HELP!! Celebrity Smile!!

I cancelled on time with a Nick. I specifically asked him if I needed to return the product and he said "I don't have to"

I was charged two weeks later and when I called back (after waiting on hold for 40 minutes) and explained what Nick told me the agent said "well Nick must have assumed you had read the terms and conditions advising I would be charged if I did not return the product.  So it was up to me if I wanted to not be charged $39.95"    Mind you she did not offer me the Return Merchandise Authorization number.   I had to pry it out of her.  What slimmy people they are.

I urge everyone who has been hoodwinked by these scammers to report them to the Better Bussiness Bureau in Florida.

Sorry that you were scammed i hate when people get scammed online because you dont have face to face interaction so it makes you feel helpless. I dont know anything about celebrity smile, but i do know that idol white really works and its not a scam at all, it has big celebrity names backing it up, thats what i use. They also have a free trial, where it is actually free, all you have to pay is s/h which is only $10. Then if u dont like it or decide it not right for you then you can cancel hassel free. They also have a flat rate which you can pay one fee one time and get a lifetime supply. But dont take my word for it try it out yourself. The best deal i found was on www.moreinsightonline.com  Go to the shop for deals tab and scroll down to idol white. Yep that simple.

It seems like there are a lot of scammers out there wanting to get rich quick selling whitening kits. If you aren't able to return it, you may be able to sell it on ebay or craiglist. I get so many spam emails about teeth whitening every day in my inbox it's ridiculous. I wish the FDA would regulate this market better but since it's not a drug, I don't think it's regulated at all.
