Midwest Bright White: Scam or not?

Looking for a second opinion here...

I was trying to decide whether to buy a Groupon for a "Bright White Smiles" whitening system, discounted at only $49, down from $279. Something about the website offering the deal, feels 'off' to me, but I'm not sure whether it's because it's someone who's just not very big in the business or because it's actually a scam.

Their money-back guarantee: "Bright White wants you to love our teeth cleaning products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly refund your order within 30 days of receipt. All we ask is that you take a before and after pic that shows no results. Simply send us an email through our contact page for more information."

There is no physical address and no contact number, by the way - just an online form to contact them.

Am I right in thinking that this might be a scam?
