Product does not work and company does not honor their guarantee or the rebate statement. Order placed on 2/21/09 and shipped on 3/1109. to get the rebate you had to send the box product came in and proof of payment within two weeks of order date which was an impossibility since I did not receive until four weeks had elapsed. To get payment under the guarantee for dissatisfaction you must return within 30 days. This was also not feasible based on the delivery times and how could you determine it did not work until you used it.
Which was beyond the 30 day time limit. In effect they use a perfect scam to catch you. Their product stinks and you cannot return it or get a rebate based on their delays in forwarding the item to you. I guess crooks are all over.. somehow I will figure how to nail them and then let everybody know how to do it.
