I received the product at no cost and have not used any other product so I cant say if its better or not. I bought the cheapest trays I could find and used the product everyday for 2 weeks. I did not have any problems at all, I put it on thin with my finger and than put the mouth piece in. Waited 15 minuites and rinsed it out.
Very noticeable improvement for me. Not the hollywood white but very nice for a 45 year old guy that drinks coffee everyday.
I would recomend it.
