I have naturally yellow teeth for as long as I can remember. I never used a teeth whitening product because I've heard horrible stories of sensitivity effects and I already suffer from this condition and didn't want it to get worse. I decided to give this a try but sad to say, I have NO results. I have never smoked nor do i drink red wine ... just occasional coffee but my teeth remain yellow...probably due to genetics This product doesnt work for people with teeth like mine...just folks with already white teeth which are stained from food/drinks.

We should all call the Better Business Bureau and report this company. They are running an unethical business with all of their lies and mis-information. The charges keep appearing on my credit card and I have to call some 800# that ends up being answered by a house wife that has calls forwarded to her home number. The person ends up having to take the brunt of a person's frustration due to the shady practicing of Gunthey. I will NEVER recommend this product solely based on the horrible business ethics.

Hey guys do not waste your money on this people. they are just opposite of hat they say they are....I resolved to using my normal colgate after trying this product for three months..My teeth actually started being yellow instead of whitening.PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!

I have veeners and I have not seen any change except I feel they r getting yellower and one of them feels like it's scratching some of my veeners off. Has anybody else witnessed this?

Supersmile is the best product I have used in years. I have tried many other whitening products but this one actually works, In order for it to work you need to use the instructions on the box exactly as they say or its not going to work. The best part of the whole system is the clean feeling your mouth feels after using the system. No slime and no strips. Just good old fashion brushing.

My teeth were not very stained to begin with, but I have not seen any improvement at all. Plus, they automatically sent me another shipment before I had a chance to evaluate the first batch, and I had to pay $15 to send it back. Beware of the fine print lest you become an 'automatic' customer - it'll cost you.

This product is great. I have used other whiting systems, they all irrated my gums. Not with Supersmile.
Supersmile promises what it delievers. I have veneers and crowns that have yellowed over time and Supersmile whitened them within 1 week. My regular teeth are white and bright, smooth too!
My dentist says I blind me with my teeth on my last few checkups. Easy to use and the afordable. Got mine on ebay!

Purchased kit - 90 day supply - per wash lasted 6 wks., accelerator lasted 8 wks., still have toothpaste & whitening sticks??? Called Co., & told could purchase more to last the "promised" 90 days, I told cus. rep. used "as directed" but still ran out (and I did pay for a 90 day supply?), told can't do anything but sell me more til time for next kit???, also accelerator in same size as toothpaste - used both the same 1 runs out while still plenty of other remains and both used at same rate???, so canceled membership went back to Crest whitening. This consumer is NOT satisfied - followed instructions exactly, ran out very early and Co would rather loss customer then fulfill their end of purchase / even thought I could have gotten a "used", "returned" kit. I wished to return the next package and spoke to a woman just before the product was received.
Had an additional question and called. Service representative proceeded to read from a script which became confusing. Had one last question, possed it, and she hung up on me.

I've been a smoker for over 40 years and a coffee and tea drinker for more than 30 years. I finally purchased the 30-day kit and received it on Saturday afternoon. I started using it that night, so this morning was the fourth time I've used it. Before I used it, my teeth were shade #18 and this morning they are shade #9!!! Amazing!!! I am 54 years old...a lot of miles (meals) on these teeth. I have used many teeth whitening systems and had to stop because they hurt my gums, even after one use. I have used Supersmile over a month and I absolutely love it. I think some of the people who are disappointed must have very yellow teeth--like mine--a lot of stains in a lot of years....and have an realistic expectation. I don't believe any product is going to make your teeth WHITE. I see dramatic improvement in mine. As others have said, my teeth feel clean, my gums do not hurt. I use my own electric rotary toothbrush--yes it must be used dry, no water--which is weird at first. Also...you must use it twice a day. One in the morning of course, and once at night. If you don't use it at night...all the coffee/wine, other food stains from your day just sit on your teeth overnight--its like taking two steps forward and one step back. I want to have the whitest teeth that I can have and I realize that is probably a lite shade of yellow! Bought mine at Ulta, higher priced, but convenient.

Just saw an infomercial on this product. don't plan to purchase it, but since there are so many mixed replies, I thought I would add to this last one...
The infomercial says there is a 60 day Money Back Guarantee, to send back the empty tubes within the 60 days and they'll refund your money. Also had a different phone number on the show: 1-800-323-5905. Hope this helps anyone that has had issues and trying to get a refund. I don't have white teeth, but I do have a pretty smile and not going to do anything to change how I am. =)

I would Not rccommend this produst to anyone. It burnt my gums so bad. and when I tried to get a refund No body in customer service would help me. As I have already made my views clear on this product I have more to add.
The toothbrush they provide is short and thus it cuts into my hand between the little finger and the third finger and has caused a callus that itches and is very annoying....I cannot get rid of it, however, I did ditch the toothbrush.
Also that toothbrush, apart from being too short, did not have any grip around the handle, therefore, it slips and slides in you hand which is useless.
One would think they would have tested this toothbrush before selling.
Very, very disappointed in this useless product!

I really like this product. I drink coffee, and dark colored soft drinks daily. My teeth were yellowing, and staining pretty badly and nothing I tried over the counter seemed to work. I also had a really bad case of dry mouth, and plaque build up; and my teeth always felt chalky, and rough whenever I ran my tongue across them. This product removed the superficial surface stains, plaque build up, and alleviated my dry mouth condition remarkably well. Now my teeth look clean, brite, and feel slick, and smooth. I am very happy with this product.

Save your money people. This product does NOT whiten and although it does clean well it leaves your mouth slimy if you don't rinse really well. I'm returning the one I ordered and I'm hoping I don't have a difficult time in doing so as I've heard can happen with this company. Very deceitful adverting. UGH!

Keep your money!! I used this product morning and night, everyday for a month so far, I did notice a very and I mean a very slight difference, my teeth were brighter ONLY!! I don't have yellow teeth but they are not white either. Matter of fact, they were a 4 on the color chart provided in the kit when I started using it. A week later still a 4, a week after that still a 4...after a month, they never got whiter, they never changed a shade. They only appeared brighter and that didn't last either. Smh...such a shame and waste of money. The product doesn't do what they claim on the infomercial at all.

I have used this product for 10 days now with absolutely no results. The shade guide is useless as it is opaque and my teeth are translucent like pearls and look nothing like the guide. I note that the white teeth in the ads look more like opaque porcelain veneers which is cheating.
The tube of Quikee was empty! The activating rods did not contain a jell but a small amount of watery substance that did not even wet the swab. Using a cotton swab on my teeth is like fingers down a blackboard anyway.
I called to cancel any further orders (and notified American Express not to pay for any orders) but DID NOT ask for my money back as I have used ten days of the product and my bad for not reading the reviews prior.

I have used this "system" for three days and see absolutely no difference. I looked and looked for something saying they would send future kits automatically and could find nothing. Then when it arrived there it was! I will absolutely not do any of these "automatic" charge your account. They are a nightmare. The seller has a monthly income for life and you become poor. When I called to cancel it sounded like the dentist who created the product. Very skeptical. And the reviews on this site? Pretty obvious they were written by the company. Don't fall for the great advertisement where everyone's teeth are glistening white.....doesn't happen. Save your money and buy a whitening stick at Walmart.

24 yr old male college student and it work perfectly for me...I think if you have genitic yellowish teeth, then it will not work for you. There for, its not the product to blame but genetics, my bestfriend bought it after seeing my results and bright smile but it didn't work for him as he has genetically some what beige teeth from his father but nothing gross or dramatic. If this is the case, you may need more imbrasive methods like laser whitening which my dentist did for him for $59 dollars which worked. If your a chain smoker who's been puffing "cancer sticks"(ciggerettes) your entire life, like one of my professors who gave it a try, then it may not work for you either and you may need laser teeth whitening.. So all in all it works for people with normal teeth stains from food and tartar. Not stained by genetics, or smoking or other outside factors. I used it for a month and haveva hollywood smile. Now I just stick to my crest Pro white toothpaste.

As a person who drinks alot of Merlot red wine, I have very yellow teeth. I had no choice but to delve into teeth whitening products if I wanted to look more attractive.

I was introduced to the toothpaste by a friend who swears by it. But after noticing her white smile, I thought why not?

The first time I used it (professional kit) I definitely noticed a brighter smile and confirmed with different lighting. The toothpaste doesn't work instantly to make your teeth 100% whiter in one try but you will see the improvements day by day. Honestly, before I used Supersmile, my teeth were yellow and not so attractive. After consistently going out and chain smoking with pals, my teeth were probably not in their best state and I was beginning to feel very self conscious. I needed an affordable dental makeover..fast! This product was horrible. I used it for several months and developed ulcers on the roof of my mouth. My front teeth began to hurt. I went to the dentist and thought I needed a root canal which I didn't. I kept using the product and my mouth kept hurting, my gums bled, and my orthodonic retainer would not stay in--- my teeth becan to shift. After 3 visits to the dentists and an oral antibiotic rinse I discoverd that when I quit using SuperSmile my teeth moved back into place, the gums stopped bleeding and my teeth quit hurting. I called QVC and cancelled my autodelivery and got rid of the rest of the product. It is dangerous to the ligaments that hold the teeth in place. It is certainly not safe and should not be used!!!!

it is too soon to see if the tooth enamel itself gets whiter...but my surface stains are gone in one week....my teeth fell very clean and the taste is pleasant (original flavor)...if my enamel gets lighter it is worth it as i brush 2 times a day anyway!!!! make sure to use a dry brush....i have my own brush i did not like the ones that came with the product... the handles are hard to hold ....

Love it! I'm nineteen and have been smoking for a year. my teeth used to be pearly white and I was starting to see tobacco stains. I found this online, bought it at ulta and LOVE IT! for it to work though, I think you have to make sure that your toothbrush is actually dry. I've used it for two days and the stains on the front of my teeth seem to have disappeared.

I received a generous sample of the toothpaste and whitening accelerator and have been using it for a week or two. It is absolutely fabulous! my teeth look pearly white and i smoke alot and drink coffee everyday. i have bleached, lazered etc multiple times in the past and so this product sort of took care of the surface discoloration. I think because most of my discoloration was superficial staining, this product worked especially well for me. My teeth look really good!!! and my gums were not sensitized even tho i am prone to that.. probably because there is urea in the accelerator, a great ingredient.

not sure how some ppl here can claim that it doesnt work at all when the results are very very noticeable, after just a few weeks! perhaps the high price lent itself to high expectations, and i got it for free..

it is fabulous... everyone noticed how bright white and shiny my teeth looked after just a week... my dentist and hygienist said that i had no plaque... also... one of the reveiwers said that the protein pellicle is removed by bleaching..and reforms in 48 hours... and the teeth are porous and susceptible to stains... that is incorrect.. the protein pellicle is a thin clear layer of protien that forms on the teeth.. when removed it reforms ... within a few hours... to that layer,... plaque, stain and bacteria attach... what the reviewer ws talking about was when you ahve professional bleaching the enamel rods open... and dehydrate... so that if you eat or drink something that would stain a white shirt... it will stain your teeth ....and more so when the enamel rods have been opened... i work in a dental office... and went on line to check this out.... because it did not make sense.supersmile if great... it dissolves the pellicle gently, wihtout abrasion.... no silica.... that is why the first time you use it.. your teeth will feel slick and shiny... love love love it... never be without it.

The product doesn't work as well as they advertise. The customer service reps are very difficult to work with, and if you do a free trial be sure to keep your confirmation or your order, as they do not send any statements to you or billing information to you.

I'm very discouraged with this company and I would not recommend their products.

I am 70 years old with bridgework, implants, bonding and a full-mouth gengivectimy in my dental history. My teeth and gums are now healthy, bright and I keep them sqeeky clean but the color was dingy. My dental hygenist said there was nothing I could do. I 'searched' on-line and found SuperSmile, ordered it and have been brushing with just the toothpaste for three months. A visit to my hygenist this week resulted in her observation, "No stains!". When I told her about SuperSmile, she said another patient also told her about it and she was going to research it. I've used teeth customized whitening trays and gel in the past from the dentist, but I thought I'd try this product because wearing the tray for even a couple hours can be annoying. I picked up the accelerator and toothpaste and although my teeth might be a bit brighter, after two days I found it very painful to brush my teeth and after day three I stopped using it altogether. All areas of my gum line hurt significantly when brushing – I can barely put any pressure on my gums and they have begun to look red and irritated in spots.

Everyone reacts differently to products of these types, but I wanted to add my experience to the queue.

Supersmile doesn't get your teeth as white as Liquid Paper. However, it polishes and brightens teeth to a very nice and natural bone color. I've been using Supersmile for years and I remember after the first use my teeth were whiter and sparkled. My teeth look naturally white, versus looking bleached and fake. For ladies who can relate, it's like the difference between a french and an american manicure. Some people like the french, but I find the american manicure to be a more realistic and natural look, therefore giving me more credit for my beauty rather than a product.
