Crest Whitestrips- Should I lick my teeth?

Hello I was just wondering if someone knows how to properly use whitestrips. I have crest advanced seal and want to know if i am supposed to make my teeth wet with saliva before putting the strips on, because when the gel comes in contact with moisture it seems to fizz up and work better...so it seems.

Let me know if you all have an idea, thanks!!!

It's best to avoid contact with the saliva as it will dilute the bleaching concentration and solution. However, I don't think it is a big deal - bleaching will still work. good luck

Hmm, well, I see where James is coming from, but I do the same thing. I actually lick my teeth, and then dag my index finger on my tongue, and wet the front of the stripe, once it's applied. It seems to work better, for me at least! smile
