The BriteSmile To Go Whitening Pen is a new product from the makers of the BriteSmile One Hour In-Office Teeth Whitening System. The Whitening Pen uses a 5.25% hydrogen peroxide bleaching gel delivered from its brush. BriteSmile To Go acts both as a follow-up whitener, applied to maintain the salon treatment, or as a stand-alone whitening product for at-home use. As you might expect, the brush-on teeth whitening involves brushing a hydrogen peroxide bleaching gel onto the surface of teeth, one tooth at a time. This brushing activity is similar to the way polish is applied to fingernails. Once the brush-on gel has been applied to a tooth's surface it solidifies so to form a somewhat invisible film.
The BriteSmile company did not hold back on the packaging design of this product. The packaging looks very expensive! The BriteSmile To Go pen was created for the luxury market and was made to look appealing around makeup counters in high end department stores. It can be found at Nordstrom’s throughout the United States.
Brush-on teeth whitening first appeared on the over-the-counter marketplace in 2002 when Colgate introduced their product Colgate Simply White. Since then they have introduced another brush-on tooth whitener, named Colgate Simply White Night (2003). Crest has also entered the field of brush-on teeth whitening with their product named Crest Night Effects (2003).

I've been purchasing my Brite Smile Pens from hautelook.com. They've been running them as 2 day sales on a regular basis. A set of 4 in multi flavors for $12.00US. Yes, you read that correctly. Anyways, I dig them. They have seriously upped the whiteness on my choppers.
This product has worked great for me and I have only been using it for four days. It gets rid of the yelow areas right near the lining of your gums, a hard place to get completely clean with a toothbrush. You must use twice a day to see results.

I was very disappointed when QVC quit selling these pens. I keep one handy during the day at work. I am a retail manager and find the pens very convienent for after meals or just to freshen my breath, all while whitening my teeth. The formula is mild, but with consistant use it does work well. I absolutely love the delivery system of the pen. The brush tip allows you to apply the formula in tight areas between the teeth and the brush never lost its shape.

It is the most effective whitener I have ever used and I have used several different ones. My teeth are very porous. Be sure to follow the directions. I think that makes a difference.

I used this by itself and I did not see any results. I used it after first having my teeth cleaned and then Rembrandt 2 Hour Tooth Whitening. The Rembrandt whitened my teeth and then the Brite Smile boosted it. Unfortunately, I bought the BS online from a scam site for $87 each. Be careful where you buy BS to Go.

This company is the worst company I ever delt with, they have the worst customer service dept I ever saw. Do not get the free sample or give them a credit card # they will steal money from your account. any questions call me at 508-981-1378.

I have used these pens for the past two years, I was skeptical at first, however I was VERY PLEASED WITH THE RESULTS!!! I walked into the Brite Smile store in Boston and really bought it on a whim as it is more expensive than other products out there. There are three pens in a set so you can always keep one with you and use it at any time. I've been very happy with the results and the maintenance is a breeze...I use it maybe two times a week.

I BOUGHT THIS PEN AND THE FINE PRINT WAS SO FINE THAT I DIDN'T REALIZE THAT THIS PEN WAS 86.00...I DID NOT AUTHORIZE THIS ON MY CREDIT CARD...I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND YOU CAN HAVE YOUR PEN BACK...I CANNOT AFFORD THIS PURCHASE...I ONLY AUTHORISED 1.99 TO TRY THE PRODUCT NOT 86.00...E-MAIL ME OR CALL ME...IF ACTION ISN'T MADE I WILL CALL MY LAWYER TO HANDLE THIS MATTER...2108272995

I bought this from HSN. Let me tell ya, they were giving this rave reviews. I, on the other hand, was dissapointed. It didn't give me the "whitening effect" I was expecting. My teeth are fairly white already and I didn't see any change in color with this system.
I really think this system works very well for individuals who have very dark teeth or single tooth discoloration but not for those who already have white teeth and are looking for a brighter smile.

so happy I found this site teethwhiteningreviews.com, got my BriteSmile To-Go pen @ an online shop here in the Philippines at about $30.00 (PHP1,500.00)almost same cost at the BriteSmile Teeth Whitening Spa in the US, I've been using it for 1week already and found my teeth 2shades lighter than the original color, I think I need to buy more and stock-up on this...no sensitivity, and yes-- it freshens my breath, with a nice clean taste.

I like the idea of a whitening pen, but this product is not as effective as the Crest Whitestrips. It is great as a supplement to the Whitestrips, however. In my experience, the pen maintains the white, but doesn't really make the teeth that much whiter than they already were.

I just turned 18 and am short on cash. I wanted to do the in-spa whitening at BriteSmile Spas, but couldn't afford the 399.00 price. I was encouraged to try the whitening pens by Dr. Wachs and, much to my surprise, I saw a HUGE difference in my smile after only 2 weeks. My mom uses the pen, but she had the one hour whitening done. While her smile looks great, we were never able to see what kind of power they really have. These are WAY better than anything I EVER purchased at a Duane Reade or CVS. Get them NOW....what are you waiting for????????????????

This is the best invention ever! I had heard about it. So I thought why not?
I am a big coffee and wine drinker.I was told to use by a Spa Consultant in Tysons to use 2x a day and I noticed a difference after just one day. I bought 3. I keep one in my handbag, one in my car, and one at home. I cannot live without it. It freshens your breath too! I have told all my friends and they love as well. The best whitening pen.

I don't know how well this works, but to me it looks very similar to the Colgate paint on material, just that they are delivered in a different manner. The latest study that compared the Colgate paint on with the Crest White Strips, showed that the White Strips were significantly more effective in whitening.
Used after Brite Smile Treatment at dentist. Worked ok, I felt like my teeth did not respond as well to the pen, trays would have probably been better. I was given a choice between trays and the pens for maintenence, I chose the pens for convenience.
This works IF you have already had your teeth laser or bleach tray whitened. It's very convenient, tastes ok, and reasonably priced if you get on-line on a non-britedsmile, homeshopping website. I've had a lot of comments on my teeth which I've neglected keeping up with the whitening until I used the pens. 1 pen worth started the comments coming. I will buy this again. I like it a lot - but for maintenance only. Still use your trays and standard bleach at least 2 x's a year.
