Custom Tray

I'll be getting my teeth whitened soon.  Will have a custom tray done by my dentist.  How does this "tray" feel at night?  Is it comfortable while sleeping at night?  Does it wake you?  Does it come loose?  Any tips?

Will start using Sensodyne in the hopes of not getting any discomfort/zingers.

Re: Custom Tray

A well made tray should feel comfortable in your mouth. Sleeping with one the first night or two will get some getting used to, but after that, you won't even know it is there. I double up my bleaching tray as a "night guard" when I'm not bleaching - works great and saves me from having to buy a custom nightguard that can cost up to $700!
