The Cleanwhites teeth whitener is a scam, and follows the same theme as the Dazzle White scams. You will not get amazing results with this product and it is not the same great formula used at dentists. A lot of consumers are being scammed by this company right now. You will see this product advertised on the internet through fake testimonials, review sites, and blogs. If you signup for their free trial, you will be charged a monthly fee of ~$79.95.

Attorney General Sues Miami Company Over Allegations of Fraudulent Advertising
TALLAHASSEE, FL - Attorney General Bill McCollum today announced that his office has sued a Miami-Dade County company and two affiliated companies over allegations the companies and their owners enrolled consumers in a monthly subscription program without the consumers' knowledge or consent. CleanWhites, is affiliated with CleanWhites Pro and Advanced CleanWhites, markets teeth whitening products but allegations of a negative options scam prompted the Attorney General's investigation.
CleanWhites and owners Jesse Stein and Paul Nute advertised a "free trial" of teeth whitening products and allegedly advertised that only the payment of shipping and handling was required. However, an investigation by the Attorney General's Economic Crimes Division revealed that after consumers paid shipping, they were allegedly enrolled in a subscription program that charged their credit cards $49.99 - $125 a month. Consumers also reported that after cancelling the subscription, they were still charged the full price of the product.
Further investigation revealed that the companies also allegedly provided the consumers' credit card information to additional websites selling similar products. Consumers complained they were billed for items never purchased and were regularly solicited for other items in which they had no interest. The Attorney General's Office has received hundreds of complaints about the practices of the companies and their owners, one of which was featured in Business Week and on "20/20" in 2006 as one of "the biggest online spammers."
The Attorney General's lawsuit seeks injunctive relief, full consumer restitution and ultimately a permanent injunction prohibiting all three CleanWhites entities and both owners from engaging in similar business practices in the future. The lawsuit was filed today in Broward County Circuit Court.

I ordered CleanWhites on line and it took over two weeks to receive it by mail. I thought all was fine with a charge of $0.98 was made to my credit card. Then after two weeks there was another charge, this time for $123.02... I called CleanWhites and asked why I was charged for a Free Sample and their answer was: "You must cancel the subsription before 14 days or you pay full price". My time expired while it was being mailed...
My warning to all is: If you want to try CleanWhites, go buy it. It's much cheaper than this SCAM they have going on! If you've already ordered it... Call this number NOW! 1-416-900-1137 and CANCELL

This product is a total scam. The 99 cent trial is a joke, because they later shake you down for hundreds of dollars.... within days. When I tried to returned all the unopened/unused products (which just keep coming) they don't respond with a satisfactory return policy. The hispanic man, in the service department, was very rude and condescending. This experience made me feel as though this business is being run out of some "creepy" basement, with some unethical "Spanish American's" running the show. DO NOT BY THIS PRODUCT!

My first suggestion is to cancell any cards you used when ordering from these people. Next, if you really want to try sometyhing, another gal from
Denta white used one of those pre bought visa's w ith only a couple dollars on it. Use that and they can't bilk you for any more money.
Turn these people into your bank, if you find this on your statement, report your card stolen and the charges fraudulent. Because even if you cancell, they still got your info and that won't stop them. You can't get blood out of a turnip.

I was sold on the trial offer that I clicked into on a website, and then I was tricked into enrolling in the monthly order when I didn’t open the package and read the fine print…
Not only did I get billed a full amount but I got billed double the full amount:
11/09 healthcins 8668781512 CPY 79.95
11/09 healthcins 8668781512 CPY 79.95
11/16 ultifreshwell 8669485508 CPY 87.62
11/23 ultifreshwell 8669485508 CPY 87.62
Total $335.14
I went online and canceled right away and this month found out that I was billed again. Now I am out $670.28 in just two months. When I called customer service the rep just denied that I am being billed twice and would not put me on with a supervisor or manager.
I have canceled my credit card and reporting it stolen. I’m going to report these charges as fraud and I’m going to contact the BBB unless I get someone to make this right.

Keep your money in your pocket!!!! As for the woman in L.A. with all the kids, she is a fraud and needs to get a real job. They didn't get me for more than the sample prices of .99 and 1.99, but that is still 3.00 and I had to put a hold on my credit card acct. The first heads up will be a fast-talking scam artist that needs to confirm your order over the phone, usually the next day. . He will need to "record" your approval of the charge of 43.81 to your card for the trays. LISTEN CAREFULLY BECAUSE HE"S GOOD!! He will talk fast enough to get this part by you and then you are caught. I was lucky enough to catch this and screamed NO NO NO!! over the phone. Good Luck!! Don't okay anything over the phone!!!

I ordered something from them in October and a representative spoke to me about a UV light, which I'd never use and stated so. I didn't receive any calls or charges in November, but on 12/7/2009, my daughter told me about a package coming in the mail from them with the UV light that I told them not to send me. I'm contacting the BBB and the FBI and disputing the charges to my credit card as I am typing this comment. Bottom line, do NOT buy anything from this company. The representative didn't even inform me of a cancellation fee when he spoke to me.

THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL SCAM!!! After you order the free trial and enter your credit card information, you will get a call from a representative a few hours later upselling you. Even after you say no thank you, I just want to try it out first, they still charge you $79.95 as if you've signed up for a monthly subscription. THIS COMPANY IS VERY DISHONEST AND DO NOT BY ANYTHING FROM THEM. Fortunately, my credit card company I think is hip to their scam so they minute it showed up they alerted me.

Do not order anything from this company!!! It's a rip-off!! They charged my account $48.92 before I even received any products and when I finally did receive it was the wrong product. I returned the product..make sure you ask for a tracking number..the company has received the product back and now it is going to up to 20 days for a refund. How ridiculous is that, it took them no time to take the money out of my account but for some reason it takes 20 days to get my refund…

i got ripped off while watching CNN news online of some stayhome mom who tried 2 online trial whitening products for $.99 & $1.90 etc... & had amazing results....
when i got the product & used it as directed & noticed not only that THIS DOES NOT WORK but my teeth was becoming very sensitive & started becoming suspecious of the product & did my research only to find out that these companies where ripping innocent people....
when i checked my credit card statement there where 5 charges of different amounts in a matter of few weeks..$43.81,$87.62, $83.76, $74.00...... i just could not believe it. they operate & charge under different names VERIMI, ELITE PACK , CLEANWHITES, DURAWHITES ETC ETC....
I called my C card company & put a hold on some charges & had to freeze my account & lateronn close it cause now am sure my identity is also stolen by these CROOKS....
THIS COMPANY IS SET MAINLY TO RIP OFF PEOPLE.... NOT ONLY DOES IT NOT WORK, IT ALSO DESTROYS THE QUALITY OF YOUR TOOTH.
these people will charge you even before you see the product..... i am sooo mad at my self for not doinn my homework before i fell for them. HOPEFULLY YOU WILL LEARN FROM MY FOOLISHNESS...

Cleanwhites is a complete scam. I ordered the "14 day trial", and was not able to cancel the trial. I ordered online and immediately knew it was a mistake. I had to cancel my credit card in order to stop the charges. what a pain!
