The 'act now or miss out' timer doesn't give the applicant enough time to read the terms and condition wherein you will find out that you're agreeing to an absolute rip-off ridiculously priced subscription of $92 per month for the 'Dentawhite' product. This guy 'Paul Nute' is a thief and should be strung up! The product is crap and the 87 shell companies hawking this crap must be shut down!

If you have had issues with this craptastic company call this number DENTA WHITE MD 877-571-4338. This is what showed up on my bill. I called the number and the canceled the account.

Well I filed a claim the first time around. And they still found a way to charge my account after I put a stop payment on them. They get around this by charging a different amount. I have a second dispute on these people now. Once I get the temporary credit to my account, I am closing it. I might even close the other account I have with the same bank. I think that is the only way to get around this. Today I told the gal from my bank about this website and the hundreds of dollars a lot of you are out. And she said that there are many many companies for various other things pulling this same thing. Only thing is this time, I didn't authorize this charge. When I used this card, it was declined. When it declines like that, I don't think it is a binding agreement. I didn't get anything either. So I am going to fight this one and while the first dispute will probably not be resolved to my liking, I think this one is more iron clad. Best of luck to you guys.

This is a complete scam!!! Do not order the free trial of this product. Please stay clear from this company. I received the free trial, and shortly after read many reviews indicating the product was a scam. I immediately tried to cancel the product and send the un-opened product back to the company. I stayed on hold for more than 30 minutes and was never able to speak to a live cusotmer service representative. I also went to their website to cancel the product, as the on hold message indicates, and there was no cancel button! However, I received the first email from the company today saying I was now out of the free trial period, and they were about to charge my account an additional $92 for another month's usage. Using the link they sent me in today's email, I was able to cancel my order on-line (funny how it sent me to a completely different web page that would let me cancel my product - now that they've already charged my account $92). I also called the customer service number they listed in today's email and was able to speak to a live person - they gave me the complete run around and would not remove the charge from my account, even though they did not provide a way to "cancel" the product prior to the free trial period. Please, do not order anything from this company. I am ashamed that we have people in this society that would take advantage of people in such a way. No matter how despersate I was, I could never work for a company that abuses consumers the way this company does.

This was the BIGGEST SCAM EVER! I ordered the trial for a total of $3.76 and low and behold was charged an additional $92.37. The scum bags told me they had no record of me and couldnt help me when I called to get the charges reversed. My bank cancelled my credit card as it was believed the charges were fradulent. Three months later the charges reappear on my credit card and my bank says that the charges are ligitimate!
DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IT is a HUGE SCAM!!!!!! I am going to fight some more! My bank has put it into fradulent investigation once again. I said they can cancel my credit card and never reissue me another one again....I refuse to pay these scumbags!!

Do not sign up for this product!!!!! I have had many charges not even related to dental whitening. I have had to contact my bank and change my account to stop the charges. Unable to find a way to contact the company. The number listed on my bank statement is wrong.

Same issues as everyone. Mine was $92 for some Healthy Pomograte thing. I'm working with my credit card company since the 4th of January. Hoping something good can come of this. I will take pictures just in case.

I thought it was a scam but saw it on the front page of AOL so I thought it must be legit. I read all the fine print and ordered a .99 trial. I cancelled on time and was still charged. The company on my credit card was "supplements" and it charged me $92.87. (The original company that charged me .99 was not Denta White, it was Stay Fit and a double charge came from HealthCins). Didn't regognize it so I disputed it. My only dispute ever! Credit Card company gave me a credit. Today I get a letter that they are putting the charge back on the card because Denta White gave them their terms & conditions and said I agreed to them. I have all my documentation including an email of my cancellation receipt from them before the deadline. The product is a scam and was only received 2 days before the trial ended so you have no time to use it. I tried it one time and it burned my mouth.

They hide behind multiple fake companies, change #'s and websites all the time so you can't get back to the original offer you agreed to. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in South Florida and they said this one company keeps them busy. They have identified 87 different company alias'. The have a F rating from BBB. The parent company is:

Paul Nute is smart. He has created all these dummy corporations, websites, and numbers to confuse people and keep them running around in circles, the whole time he is charing credit cards and raking in the money. When he gets caught, he just opens a new company. He knows most people will not have the energy or the ability to find him and by the time you cancel your card, he has already gotten hundreds out of you. I don't know how people like him or his employees can sleep at night. They all know it's a scam and are blaming the consumers for expecting businesses to be held to fair business practices. The only businesses that practice fair businesses practices are the ones who are legitimate, have a good product or care about their customers and clearly Denta White (and the 86 other companies run by Paul Nute) do not fall into any of these categories.

I am continuing to fight though. And I hope you will all too. If we don't let him have our money so easily, perhaps he will pack up his phoney whitening gel and retire.

Yes, this is a scam. I just talked to someone on the phone and they said that the terms and conditions are clear that I needed to cancel within ten days or I would be charged $92.37...what a scam. They advertise it as a free trial offer and then they get your credit card for the postage cost. Then they charge you for that free trial offer.

I wouldn't even know if the product worked within 10 days...what a scam.

I hope everyone see's my message before they are scammed also! I feel so violated.

Scam,scam,scam. This is a scam from the start. Nothing is legit. Just a way to scam you out of money. Some things are to good to believe and this is.I wish I had their street address so I could pay them a visit. Oh well just donated 158.00 to a bunch of crooks. May their car not crank and they get the flu.

I too fell into this trap (12/30/09). Usually when I order things online I research the company, but for some dumb reason I didn't this time. 1 out of 10000000 times. WTH!? Well I searched for titanium white and I read the false testimonials. At first I thought ok these are fake, but then I dont know I was off that day and got tricked. So I ordered it off of some "Mom who supposedly discoveredthis" advertisement and signed up for denta white and titanium white. I then Searcged for Denta white after I ordered and found this website. CRAP! So I went to their website and was able to cancel right away. As for titianium white...the supposed 24/7 line was closed for the holiday and i had to wait . I called monday and said that I needed to cancel my order I said due to medical reasons. However i did not receive the product yet so the girl exptended my trial 5 more days that way as soon as it arrived i can send it on time. She told me to make sure to get a tracking number that way I can prove i sent it before my trial ended just incase the post office loses it. She said my credit card will not be charged. I made sure I asked 5 times so lets see what happens. No charge yet! But denta white is AQUA WHITE says on the package as well as TITANIUM WHITE! Such scammers!

I guess you can say I got saved from the declination of my credit card! I too fell for this product...unfortunately I didn't try it yet!...lol. I know, I should...but by reading these reviews, some say it burns! Ouch!

Anyway, I thought I ordered these free trials at the ending of december...turns out I ordered them on the 22nd of Dec '09 and they tried to charge my card on the 1st of 2010...today is the 7th and just now I've called! But low and behold, my card declined! It's sooo weird cause I really do have money on that card and I just used it for Gas! and yet it declined! WoW! thats awesome! Anyhow, I still made sure they weren't going to charge me another day because the first one didn't work...so I called atleast 2 more times to make sure. Man, I am sorry for those of you who got charged! I really don't know why mine didn't...the denta-white rep didn't know as well.

Denta White terms and conditions state if you do not cancel, you will be sent a NEW shipment of product and your credit card will be charged $92.37. Since I did not cancel, my credit card was charged, however, I did not receive my NEW shipment of product. I cancelled my subscription this afternoon AND requested that my NEW shipment of product be sent to me immediately. I was denied my request and will be disputing with my credit card company once it posts to my account. The least Denta White can do is follow their own terms and conditions. If they don't, it sounds like my credit card company will reverse the charge of $92.37 as product not received. Would suggest you all try the same. It also sounds, based on my conversation with them this morning, that the company goes by several names. Be careful and good luck!

Like the rest of the remarks, I too was chared a total of $270!!!!!!! what was originally supposed to be a total cost of $2.00. Apparently you actually only have 4 days to call and complain, not 10days, although I think regardless this is such a scam that as soon as you sign up you are not getting any money back! My Visa company said that they have been alerted about this several times as of late, I just don't understand how this so called business can actually continue without being charged for false advertising, charging customers for a product they don't want or keep, and a shitty product!!!! Is there any way to report this Shit show of a company

Well, folks, it appears that DentaWhites no longer exists. When I search for it online, I can no longer find it! I do believe that I will be going to cancel my card tomorrow!

Yes, as of today, 1/4/10, I am the latest victim of this scam. I didn't get the product until about 8 or 9 days after ordering it and of course wanted to try it a few days before canceling. Not working as claimed, I decided to cancel after using it 3 nights. I got an email confirmation of the cancellation however when I received my credit card statement shortly thereafter there was a charge of $92.37. The "free trial period" is over on their website so I think the business has ripped off enough people and is moving on to another name and location. Don't even bother calling that "cx service #" that accompanies the credit charge because you'll only waste more of your time.

Well 30 min on hold so far.....getting angrier by the min. I just got back from the post office after shipping back one of these scams. My wife calls me and says we were billed $92.37 for the other. I'm sure I can speak for all in saying we work too damn hard to put up with this. I swear I am very close to buying a plane ticket, flying to Utah and kicking someone's a##! You may read about me in the paper. One ticked off dude!!!!!

Do not use this product! It burns your gums and are homemade crap. You WILL pay $92 on your 10 (not 14) day trial. If you have read this and also get scammed, then blame your own stupidiy. Never buy something from the internet without good research!

Yup Rachel was right, intense burning and white gums. But they didnt get me with the credit card thing, i used a temperary credit card that you can buy at cvs that had 2 dollers on it, haaa haaaa. I love it ! now i feel like i got them back for all of you.
