Brite Teeth Pro Review

The Brite Teeth Pro Brush-on Whitener is a scam. You will see this product advertised on the internet through fake testimonials posted on blogs, forums and phony review sites. The product is also known as Bright Teeth Pro.

Our Observations

  • Brite Teeth Pro uses fake testimonial blogs to dupe consumers.
  • The product does not work and is over priced for a brush-on teeth whitener.
  • Their website displays fake "mcafee secure" and "hacker safe" certification images.
  • Brite Teeth Pro will also charge consumers for non teeth whitneing products/programs (read their terms and conditions).
  • Brite Teeth Pro was never mentioned on any of the listed "as seen on" sites. (Style, OH!, E, Ok!, VH1)
  • The Brite Teeth Pro website uses a timer to create a false sense of urgency. They do not want you to read the terms and conditions.

This is a huge scam, this product is no good,it doesn't work, don"t buy it. If
you don't cancel in 10 days they charge you $94.00, that is not refundable.
Don't deal with them they are nothing but scam artists, with a terrible, non-working product.

I don't usually fall for scams, but they really pulled one on me.

I was charged $87.62 TWICE in a period of a week. My CC statement wasn't due to arrive for another 2 weeks, but I went online to check it this AM because I am moving and needed to change my address.

I immediately called my CC company and disputed the charges on my credit card and for additional safety, had my CC company cancel my card and send me a new one.

I called this number: 866-807-7356 and waited on hold for about 25 minutes. The jerk on the phone told me I agreed to the "terms & conditions" on their website and that the initial charge was for a "30-day Free Trial" I replied that if it had clearly stated it was a trial, then I would never have ordered it in the first place.

If you receive the product, do not open it. Return it to sender. For additional safety, cancel your CC # and have a new card re-issued.

They emailed me their "return" instructions:

1. Always make sure the product you are returning is within the 30 day money back guarantee time.
2. Clearly Mark your Original Order ID number on the outside of the package being returned.
3. Ask to insure the package against loss.
4. Always ask for a Return Tracking number. Keep this in a safe spot for future reference if needed.
5. Address the package to the appropriate address. This is based on where you live.

I foresee that we will not have this resolved easily.

1. They will deny that they RECEIVED the return within the 30-day "trial" period that they never mentioned on their website.
2. They are counting on me not having my Original Order ID handy because they never gave me an order ID.
3. Insurance? Goody! I get to pay more money to insure a tiny tube of goo?
4. Return Tracking number - pay more money to make sure that it is delivered? You bet I will.
5. Locations - they have return addresses listed in the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and the UK.

So this is an international scam, perpetrated by a very polished bunch of thieves. Spread the word, blog about it, see if you can find the website where it was advertised and get their ads removed.

Does it work? I don't know. I don't care. There was nowhere obvious in their advertising that I was paying for shipping and handling, and was going to be charged again and again for anything.

I have been charged, have not seen my trial yet and the ticker is clocking...
I not only am nervous about future charges,I will not be able to use it for the nine days it says Ur supposed to have to really see if U will like it and to tell CS to stop consecutive monthly shipments.I have a really sneaky suspicion about this since they offered a WDR (dentist recommended) cause if U know DDS like I do,they are all money hungry and will hunt you down for your money! Will see if it comes 2morrow.I have contacted my card company jus in case!-UpDwnEast

Brite Teeth Pro is not actually a scam. if they were a scam what's their customer service for? And its not actually their fault. If you truly understand the terms and conditions and just read it before you purchased it. then you won't have a problem like being scammed which is not actually a scam. you just don't accept that its also your fault that you were billed with the amount. I purchased Brite teeth pro and it perfectly works for me after the trial i was supposed to cancel but then they offered me 2 free boxes of the brite teeth pro and lowered my charge to $29.95/monthly subscription instead of $93.95 so i saved a lot., and i've been using the product for almost 4 months now. ^_^ It's really a good product., and it's actually the number one teeth whitening sold on the market. It is NOT a scam.

I am ashamed to say that I fell for this too. It is a SCAM. Only after I made the purchase of the trial offer for Brite Teeth Pro, did I see the terms and conditions. I happen to come across similar "membership" terms at the Denta White website. Fortunately, I had not made a purchase for their product yet. I had however, already purchased Brite Teeth Pro. The terms and conditions are hidden and at no time displayed during your purchase. I didn't even wait for my trial to arrive. I called the next day to cancel. I was guaranteed that my membership was discontinued. Hopefully, there will be no charges on my card.

I just spent about an hour of my life trying to get my $92 back from this company. The whole thing is very shady, from the fake "article" about a mom who discovers how to whiten her teeth for only a few dollars to the deeply buried "Terms and Conditions." I am ashamed to say that I fell for this. They market this product with DentaWhite which is the one I got stuck paying for. I have decided to report this company to the Better Business Bureau and post this warning on every blog I can.

SCAM!!! It doesn't work....Although it is easy to cancel. But unless you want to pay about $80 a month, CANCEL RIGHT AFTER YOU ORDER THE TRIAL!!! If not you have 10 days and they will charge you. It doesn't work, I wouldn't even bother with the free trial!
