I had Zoom done this morning and after 4 hours I am still in pain. I used this special sensitivity relief toothpaste that my dentist told me to buy for 3 weeks before the procedure, but it did nothing to help. The first round of Zoom was ok, I only felt a little tingle in my gums. Half way through the second round, however, I started feeling sharp shooting pain in my bottom teeth. By the third round, the pain had become almost unbearable. After it was over, the pain got worse. My dentist told me to rub the special toothpaste on my teeth and to take pain relievers. Neither of these worked since I am still in pain. I ordered the take home kit, which I'm now afraid to use because this pain is unbelievable. I've had 9 of my teeth pulled all on the same day and the pain I felt from that procedure is NOTHING compared to the pain that I am feeling now. And from looking at other reviews, I paid way too much for it. I should have stuck with whitening toothpaste instead. I'm in so much pain that I can barely concentrate on writing my review in the first place. My teeth are noticeably whiter, but I will never ever ever do this again! EVER!!

I expected more from this whitening treatment. I was told my teeth would be 8 shades lighter! It was the same shade when i was finished, which i could take back my money!!! It is no better than CREST whitening vivid tooth paste , which cost $8.00. Same on Zoom!! the photos they advertised is fake. My corner tooth that crest did nothing for is still darn yellow!!

Who wouldn't want noticeable white teeth? Wow, it was my first time I had my teeth bleached, and I can't believe how my teeth got super white after the one hour ZOOM whitening procedure. Perhaps my teeth got little bit too white. Since my natural teeth color is average white, after I got the procedure done, my teeth was even whiter than the whitest shade they had at the dental office. I only had to to paid a total of 149$ through a ZOOM promotion. Speaking of pain wise, I started to feel uncomfortable and sensitive during the fourth session. It was very worth it for 149$. I am really satisfied & amazed!

NO pain and happy with the results!!!

I almost didn't have the process today after I read all the reviews on here, I even had my dad drop me off and pick me up because I worried I wouldn't be able to drive. My appointment took 2 hours, they took about 20 minutes to prep my mouth and cover my gums. You will leave with a touch up tray that you will only have to used when you want to touch up. My hygienist said she does that every 6 months or so.

I posted pics the before is blurry but you can see the color. My teeth weren't too bad before, and I didn't expect to leave "Hollywood" whiteness, just brightened up and evened out since I will need fillings in my front teeth so now they can match it.

I was able to go through all 4 rounds. The only pain I felt during the procedure was heat on my lips from the heat lamp. I did have some "zingers" in the last 5 minutes. I would equate them to the sensation of when you put your tongue on a 9V battery, but in your tooth. Hope that makes sense. My bottom lip is sensitive and feels like there might be a small blister, but no pain.

I have experienced "zingers" intermittently through out the day but nothing that would hold me back from doing anything out of the normal. They usually last less than 15 seconds and maybe 5 in the last hour.

I had breakfast but I have only had a vanilla wafer since then for fear of ruining the results. I thought I saw a crumb in between my gum and tooth and my gum did become a little red when I tried to pick it out. I am sure it will go away.

It was a little expensive (350.00 USDollars)but overall I am happy I did it.

Do not go for round 2 or 3 if it already hurts. Beware that it will hurt just the same for hours (now more than 7) even if taking ibuprofene or paracetamol. I went for round 2 or 3 as nobody told me I could even stop and I did not imagine the pain would last. The leaflets talk about sensitivity, be prepared for unbearable horrible I want to die right now pain. I just hope I will wake in the morning with it gone as in a few story I read on this website. I was stupid enough not to look at any review before doing it, I would probably not do it again. My teeth are definitely whiter though.

I had Zoom! two days ago now, there was no first second or third applications as i am reading here? My hygienist simply clumsily fitted the gum shield, applied the bleach and after a short while, put over the overhead light.
She left me alone and handed me a buzzer, which i ended up buzzing after around 5 minutes as my tongue was burning, she hosed the bleach off my tongue and advised i keep it behind the gum shield as much as possible (what gym shield i wasn't told about this)
We carried on with the session and i managed another 4 minutes or so before i had enough, and tears running down my face i went home with two small tubes of sensitive toothpaste and some relief gel.
My teeth were quite near the top of the chart as it was so i wouldn't have noticed much difference to be honest had i continued with it. so i wasn't too bothered.
Word of advice, get the relief gel, i smothered it on and it got rid of my zingers after less than an hour!

Zoom procedure done today in Dental Office. The Hygenist took his time to protect gums before using Zoom light. This was done to prevent as much of the sensitivity that occurs during the treatment. I was good until the third session, the Hygenist stopped and protected the gums once more. I was able to sit through the fourth session. My teeth went from a shade of yellowish to white in about two hours. The only downside is the mild moderate teeth sensitivity afterwards, which seems to be fading away.

Holy schmoly! My teeth hurt! They started getting the "zingers" (as someone described it...I don't know what that poster has an issue with, as far as us using the term..) which are like nerve root pain, during the 2nd cycle. It got increasingly worse. During the last 1/2, I was tearing up. I couldn't do the 3rd. I didn't get the "neutralizing" solution, just was directed to rinse some and only eat white food for 24-48hrs. That was several hours ago and the pain keeps increasing. I saw the doc for 2 sec's, during the process, & the staff was equally split from helpful to ridiculous-why-are-you-even-working-here.
The thing is, I HAD this treatment before and it worked really well and there was little sensitivity during, I tolerated the hour, and then home-all good. I just hope this goes away. If this horrible pain goes away, I still don't know if I'd do this again. Definitely not at a regular price but definitely not thru a coupon deal because obviously, these are clinics that need to discount their services to bring people in.

I used a coupon for $150 today and did three 15 minute sessions. I felt nothing aside from the discomfort of the device in my mouth, until the end of the 3rd session. Sharp pain (zinngers?) were shooting across my bottom teeth, but periodically. It's now 6 hours later and i feel like my teeth have been pulled. I have to say, they look extremely white, and i would do it again.

I had this done at 9am this morning. It's now 4:50pm. Zoom works great for me but the pain is agonizing. During the first 20 min session, it was so painful but I went through with it since I paid for it. During the second 20 min session, I opted to go with the light during the last 10 minutes. During the third 20 min session I also only opted to have the light during the last 10 minutes. This is the most painful dental treatment I've ever had. Tears were literally running. Afterward my teeth were all swollen. Ibuprofen isn't helping. Hopefully this goes away soon. I have not tried anything off the counter so I can't make any comparison. Make this stop!!!!!!!!

Ok, Just had mine done about an hour ago. The bad news: Very sharp pain, the good news, the pain ony lasts for seconds and only appears once every 5-10 minutes (for a day as I was told) so you can handle it and take lots of Ipoprofine and you will be fine. The not soo good news:. My teah are only one shade whiter. Yes, i noticed a slight different but not much.

So here is the deal for this to be worth it: 1) Don't speend more than $250 on Zoom (you can get groupons or discounts somehow) it is not worth it. 2) if one or two of your teath really hurt during the treatment, ask the dentist to take out the solution righ then but only from the teeth that hurt (Unless they are the front ones then there is no point). 3) take Ipoprofine or pain relief med. every four hours.

Ok people, this is not a joke! I had the Zoom Plus done this morning and I'm willing pay more than double the price to get rid of the pain! Zingers??? No one told me that at the dentist! Zinging is lightly put when the actual pain is like needs drilling up your nostrils! And it didn't stop since this morning and I have no idea how I'm going to survive.. :( I wish i never did this to myself and read people's experience before the procedure. Dentists are scams! My teeth aren't even sensitive. I think we human beings need to stay away from harsh chemicals!! No pain no gain - yes. But excruciating pain and splochy, uneven, unhealthy looking shade was not worth it for me.. :( Darn it!!!!

I did the zoom whitening this morning. I personally had little to no pain during the course of the treatment. Although my gums were covered, they still got very hot from the light-- not that it burned my gums or anything, just hot. After the treatment was over, my teeth were extremely sensitive-- a lot of "zingers" and overall pain. Although I understand the pain is different for everyone, the zingers were not overbearing, and came in such short bursts that I could completely tolerate it. From reading the reviews before the treatment, I was really worried I wouldn't even be able to finish all 3 stages. (My teeth get sensitive at times.) I went through all the stages without having to stop/ not experiencing pain. One thing I am a little worried about is that I have spots that are whiter than others-- from other reviews, it said that it eventually evens out (I hope so!) Overall, the treatment itself was not painful, but a few hours after, I experienced pain. I would do it again.

After reading the reviews here I almost cancelled my appointment for Zoom whitening but I am very glad I didn't as I am very pleased with the results.
My dentist took time to explain exactly what would happen and very carefully prepared my mouth by masking all the gums and my lips. I had 3 rounds of treatment, the first was not at all painful and I did not experience any tingled or shooting pains, the second and third times I did get some tingly sensations in my teeth but it was mild. I got maybe two or three 'zingers' as they seem to be described here at the end of the third round and a couple when I left but after 4hours post treatment I have not experienced any more. My dentist gave me a gel to put on my teeth for if I experienced sensitivity but I have not had the need to use it.
I can only assume that the people who have had painful experiences have had their treatment carried out by inexperienced practitioners as I found it very bearable. My teeth were pretty yellow but they are now a natural white.
My suggestion is that if you do go fir Zoom whitening, have it dine at a reputable dentists, not a 'dental spa' or salon

I had very yellow teeth. They are now white.

The zingers got to be too much right at the end of the third round. I skipped the fourth.

From 2 hours to about 6 hours after, the zinging was pretty intense. I was very uncomfortable. I took ibuprofen at 2:00 PM, had the work done at 4:00. Took acetaminophen at 6:00 PM. Neither of these helped much. At 8:00 I took an ativan and at 9:00 a jigger of rum. Went to bed at 10:00 feeling a little better. Woke up at 6:00 AM and the zingers were gone. My usually sensitive teeth were their usual level of sensitivity.

I did a before and after photo and it is dramatic. I hate tooth pain and the zingers were pretty distressing. Even so, I would do it again. I haven't tried the home follow up stuff yet.

Had Zoom whitening done this afternoon, finished about 2 hours ago...

Procedure itself was just like whitening teeth with anything, mildly uncomfortable. My dentist told me NOTHING about the procedure beforehand but I got it for 50.00 so figured I'd give it a try. I have been whitening my teeth for 4 years with over the counter whitening products (usually Crest whitestrips and another tanning and teeth combo) but have yet to see the results by any of these products that I have seen with Zoom. My teeth are very sensitive, I got through 2, 15 minute sessions when I decided the "zingers" in one of my teeth was sufficient enough and I did not wish to continue. My teeth are still very noticeably whiter (and they were pretty white before), as soon as I came home my roommate, who didn't know where I was, commented on them. There is, however, mild discoloration, which I'm hoping will go away. "Zingers" have already substantially subsided although not fully. I've been through way worse pain for much longer with over the counter products. Would absolutely recommend especially to those who desperately need a whitening but even for those who regularly whiten and have the money as this is the whitest I have ever seen my teeth. As sensitive as my teeth are, I could have done another 15 minute session but CHOSE not to because my teeth were already white before Zoom and hygenist wasn't sure more "zingers" were worth it as my teeth couldn't get much whiter. :)

I got the zoom done yesterday. The procedure was not that bad but was not comfortable. I did 4 15 min sessions. I had a hard time sleeping last night due to the mild ache. Ib prophin and the sensitivity gel didnt really help. The pain is similar to if you do to many crest whiting strips in a row. Im still uncomfortable but can tell its getting better. My teetch recently got a little splotchy as my dentist warned me might happen (which is why he recommeded getting it done at least 2 weeks before our wedding) but it will even out shortly. Would I do it a second time? Probably not as I plan on keeping up with the results with the follow up kit. Like anything a quick fix has its draw backs but it gets the job done. Beauty is pain.

I was nervous about Zoom after eading all the reviews, but I have to say the results are fabulous! The tech put extra floride on my teeth after the first session, and no problems. I definetly had some zingers the rest of the day, but found keeping my mouth closed helped. My teeth were very stained from years of cigarettes and red wine, two things I don't indulge in anymore, and I wanted my smile to match my new lifestyle. It works!!

Funny how 'different' reviewers are using the term 'zingers'.....hmmmm

A disgruntled client?

Perhaps someone envious of those getting whitening?

Take home message, do not believe what you see and read on here.

i had Zoom! done this morning, and really had no pain during any of my three 15 minute sessions. i'm about 6 hours in now, and the pain is more irritating than painful. so not many complaints from me on the pain end.

BUT the results are TERRIBLE. i had BriteSmile done about 3-4 years ago, and the results were visible immediately. friends commented right away that my teeth looked whiter after BriteSmile.

my teeth don't look any different after the Zoom! treatment. i guess i'll see once i touch up with the trays, etc. but for now, any price is too high for no improvement and tooth irritation.

Had Zoom this morning and absolute agony since. No kidding, it is so not worth it. I am a few shades lighter but nothing that noticeable, I wish I hadn't bothered. I will not be returning for the cheap £20 top-up. I don't have sensitive teeth normally but I can't even open my mouth now in case air touches them. I am on Ibuprofen and rubbing on sensodyne toothpaste which isn't doing any good. Seriously people, go to your dentist. Some dentists offer sensitivity treatments before and after whitening. I went for the cheap option and I am now paying the price. Just hoping the pain goes away soon as I can't eat or open my mouth......

I would never recommend this to ANYONE. Crest White Strips work better AND don't hurt.

This wasn't so bad at first, but into the second session, a certain tooth had extreme pain. I decided to go with it because I didn't want to lose money by only getting half way through.

I COULD NOT go another phase after the third. The pain is frequent, sharp, and unbearable. I had to call a family member to pick me up to take me home because I could not safety drive home.
My teeth are whiter, but it was not worth it. My canines are still a yellow-ish color.

Consider other options before using this.

I went into my dentist to get feelings done which I did and have always thought
About getting veneers as I was talking to my dentist he said you can try zoom it works and its just as effective... Ive always had issues with my teeth they are very str8 just discolored. So anyways I go ahead with it went to my apointment and the the dentist comes n and explains everything to me about how sensitive it maybe during the sessions also after im done and says not to drink anything with color for 48 hours just water or 7up and ways the dentist leaves out and his helper starts on my teeth she had me bite down on mold to fit my teeth so i can have white gel to take home after.. Then she puts n this mouth guard thing and so on... Then i start my sessions 15 min for 4 sessions i got through all 4 with no pain just a couple shocks along the way.. As soon as i was done she took everything off and thats when all the pain kicked in. She had me go brush my teeth i didnt even wanna
Touch them. The results were ok. Looks the same to me only a couple shades lighter i was expectong them to be white and they still are not and im still n pain they hurt i took motrin 800 mg nothing is helping i keep having these shocks and THERE SO Sensitive to me it would have been worth the pain if my teeth were white but im n pain and they look the same
.. But everybody is diff.. Ughhh...

I had the Zoom whitening done this morning at 8 am and I only made it through two of the four sessions the zingers were so bad. The assistant explained that I might feel a little pain, but I did NOT expect this kind of pain. I have been in tears all day and total today I have taken 6 Advil and 2 Tylenol but STILL the pain is not going away. There is nothing that you can do about this pain. I hear it should go away by tomorrow but I don't know if I can wait this long! I usually have a high pain tolerance but I have literally been on my hands and knees not being able to open my mouth or eat. My teeth are whiter, but a bit splotchy. Everyone reacts differently but if you have sensitive teeth I recommend taking the max dose of painkillers thirty minutes before you even start the procedure.

Got the Zoom whitening as part of a Groupon along with a teeth cleaning etc. Went today and now I just want to die from the pain. Seriously, I wish I had read all this sooner. My teeth are white, but not completely consistently, so it doesn't even feel worth it. :/ I'm not a big baby when it comes to pain, I have chronic knee pain and often suffer from really bad cramps, but man, I just want to cry. I've never had sensitive teeth a day in my life and I've had teeth drilled without novocaine and been just fine, so this is really just beyond the pale.

I had nice colored teeth before getting the Zoom whitening done. I wanted super white teeth with absolutely no yellow tint (you know how along the edges your teeth are more yellow than the actual front side of the tooth). It just didn't work that well. No one could tell the difference in my teeth and I even had someone tell me my teeth looked better before. If you have nice teeth and you're looking for something to take them to the next level, zoom whitening isn't your way to go. Just get crest white strips and they'll do a better job for a fraction of the cost.

I bought a Groupon for Zoom2 for $180.00. I have been looking forward to having my session all month. Went in yesterday and the dentists wife took me back and started preparing my gums. She did not explain anything. I started the treatment and she went to her office and left me there for about thirty minutes. I was already having the zingers during the first fifteen minutes but couldn't get her attention. When she came back, I told her it was hurting and she said she could see no reason it should be hurting. I continued for the full hour! On the way home it was as if every nerve in every tooth on my head were exposed to ice water! 100 times worse than labor pains. There was nothing I could do to ease the pain. I took 800mg Motrin twice with little or no relief. The pain was excruciating! Went to bed in tears hoping to get some sleep! Prayed for some relief! When I woke up this morning, the pain is still here, but not as unbearable as yesterday. I haven't even bothered to look at my teeth because I cannot tolerate the air touching them. If you as considering having this done, BEWARE! THE PAIN IS BEYOND BELIEF! I would never do it again if they offered to pay me! At this point, I am just praying this is temporary and not something that I will have to deal with forever, because there is no way I could take another day of that severity of pain!

I have had a history of sensitive teeth and have never been able to do even at-home bleaching for more than a day or two. I had the Zoom treatment this morning at 9:00am, it took about two hours to do three 15 min. sessions. I had alot of tingling but no real zingers. HOWEVER, I went thru natural childbirth for 11 hours and if I could get rid of the pain I am experiencing right now I WOULD TRADE IT FOR CHILDBIRTH ALL OVER AGAIN. Don't tell me I need to suck it up, I am one tough cookie when it comes to pain but apparently some people just cannot do this ZOOM. I feel as if someone has taken a huge sledgehammer to my mouth full frontal and knocked out all of my teeth. At the moment I foresee absolutely no sleep tonight and maybe never again. I'M SERIOUS! You say, then why would you have ever considered this?! VANITY!!! And my daughter is getting married and I really wanted to look good. Well, I could kick myself in the teeth for it. OH, WAIT! Procedure cost $500.00 Canadian. It took 1 1/2 hours to 2 hours for complete procedure. I had 4 sessions with 3 breaks. The hygenist kept asking if it hurt but all I felt was a little tingling and it never hurt at all. The one thing I wished they had done was give me proper instructions on using the touch up kit. Overall I am quite happy with results.

These reviews are hilarious!! I'm about to go and have the Zoom Whitening system done and am looking forward to it :)
I find it funny that everyone has said that this system worked wonders, and they are happy with the results...yet would NOT recommend it to anyone!! Forgive me for saying....but ADVISING people there is going to be pain but stil promoting the product would seem a lot more logical than saying "yeh it was fantastic....NO ONE USE THIS PRODUCT"
ahh people on review blogs....

Had my teeth whitened by the Zoom system on 30th June 2011. After reading all the comments on this site I nearly cancelled. I can describe the procedure as unusual, but not overly painful. I took a couple of paracetamols beforehand and two more after. Did get a couple of zinging pains, but nothing too horrendous. I have always had yellow looking teeth, but you would be amazed if you saw them now, they are white and I cant stop smiling. Well worth the slight unease (and I had the full four sessions). Would I recommend? Yes definitely.

I can't believe someone compared the Zoom "pain" to labor pains. Ha ha ha ha! Not even close. What I experienced was "weird" but not anything I'd even classify as "pain." Just a weird tingling sensation that was annoying and a bit distracting, but certainly worth it for the great results.

Had my teeth whitened yesterday with zoom bleach, it definately gave me a hollywood smile but after the procedure my mouth was in pure agony. I kept telling myself it would be all over soon but i took pain killers and sleeping tablets to try and sleep through the pain. I was in so much pain i thought it must not have been done properly, but thank god i woke up today after trying for hours to get to sleep the night before and not having anything to eat and the pain is gone. I have to go for a top up session in a couple of days and although last night i said i would never go back i am going to have to suck it up and get it over and done with especially as it only costs 20 pounds. I want my teeth perfect for my wedding day at least i know now that the pain wont last days.

Pain is so bad I'm gnawing on my pillow. When I grimmace into the mirror I think my teeth might be whiter but the air is too much to bear. I only spent $120 on the procedure with a Living Social deal and would not do it again, even if it was free. When a dentist says that you might feel minor sensitivity with Zoom be prepared for the worst tooth pain of your life. It feels like my teeth have been bleached down to the raw nerve.

I had the Zoom whitening done on my teeth this morning. I had a groupon deal, so the price was very affordable. I, like many other reviewers, have sensitive teeth. I brush my teeth with sensitive toothpaste every night and have gum recession in a few places.

My overall experience was good at the Dentist's office. However, it took a lot longer than I was expecting. Be prepared to spend about 1.5-2 hours in the office, obviously depending on how busy each office is. The overall experience is that a large mouthguard like object is placed in your mouth and you are required to bite down during the entire process. (Hard to do for so long.) The next step is they put a substance on your teeth and lips and an object to protect the gums. After about a half an hour or so, they start the 15 minute sessions. I had 2, 15 minute sessions. I did not have the initial "zingers" that everyone was talking about until much later in the day. Mine did not start until an hour or so after the treatment. I would describe the feelings as little pins and needles through the teeth. I have only felt a few sharp pains, but would complain more of the constant feeling on my teeth. It felt so awkward that I didn't even feel like eating.

My teeth look great, but I may agree with the others that I wouldn't go through with it again due to the sensitivity.

All you people are in need of a can of harden the fuck up, it doesn't hurt at all and I have sensitive teeth as well, mind you I did four 15 min sessions without a wimper.I went home and there was a slight tingling for about an hour, my teeth went 4 shades lighter. ZOOM is awesome.

It says teeth whitening on the box and that is EXACTLY what you get. The dentist giving me the procedure held up a mirror after my 4 15 minute sessions and all I could say was "Damn!" That being said, shooting nerve pain is not for everybody. The best description is a static shock to the tooth nerve. I started getting them in the first session and they lasted for the whole hour. I am great with pain and I felt the procedure was well worth it. Had my results been anything short of spectacular I would have been upset having to endure the pain for no gain. In this case, however, the saying is true; No pain, no gain.

After reading reviews here, I was terrified and nearly cancelled, as I have a history of sensitive teeth. However, I went through with it. I'm SO GLAD I did. I went through ALL FOUR sessions and experienced not only NO PAIN but NO SENSITIVITY.

What's more, my teeth are noticeably whiter. I had fairly white teeth to begin with, so the difference isn't huge, but they certainly stand out without being brilliant white, i.e. they're still off-white and creamy, so they look perfectly natural.

I'd definitely recommend you go for it and not to be put off by the majority of reviews. I mean, I would even have been happy if I'd had to put up with a little pain, because the outcome is worth it. Either I've been lucky, or there are thousands of people out there not sharing their good experiences to outweigh the bad ones!

Labour pains... stitches... nothing compares to the pain I was in. I resorted to taking 4 codene and 2 ibroprofen just to get some sleep that night. I will never ever get my teeth whitened again! And the worst thing is they hardly whitened my teeth at all. :( If you have sensitive teeth then I strongly recommend you do not opt for this treatment unless you are ready for rough 24/48 hours ahead.

Zoom gave me dramatic whitening. I have a bonded front tooth. The bonding was done 21 years ago and needed redone. I wanted to whiten ALL my teeth first and then rebond the tooth to match. Since Zoom doesn't work on bonding that's how I know for SURE that Zoom whitens A LOT! I've used over the counter and trays from dentist. Nothing worked like Zoom. TIPS BEFORE YOU GO: 1. Use flouride in trays for 15 -30 minutes every day for a week. 2. Drink lots of water. 3. Take ibuprofan. Some dentists have you start whitening before you go, but mine did not. I was under the light for 3 fifteen minute sessions. I got a couple zingers during last 15 minute session. After the procedure, I got several zingers (sharp pains) for the next hour. Nothing after that. I still think my teeth are not as white as Hollywood stars, but it is very dramatic. My bonded tooth was the true comparison. I think $500 is a lot of money, but worth the whiter smile.

I purchased the Zoom! as a Groupon and have been so excited to use it. My appointment was today and the people at the dentist office were exceptional. They explained everything to me and had me read a piece of paper that explained what I was in for, but as soon as I read "discomfort due to sensitivity" I got nervous. My teeth are sensitive but I decided to move forward anyways.

We set up for the first session and I did fine. But as the second session came, my teeth began giving me hints that they were just about done with this procedure. "Zingers" came from no where. And man, either I am a 37 yr old baby or this was uncomfortable shooting spikes of pain within my teeth. Unfortunately I could not continue. Bless the assistant that was doing the procedure because I think she was in pain with me and she felt really bad. Thankfully she gave me 600mg of Ib, I attribute that to not having as much pain as I probably would have. I had to sit there a a while before I left because I was afraid to drive home with these random "zingers".

When I got home I went straight to bed in hopes that when I woke up there would be no pain. Three hours later, I'm awake and very little pain. But...my teeth are three shades whiter and in just two sessions and look amazing!

I would only recommend Zoom! if you DO NOT have sensitive teeth. If your teeth are sensitive, you will be in for what they call "zingers", which like shooting spikes of pain running through your teeth that make you cringe. They are very uncomfortable! Take the suggested Ibuprofen or other type of pain medication. Or, as one of the other testimonials did, Vicodin would probably work best.

Good luck!

I originally paid my deposit for the Zoom treatment in the dentist, four fifteen minute session under the light with the gel.

I then came on this review site. I wish I had never paid, I went to the dentist today absolutely shi^&ing myself. I was sweating when I sat in the chair, the dentist explained everything and we set up and the bleach was applied. I was then under THE LIGHT!!

WHAT THE HELL WAS I WORRYING ABOUT.

Yes, there are little twangs, yes your teeth are sensitive and yes at times it is a little uncomfortable. It is by no means unbearable.

The results are absolutely fantastic! I urge anyone doubting this treatment to bury your doubts and go ahead with it.

FANTASTIC!
