Yes it is very over priced, but Yes it does work! Watch out for fine print in any business transaction people. When I decided to stop using it and cancelled my orders, they stopped charging and I stopped receiving the product. If anyone has ever done business with "TimeLife" from any of the TV offers, you know that once you order, you have to cancel the oders in just the right way to terminate the orders. This company works the same way. It's not illegal, you just have to pay attention to their guidlines / rules for terminating future orders.

I wish they would lower their prices, because I know it works. It just costs too much for the amount you receive per tube / bottle. I mean come on, cut us a break (the consumers), the economy is killing us and this product will make you WANT to smile.... If we could only afford to do it (Pun intended)! ☺☻☺☻

My husband accepted the "free trial" of the teeth whitening pen with the understanding that 1) it was FREE and 2) he had the option to "purchase" the whitening system if he felt that it worked and he was pleased with it after the trial period or should he request more. Needless to say, the "free trial" ended up with the companying deducting a total of $150.00 out of our account for the 0.85 oz pen that isn't worth the ingredients its made from! We contacted our bank to dispute the transaction but because of the information that was given the transaction could not be disputed. Therefore, we have been robbed by Celebrity white teeth of $150.00. This company is stealing the American people blind, in front of their faces, with no disregard. This company should be put out of business and compensation should be awarded to those who got "scammed"! Word of mouth travels far and believe me, I have a big mouth!

I bought celebrity teeth whitener and was amazed how well it worked. I actually recieved a $50 rebate check for trialing it. The issue I had was they proceeded to send more products to me, not at my request. I had canceled after the trial period but they goofed and charged my credit card again. Fortunately, I had photocopied everything that came with the product in addition to the information I had to mail for my rebate. I phoned them and they credited me for the charge, in addition to sending me another $50 rebate check. Looks like I made a profit on them and still got the product for free!!!!

I never gave this outfit my debit card number, my last bank statement had a charge of $2.85 how they was able to do that is a mystery.
I called and said I have no idea who you are or how you was able to access my account, no explanation given, just we will refund your account within 3-5 business days. Will see.

Well same here, i was looking at my bank statement online, happen to run across DIET LEADER MD 04-12 888-554-8597 TX where they took $2.85c from my account, so i called, Talked to a girl by the name of (Rhei) poor english speaking, must i add, Ask her how they charged my card for something i never ordered in the first place,,yada yada yada anyways she said i must have filled out for some kinda survey (which i never) but anyways, she promised to put the money back within 3 to 5 working days, lets see if she does, if not i will contact my lawyer, Oh thats the number i called to get hold of her up top. Lousy product with a built in scam. Soon after receiving the product and reading updated reviews, I realized this was a scam in the making. Thought I was simply trying the product and didn't know I was signing up for a monthly recurring delivery AND charge. Called customer service to cancel immediately and was told it was all taken care of. What I didn't know was there was another company..."Diet Leader MD" (not affiliated at all with C.S.W.) that included themselves in the Terms and Conditions for (go figure) so I have been billed $29.95 every month for the longest time before I noticed the charge on my statement (ok....guilty of not balancing my checkbook!). However, this practice of hiding behind Terms and Conditions is a huge problem with these online companies and buyers you need to be aware of this. I am in negotiations to get a full refund from the Diet Leader MD company since I in good faith called to cancel all the charges associated with Celebrity Sexy White a very long time ago......but we'll see what the 'headquarters" say. I can't believe I was duped. I help to write and review terms and conditions for the company I work for........geez!

Well, I almost fell for this scam... I ordered the thing for supposedly less than 3 dlls, and got the packs quite soon. Tried them, and they made me sick (literally) And no, I didn't swallow them! (Probably only a few droplets that slipped in, but no more) That was enough to make me throw up for around 2 days.

Luckily, I began looking online for info about the products and found it was a scam! And when I checked my bank account they had already taken around $200 from a supposed membership on both "promotion" sites. I called the bank, and then I called them and managed to get back at least half of my money.

And I threw out the useless thing.

I tried the product and had great results. Even my dentist commented on how white my teeth were and how she wasn't sure she even had a crown to match how white my teeth were. I constantly had people tell me how white my teeth were.

I never used any type of whitener before I tried this. I bought three bottles for $100 and I found that it really worked well if I applied it at least once a day. My friends & family agreed that my teeth were whiter, also. I was looking for it again because I was considering buying more until I saw this site. Now I am thinking it may just be peroxide and I am paying too much for it. It didn't make my teeth spakling white but it did make a big difference. Since I am a smoker and coffee drinker, maybe I can find something for much cheaper that will remove the stain as this did. I will talk to my dentist before buying anything, now.

The product works great for me! I get compliments on my white teeth all the time and it's because of this product. I will be buying it again.

This is the biggest scam I've ever seen! I've reported them to BBB in Florida - no good. Dealing with them is a joke. Talked to 19 different people - no results - just LIES! There ought to be some kind of class action suit all of us could file against them. I cancelled in 9 days they took money from my account on the 8th day!!!!!! This has been an on-going battle since 2-13-2010....lies, lies, lies, lies.........don't fall prey to this scam like I did - stay away!

DON'T DO IT OVER THE INTERNET. Make an appointment with your dentist is you are really wanting to get your teeth whitened. March 10 I got sucked into Celebrity White Teeth's scam....I called and tried to cancel but they said be patient it would be here. Day 14 they took $169.95, Day 18 the product arrived. I was promised a refund, have a printed email as conveniently it was retracted from my inbox. Three months later and having talked with every United Kingdom customer service, they now are stating they won't refund my money. It also cost me $112.50 in NSF charges. I created a facebook account on what they did to me at Celebrity White Smile SCAM. It's amazing what companies can do to trusting people and they can sleep at night.

I was just researching Celebrity Sexy Teeth for a friend because I bought it back in the spring of 2008 and it still works great for me (I just use it occasionally about every 3 months). I have people comment about how white my teeth are. Being a smoker and coffee drinker, that's a great compliment. So it works great at whiting teeth even with it being 2 years since I bought the bottle.

I don't know if they changed the product or if people are just upset over billing issues. Back when I bought it, I paid $40 for a single bottle with .16 oz. I thought it was expensive but it had great reviews and I agree completely with the reviews back than.

I do know of the membership billing scams out there. The offer a trial then you have so many days (usually 14 to 21 days) to cancel the membership. They put that in very small print and if you're a day late in canceling, you get charged. They also don't tell you your trial begins on the day you order not the day they ship or the day you receive which usually only gives you 7 to 14 days to cancel the membership once you get the product. Most people think it begins when they receive the product. It's important to read all the fine print with trial products. A newer scam is to state a product cannot be refused by mail or returned without first contacting the company. Postal fees include mail return to sender so it's not like they are charged postal fees when you refuse a package which is what makes it wrong for them not to accept refuse packages. It's a way to make the customer pay return shipping fees (which is $ because you have to ship with insurance to protect yourself in case of lost mail & to prove return shipping should the company state you never returned it) and most don't want to go through all that & without shipping with insurance, they company can simply state they never received a return and therefore can charge you. I know some of the products listed above are part of this scamming.

It's a huge shame if Celebrity Sexy White is truly involved in such deceit because it is or at least was the best teeth whiting product I have used, including whiting products I paid hundreds for from my dentist.

I'm going to check their website to see if they are not doing the trial or membership rather than just allowing a single purchase of the product like they did when I purchased it in 2008.

This is a scam. The only way to prevent this site from charging your credit card is to report your card lost or stolen. You might get a small lost or stolen charge for the card but that's better than getting charged over $170.00 plus. Two days after I ordered this online I googled and found the complaints about this scam. I was only charged the 99 cents and the $4.95 and knew if I didn't cancel my card they would charge more. I received two e-mails with confirmations stating it would be canceled. They didn't mention to me that I had to send the trial paste back. I threw it away when I received it. I reported my credit card lost or stolen right away....3 days after ordering this scam online. I used a debit/credit card. The bank charged me $7.95 for the lost/stolen card but it was worth it. Otherwise I would have went into overdraft and would not have known just how bad these scammers are. I will never order from an unknown online company again. If you think you have been scammed from this company and have not been charged all those hidden fees, report your credit card as lost or stolen and make sure you let them know that you want a different credit card number. If you have a credit/debit card, your checking account will remain the same but your credit card number will be different so they can not charge you anything more than what they already charged you.

I ordered a trial product as well. Not only did they charge my account 87 dollars they also have other products they charged to my credit card. I cancelled my credit card and got a new number to stop their illegal use of my card. Also when I returned the product they will only give me 55% of the cost so 45% goes to a "restocking" fee. Complete scam!!!! obviously if they need to charge a 45% restocking it is not a good product. Don't buy any products like this on the internet or you will get screwed. They have a whole slew of products and as I was arguing with them on the phone they start trying to sell me a health insurance program. Don't fall for it!

I've been dealing with this fly-by-night operation since January 13th! I spoke with not one but two boys/men. Whatever, whoever they were, they could barely speak English....that should have told me something! Anyway after seeing what was supposed to be $.99 charge end up as $54.95 on my credit card I disputed it immediately. My credit card company has been very helpful but for those of you jumping through hoops trying to get correct contact info, here it it: 877-503-1282. The company is located is Nicosia, Cyprus....hellooooooooo...Guess I'm also a slow learner. The old addage is true: if it sounds too good to be true...it normally is. Major scam!

I am such a freaking idiot and fool. I was taken by this very stupid sham. I am contacting Better Business Bureau. I sent the stupid "free product" back and was still charged $169 and was told it was "my one time membership fee"...I asked the lady, One time membership for what???

This scam should be stopped. This is nothing but theivery. The company is in Cypress, called twice to cancel and rep says will send email for cancelling, no email to cancel was ever sent they charged 149 for a membership... to what? then 87.47 per month with international fees on top of that, no product received. How can this be legal and should know better, shame on me, nothing is ever free in this world BE WARE, if you do not immediately contact bank, they will continue to take out money. Also other companies started charging me for memberships, they were at least in this country and refunds have been made. It has been a nightmare, bank says accepting their terms???? This product is a SCAM. I am so fired up right now. After ordering my trial product, I read in fine print that I had 14 days to cancel my membership, or I would be billed my "membership" fee of $169.95. I canceled 3 days after that, even before I received my product. After doing further research, I found out (on the website) that I had to physically return my product, empty or full, back with in the 14 days of receiving it.

I received my cancelation notice via email that tells me in bold print that I would no longer be charged anything else nor receive any other product from this point on.

I was in such shock and anger when I looked at my bank statement 4/19 and saw a charge of $169.95. I immediately called the HORRIBLE "customer service" that did not speak very good English and did not have good connections with their phone lines. Conveniently, his records did not pull up my cancelation order #. To pour salt on the wound, he said that his records show that this was my first time calling into them for anything...

After we argued back and forth, as he continued to waste my time... I asked to speak to a manager... he told me his "supervisor" was not available... then asked me to re-consider keeping the product. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! I have been a loyal repeat customer to a lot of great companies... but this one has got to be joking. I asked him, "How can you expect me to do business with you and trust working with you if you are telling that this is the first time I called customer service, when it clearly wasn't..."

Do not buy this product... there are many good companies out there. This experience along with one other in the past is the reason that I am such a hesitant customer to believe in a "trial period". This company needs to be reported, sued, and shut down.

I ordered that product to and it took me 2 weeks of searching and still never found a contact number for them. What a SCAM. I am still fighting for my money back. However while doing my search to find and curse those people out I did find a company that is ADA associated and legit and ordered. I made sure not to make the same mistake twice. I made sure they had a customer service number and when i ordered it i ordered over the phone. I got my confirmation number and my tracking number for my order. I also got a discount for calling them on the phone. I was very pleased. This is the only company i have found so far to be legit. I am in agreement with all who posted a negative response to Celebrity White. IT IS A SCAM! I ordered the product 3/26/10 and as of today, 4/15/10 I have received nothing. I was charged the $.99 plus international fees on my bank statement (used my debit card). I called on 4/6 to cancel membership since I did not receive trial product. But guess what! Yes that is right they charged my bank account anyway, so I had their fee of $79.98, plus $35 overdraft fee, and $2.40 transaction fees. I freaked and called my bank and said I had been scamed! They worked with me and credited my account, in addition I called celebrity white a 2nd time to cancel a 2nd time with cancellation numbers, so I will see if they follow through. Number to call is 1-877-262-4128 and scream at them as I did. No product, but they charge you for it anyway. RATING F+

Regarding a scam called 'Celebrity White Teeth'. This company will send you a product if you just pay for shipping and handling. What they don't make obvious is that the cost is really $79.00. This information is buried in their 'Terms and Agreements' section.
What is also difficult if you attempt to call, you get a customer support center who will not tell you where the company 'Celebrity White Teeth' is located or the name of someone at the company that you can talk to.

WHAT A SCAM!!!!! I thought I was smarter than this, and I believed them. I received my product within 2 weeks. After ordering this product I saw a report on the news about scams and saw this one listed. I immediately called and left a message that NO ONE was to charge my account, I only agreed to the 99 cent shipping and handling. Then I received the product and gave it away, I didn't want it after seeing the scam ads. I checked my cc statement and what do you know, 169.99 charge for this. I cancelled my card and am in the process of receiving a new one and fighting this charge! NO ONE SHOULD EVER HAVE TO GO THROUGH THIS!

I had a severe allergic reaction using this product that put me in the emergency room. I applied it correctly, then took my usual prescription medication, and had to call 911 shortly thereafter. You need to include warnings of possible drug interactions with this product!

Scam, never saw fine print in contract. Charged my credit card $170.00 because i didnt cancell within the 10 day period. Then i got charged for 4 separate things ranging from $40.00 to 100. Absolute BS I will be fighting with companies for a long time. Just cant wait till next months BS statement. Company sold my number out to other companies who are placing charges on my account and unwilling to credit back because it was claimed to be in the CONTRACT. I am about to loose it. Cant seem to find anyone that speaks English and if you get on them and demand charges to be removed they will hang up on you. I just had one of the reps tell me she was going to give me a $20 credit back on a $90.00 charge and to check an email that she was sending out. Read the fine print this time and by accepting the $20 charge back it allows them to publish your credit card to a fraud company that will then hold your number in a data base that most online companies use to check your account to see if you have any complaints. Not worth the hassle.

Honestly I can't believe that their was a scam to this product. I bought the product and their was a error on the computer and it charged me triple, but then I called the company and they fixed everything and they were so helpful. And when I started using this I would take a picture every week to see the improvement, and I can say that I was very happy with the results. I don't use it anymore because I live in a different country now and they don't ship it here. But I didn't know about the scam.
