companies jump on the bandwagon charging other fees. My card was hit for $500 before I could get to my bank and have them reverse the charges. BTW, you do have 90 days to have the fees 'Chargedback' to the scammers and when these chargebacks hit their banks, their accounts are cancelled and they will have to disappear into the toilet from where they came. Take the time to make a complaint to the BBB and to the Attorney General of your state. They can be jailed and some have been.

A quick Google search tells you quickly this is a fraud.
1-Report to the BBB. The company is owned by Avayo Media. Kristina Matos is listed as the BBB contact in SE Florida. Her number is +17862303738. After calls to Kristina, they have changed the name to Jason Williams.
2-Flag their marketing efforts. Flag http://hubpages.com/hub/Denta-White as fraudulent.
3-Report their fraudulent activity with their customer service provider Kayako eSupport http://www.kayako.com/
4-Mailing address is: Avayomedia LLC

Remember there are several fraudulent companies under this umbrella.
5-They are REQUIRED to provide you with the ACTUAL terms and service you signed. If they direct you to simply what is on their website, they are in violation.
6-Keep calling, keep fighting.

This product is a total scam. I have been taken for hundreds of dollars. After calling in to have the unopened/unused products returned for my money back... their response was very unsatisfactory. The hispanic man in the service department was very rude and condescending. This business, I believe, is being run out of some "creepy" basement. With some UnAmerican "Spanish-Americans" Who knows if they are even legal? YOU DO NOT SHAKE DOWN YOUR FELLOW AMERICANS, ESPECIALLY IN TIMES LIKE THIS!!!! I will be contacting the BBB and the FBI to have them stop.

Sorry but i think if you guys really READ! before submitting things online you would be smarter and aware of what you are doing! I think its so stupid how people blame others for there own ignorant mistakes. It happened to me but i take the blame because it was my own fault for not reading what i had signed up for. If you do your research right every company has there terms DentaWhite was smart enough to put a summary of there terms by the credit card information. I mean im the kind of person that does not read anything but i did learn a lesson i have to read everything before signing up for anything. So next time be SMART and read what you are signing up for, and learn how to admit your own mistakes instead of blaming other people for them.

For those who had canceled and had proof and were still charged i am sorry i hope you were able to fix your problem.

My credit card got 2 charges, 158.00 and 92.37. I am sure it was from a Google Ad - Mom's teeth secrets. This was GOOGLE! Hope to contact BBB, Customer Consumer Protection, and Attn Gen office in Utah, reporting this scam. Closed Credit card.

So were all getting screwed!! Call your card and ask them to put a block on the sender it may help.
