Celebrity Sexy Teeth Product
Well, by now everyone knows that this is a scam. I wish I would have found out before I sent my money. This is just F.Y.I for those who may have tried to get refunds. It is almost virtually impossible. The company At Last Fulfillment at 11701 E. 53rd Ave, Denver,Co 80239-2337 is a third party shipping company who could possibly have something to do with the scam. After my letter that I sent to that address thinking it's "Celebrity Sexy Teeth" per it's website procedure, was sent back stating that address was unknown. I researched the address and found out that it belonged to this At Last Fulfillment Co, who was unco-operative in every manner. Not only would they provide me with a contact or address to Celebrity Sexy Teeth Company, one of the Account Manager named Steve stated to me that he was not allowed to give any information about the company. Steve also stated that they didn't do reimbursements, but just handled the shipping. When I tried to explained to him the procedures that the Celebrity website had set for a customer to do, he didn't really want to hear what I had to say. When I asked to speak to a Manager he told me that he was a manager. I called and spoke with a Sales manager name Jim Gardner, who told me that he couldn't help me and that they were just a third party shipping company for Celebrity Sexy Teeth. I asked him for a point of contact or address for the company, he automatically dismissed what I said and stated that he would transfer me to Michelle in customer service she should be able to help me, which was not the case, because Michelle was the person who transfered me to him. These companies actions leaves me to believe that they are apart of the scam that Celebrity Sexy Teeth has going. I have left a phone call for David Holmes who is the CEO of At Last Fulfillment. I doubt that I will receive a return phone call. It appear that the At Last representatives were hiding something. Even after telling them about your website reviews and complaints. Thanks for listening. If anyone have any more information on this please let me know. I have file a claim with FTC, per other unsatisfied customers.

If you are going to file a claim, I would like to be in out it too! I have a similar problem and been getting all kinds of runaround.
Additionally I was enrolled in one of their "affiliate" programs without accepting to do so. That cost more money and hastle to get that straightened out.
I need to click their ads to feel good.

Re: Celebrity Sexy Teeth Product
I, too, have been screwed. Could not find a working number to call. Even the number I got from AMEX wouldn't work--it's a bogus #;it said I can't use it in my area. If you can help me get my $100 back please email me at katsy3333@hotmail.com or call me at 360-452-5213. It has made me sicker by the day. My throat is now red and swollen/irritated. My teeth are so sensitive I can't even drink room temperature water!!! At first I couldn't drink even luke-warm tea, let alone anything hot or cold!!I have it in dispute at 20 days from ordering on Nov. 5; I tried 411 to get a number under any of their names-no luck. Someone listed what the ingredients are used for, like brake fluid and hairspray fixatives and similiar dangerous products that are absorbed into your body which is why I kept getting so sick, but I thought it had to do with my fibromyalgia getting worse. DO NOT BUY OR TAKE THIS PRODUCT!!! Call to dispute or change your credit card so they can't keep hitting you up for more products-even those from other companies they sold your info to. Check for these companies on your statements: EasySaver, PrimeTime, WellnessWatchers, WelWatchMD. You may be getting charged by any or all of them!!! And if we can get together to do a class action suit against CelebritySexyTeeth/IONLINE. also read what someone said about hitting on their ads as they have to pay each time someone keys their ads. It's bad enough I have PTSD, so this stress they have caused me has my anxiety going thru the roof. Anyone willing to help me, I will appreciate it very much. Thank you and BUYER BEWARE. Good luck to those of you going thru the same things I am. God Bless & take good care of your body.

Re: Celebrity Sexy Teeth Product
I am soooooo greatful I found this site today! Thank all of you for sharing your personal experiences and the blogs on teeth whitening scams regarding Celebrity Sexy Smile because I almost fell pray to their false advertising. Isn't there something someone can do to have their advertising removed from the internet? I will however share though that I have used Crest Premium Whitestrips in the past and had very good luck with them. My teeth are already pretty white but I wanted to give them a little pop.I noticed a big difference withitn 3 days. My complaints however are that they made my teeth incredibly sensitive, the strips aren't long enough to cover all your teeth and they move around alot when on your teeth. I constantly had to use my togue to keep them in place so it wasn't like I could just put them on and forget they were there for a half hour.

Re: Celebrity Sexy Teeth Product
Thanks for the feedback. If the strips are not covering all your teeth, you should get a custom fabricated whitening tray made at your dentist. You will get the best results from a whitening tray kit - it is the gold standard in teeth whitening!
good luck

Re: Celebrity Sexy Teeth Product
CELEBRITY SEXY TEETH IS DEFINITELY A BIG SCAM ! I wish I had found this site before falling for the advertisement for Celebrity Sexy Teeth whitener. I was so surprised when I saw the full charge of 53.99 on my credit card. I had clicked on the option to charge $4.95 for shipping with the $50.00 rebate for clicking on the "Star". The 800 number gives a message that it cannot be dialed from my area! Also was enrolled in Wellness Watcher and charged for that!!! I have contacted my credit card to dispute the claim but am afraid after reading these post that I have more trouble to come. Class action suit should definitely be brought !!!!!!!!!!!!

Re: Celebrity Sexy Teeth Product
Throughout this document Celebrity Sexy Teeth will be known as CST.
A friend of mine asked me what she could do to both prompt her refund and stop the charges from the vendor's named on this message board that all of you are familiar with who are the accused conspirator's of this obvious fraud.
After spending a few hours doing research I've found, to include but not necessarily be limited to, five each companies owned and operated by CST or their affiliated proprietorships, partnerships, and / or corporations.
Therefore because of my friend, plus my fiduciary and ethical responsibility to do in good faith what I do which includes helping people prosecute criminals to the full extent of the law I recommend the following:
A. Keep posting truthful statements about how CST and their affiliated companies handled both complaints and refunds as promised by said company(s.)
B. In your posts continue to give honest reports on how the product works. Note in your posts your results juxtaposed to their claim(s.) Their claims are many depending on their marketing and most important; note the ISP or website that you ordered the CST product from including the name of the company/culprit/or accused.
C. To simplify the last sentence allow me show you an example: ".... I bought your product as advertised on AOL under the name CST and have yet to notice only [0-10] shades of change as the advertisement promised [0-10] degrees of shade in [1-15] days...."
D. The gentleman who brought to our attention the 30 day repetitive cancellation is a excellent point and fact but is one of two items that is foreign to this odd product liability case of deceptive trade practices and better left alone at this point in time not to confuse the powers at be.
E. The second item as just referenced is bringing the Colorado shipper into the mix. A third party, again, may confuse the powers at be.
I'm writing the above to quickly and best explain my legal opinion on how to get to the bad guys ASAP. As I explained to my friend tonight that hopefully in a somewhat timely manner posts will accumulate stating what I'm saying/asking for in this letter because CST can and most likely will be out of the picture, when the legal dust starts falling, faster then a Stealth Bomber.
That being said (the Stealth Bomber example) the following thought would be that the plaintiff will be left holding the bag as CST tiptoes away with your money and I say, "not necessarily so" in terms of loosing the funds that were taken from you fraudently. "How" may we ask?
Now you're on your own as I do the beaten down clique of letting the cat out of the bag.
Without naming names, how many websites, search engines, ISP's, and banner advertising companies have been publishing this false advertising for 6 months (perhaps longer) knowingly and willing promoting a product from the get and go they possibly knew to be rifled with fraud?
I truly hope the above information proves to be helpful because the publishing laws of internet commerce is still somewhat in it's infancy especially with a case such as this one with a crooked group of scam artists like CST.
Last, if 5000 +complaints can and (the evidence is that it did)go unnoticed by and through a service company that focuses exclusively on their internet advertising revenues as their primary profit source to fuel their companies income statement it's a sad situation.
Also since we are not focusing on a single player here but most (yes most) of the largest entities on the entire internet that make their living by the sales and marketing of online advertisement. Do they want a reputation as we present to them what has happened to us making them look like a con man bigger then CST? Should they in admission say the overlooked a mistake that certainly will never happen in the future and make good to the suffering victims who had confidence in them as they are the main mediums of online advertising that we as end users thought we could trust?
The answer is "yes," the settlement payment monies are equally divided by all these major players with the stipulation that pain and suffering is inclusive in the equation therefore and henceforth all involved are entitled to a one time settlement payment amount equal to and not to exceed $200.00 in American dollars. This simple rounded off sum avoids all the math necessary to settle each and every case on an individual basis which bogs down the courts and arbitration more and more every day.
Good luck on this!
Mark

Re: Celebrity Sexy Teeth Product
Check Better Business Bureau for these "scams" before falling prey to their hype. BBB gives Celebrity Sexy Teeth AKA At Last Fulfillment an "F" rating, and you can also file a complaint at that site.
I learned the hard way on the Acai Berry and Colon Cleanse scam...had to cancel my credit card to avoid their auto-charges. And found the supplements could be ordered for a fraction of the price through a legitimate site.

Re: Celebrity Sexy Teeth Product
Hello everyone. I cannot speak on behalf of IOnline or on behalf of Celebrity Sexy Teeth Whitener. I would like to make a statement in regard to the concern with AtLast Fulfillment being a part of this "scam".
AtLast fulfillment has no control or access to any credit card or personal information that you may give to a company when ordering product. Nor do they have any control over if/when you will be refunded. AtLast Fulfillment is a distribution/warehousing/shipping company. Basically a third party shipping and storing facility. They ship for over 150 different clients and IOnline just happens to be one of them. How it works is you place an order on a website, this information is transmitted to the warehouse and the order is boxed/bagged and shipped. When/if a return is sent back, the return is processed. (this just means that the record of inventory movement is captured.) This data is then transmitted back to the site or company that you ordered it from and they have control from that point forward. AtLast fulfillment does NOT handle any aspect of this companies customer service, hence the confusion on replies when calling them directly. Due to privacy policies, AtLast Fulfillment is NOT able to give out any person or confident information. (it would be as if you had an unlisted number and one of your friends gave that number out without your permission)
I hope that this helps clarify that aspect.
As for a way to contact IOnline directly, you can do one of the following:
go to ionlineorder.com and at the very bottom, there is an email entry area to submit for a refund. These are all processed within 24hrs.
you can also call one of these numbers directly: 866.976.3695 or 866.976.3701
I hope that this helps.
Sincerly- A hopefully helpful reply!
