Dazzle Smile (Scam)

Dazzle Smile is a big SCAM!!! When they called to verify my subscription I told them I did not want to subscribe to their product and do not charge my credit card for the product. They assured me they would not and cancelled the subscription. They sent me an e-mail confirming my cancellation. Two weeks later a package of the product arrrives. Two days later I get my credit card statement with four charges on it. $1.95 for shipping supposedly for the free sample. $79.28 for one months supply. $.99 for shipping and $92.37 for Smile Bright which was on the same page.I have received nothing from them. Dazzle White has no knowledge of them or number where they can be reached. Dazzle Smile is billing your account from Varimi,LLC. 866-989-2686 is their number.

i saw on yahoo that dazzilesmile and smile brite are the best combination to whiten teeth and they offer free trial

coming from yahoo, i trusted the site... and who read the fine print..CMON!!

i got billed around 450 buck and smilebrite only gives 10 day return policy for the first product and obvisouly 10 is not enought time
when my bill came, it was already past 10 day and had to pay 92.37 for smile brite and 72.91 for dazzle smile

yes i made a mistake... my mommy told me nothing in the world is free and i still fell for the scam....

not only i get billed from smile brite and dazzlesmile, i also get billed for other company i never even heard of....later, i get billed again!!!!

when i returned $220 worth of product, (i could everything because the return date was passed T.T) they dont give me my money back!!

its been a month since i returned it and when i call they said to wait a another month... i dont even know if i can get $220 dollar back...

even if i get my 220 dollar back.. i just lost 180 buck of products and i also have to pay for shipping.. so i lost around 200 buck...

i feel like shit getting my 400buck scammed... i could have bought new turntable with that money and ruined my plan of going to my best friend party with a new turntable.

I sure hope you read this before you order! A horrible web they weave! I have charges to my card that aren't even the same company name. They are also known as WELLBHEALTH, HEALTHCLNS, ULTIFRESHWELL, CLEAN WHITES, and HEALTHY SMILE. They are mailed from all different places as well...I got the run around for hours as I tried to clear this mess up and now my bank can't help me either. I'm $300+ in the hole! I had to cancel my card, due to the fear they wouldn't stop and from what I just read they don't stop charging you and it's not obvious because they use all these other names. I hadn't even used the product and they refused to let me send it back for a refund...they wouldn't be able to sell it...even though I hadn't even opened it up. Rediculous!!! They deserve an F rating from the Better Business Bereau. Shame on people that do business like this.

these ppl really suck. I have talked to them so many times. and was told I was going to get a refund. wait 10 business days to see that on my bank statement, but nothing. so when I called back they said I was not in the 60 money back period. needless to say I got hot and now they said I should be expecting a call from corp.

do not send anything there with out a tracking number they said that even if you ship it to them and they get it to their warehouse the only way they know its there is through tracking. such a bull shit company.

WELL I JUST WANTED TO LET YOU ALL KNOW THAT THE PRODUCT IS NOT A SCAM IF YOU ACTUALLY GO TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ON THE WEB PAGE IT DOES TELL YOU ABOUT THE CHARGE FOR THE TRAIL AND IT NEVER STATES THAT ITS GIVING YOU A "FREE" PRD ITS TRAIL WHICH IS A BIG DEFFERENCE SO READ YOUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS I DID AND I STILL ORDERED THE PRDT LOVED IT AND WORKS GREAT. YOU ARE JUST MAD THAT YOU DIDNT READ THEM AND FEEL STUPID WHEN YOU GO BACK TO SEE WHAT WAS UNDER THE FINE PRINT, DONT BE UPSET FOR NOT READING THEM ITS OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO READ THOSE TERMS!!

I am a student and i found a way to screw these companies instead of the other way around, just placed my order then found these posts, well i tried to call and cancel but you cannot cancel only return so after YELLING AND SWEARING OVER THE PHONE AT THESE PEOPLE WITH NO MORALS i called my bank and found the transactions for shipping costs were pending, canceled the card right after the order- no future charges from any DUMB SH## COMPANY and if they were telling the truth about not being able to stop the order then it is already on its way- all i have to say is F$%$ scam artists!!!!!

I was charged although I returned the product 5 days before the deadline. Confirmed via UPS. The I was charged for other items I never agreed to. Trying to call the 866 #s to cancel them, the lines were not in service. They were not pleased to find out that under Indiana Law I am entitled to Treble (triple) damages if they don't refund my $$ within their 10 day deadline.

Thank-you for this - about the only true report of Dazzlesmile i found (unbelievably, given the unethical marketing methods they use which basically amount to FRAUD) - you are right, Dazzlesmile is now saturating the market with false claims and outright lies about their ineffectual product. STAY AWAY FROM DAZZLESMILE, PEOPLE! YOU WILL REGRET EVER GIVING YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER TO THESE SCAMMERS, ESP.
