My mouth was burned by the tech. She didn't understand what 5 sec.was and left the laser heat on my gumes for 10 sec. and morre until I moved away.
The product didn't whiten any more then I could do with whitening strips.
The owner wasn't of any help.

I have just returned from my treatment and after the 2 hour procedure, my teeth looks 6 tints lighter in the clinic. Was impressive! My teeth was placed under the plasma lamp for an hour which was divided into 4 sessions of 15 minutes. Overall the treatment was fine (but uncomfortable at times since the mouth was kept open for about 2 hours during the treatment) until the pain strikes at the 3rd x 15 min under the plasma lamp. It was a tingling sensation at some parts of the sensitive gums and at the same time, after 30 min under the plasma lamp, the back left side of my head hurts too. Immediately once I was put off the plasma lamp, the back of my head stopped hurting. Rare. I have informed the technician about it and she told me that it could probably be caused by the plasma lamp. No firm explanation.

I was advised only to drink water or milk within the next 3 hours after treatment and for the rest of the day, not to eat anything with dark colorings. 3 hours after treatment, I drank a cup of milk with oats (light colored food) and 2 slices of white toast. Immediately after the meal, my teeth does not look as white anymore. Quite disappointed but was lucky to have only paid euro149.

I have the Sapphire whitening done twice now, as the first time was not as successful as I had hoped. I found the experience to be very painful (post treatment) for the following 6-8 hours. I vomitted soon after, both times & needed a very strong painkiller to sleep. I think the main problem was that the procedure took no less than 2 & a half hours each time, with 30 min sessions of the light. Clearly way too much exposure.

this in office tooth whitening caused me 45 minutes of unbearable pain where acid burnt the top of my mouth which felt like boiling bubbling lava was split and then when i told the dentist about it she told me to swallow it. when i got home i read that she had made me swallow poison. i got home and found that my gum above my two front teeth has peeled off and was not just a little flap reveling the flesh below. i went to sleep and woke up with my whole mouth filled with puss. my mouth smells like a dead rotting animal. my teeth are completely covered in puss and are bleeding a little. it tastes horrible when i have to swallow. it is so disgusting i cant leave the house. im so angry that this has happened and i am going to demand to get my money back on Tuesday when the dentist is open again. does any one have any thing to help me?

I had the Rembrandt In-Office Whitening System done and was very pleased with my immediate results. I did have some sensitivity post-whitening that resolved within 24 hours. I am now using the custom trays at home to try and whiten my teeth even more.

I just had the Sapphire whitening done 2 days ago and am very disappointed. First my teeth are sensitive and they scheduled me for a cleaning the same day. I don't recommend this espiecially if you have tartar below the gumline that they work on removing. The procedure was long and at times uncomfortable. A wand that was heated burned my teeth. After the procedure I expected sensitivity since I have sensitive teeth. It kicked in a few hours later and by the time nighttime came I felt like I had some type of gum or nerve surgery and my whole mouth was throbbing. Luckily I had a vicodine from an old ingury and took that to sleep. The next morning I was fine except for the blister-type thing on the inside of my bottom lip. Didn't notice much of a change and will be calling my dentist tomorrow. If you have sensitive teeth, I recommend asking your dentist for a small perscription of heavy-duty pain killers. Don't listen, the advil won't touch this pain.
