Dazzle Smile Review

The DazzleSmile Teeth Whitener is a scam. This product is exactly like its sister product, Dazzle White. A lot of consumers are being dupped by this one right now! You will see this product advertised on the internet through fake testimonials, review sites, and blogs.

Our Observations

  • Dazzle Smile uses fake testimonial blogs to dupe consumers.
  • Dazzle Smile does not work and is over priced for a brush-on teeth whitener.
  • Dazzle Smile falsely claims to be the "#1 selling tooth whitener."
  • Their website uses a fake "qualification system." You will always "qualify" for the product.
  • The livechat respresentative is not a real person. It is programmed to give automated replies.
  • The Dazzle Smile checkout page displays a fake "dentist preferred" seal and has false "mcafee secure" and "truste" certification images.
  • Dazzle Smile will also charge consumers for non teeth whitneing products/programs (read their terms and conditions).

Worst. Product. Ever. Do not buy it. The product is totally unusable. Any positive reviews I believe have to be planted by the company. Don't be a sucker likes was.

Why can't I rate this product with a frowny face? It isn't worth a smile!

If this is a affiliated company with teethbrilliant, which im more than certain it is, I tried to ring the number to cancel any orders and get a refund, the line was dead. I didnt even order the rubbish, I have a cantilever bridge and was in hospital at the time anyway. I thought maybe somebody had got my bank details but then why would they use my details just to order a tooth whitening product? surely they would buy something better? like a tv! And i am more bothered that they are put out of bussiness (well untill they would start up again under yet another different name) and that people are warned not to buy from this or any teeth white/slimming/acia berry/health related crap from these people! Thank you Ellie and well said mm of Newark also

I ordered this supposedly great product for my room-mate, when I had seen it wasn't gonna be free with shipping and handling.I immediately canceled it, soon after seeing what other charges were going to be applied. Well well they still sent the product to me anyway and yep you guessed it charged my bank account for over 80.00 I called again. Of Course only to find out to bad so sad.... I'm a sucker..... SO okay no more charges right.... And remind you this was back in October of 09... Well okay so I dont write down when I use my debit card, we all know in our heads when we use our money and what no to use..... OMGGGG well surprise and again shame on me.... this company has a third party of magazines... that used my info and charged my bank account in January so far for This Old House $20.00 HandyMan $24.00 Rachel Ray $26.00 yep you guessed it overdrawn.....and of course let me remind you overdraft charge 32.00 well by the time my little stuff went through with this stuff I owed my bank 467.00...............I called the number posted on my bank statement I was fortunate to have been credit back so far $26.00 and $20.00 and when you call you don't get alive person never...... and of course this didn't help with the 32.00 each over draft charge...... I think it should not be allowed to let third party do this... so I thought it was fixed .... Geese here we go again a company called Fits club online started charging me $24.82 every two weeks also in Jan......this company cancel the membership and basically told me to go f**k myself on the charges and will not credit my account back..... STATES ATTORNEY HERE I COME Geeeee I canceled my debit card and they still tried to charge my bank....I'm so glad I did cancel the card............ but everyone please I'm begging you.... BESIDES THIS PRODUCT NOT WORKING AS MANY HAVE SAID .... THEY SEND IT TO YOU ANYWAY AND ALLOW THIRD PARTY TO GET YOU INFORMATION.................... NEVER NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.......THEY WILL SCAM YOU RIGHT OUT OF YOUR MONEY

THIS IS A SCAM. I am so so so SOO sorry I was STUPID enough to fall for it, but I only hope that someone else will think to check up on his company FIRST bfore releasing their credit card info.
I am STILL being billed for this crap, as well as the health club membership even though I cancelled the card.
I just got off the phone with the company and they claim they don't have my information listed with them, so they can't do anything about it. WELL IF THEY DON'T have the information, why am I still being billed every month????
It is a hassle to have to got the credit card company and request the forms to dispute this crap. So far they have charged over $400 in total over the last 6 months, and I am STILL fighting this!!!!
I repeat THIS IS A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I feel sorry for anyone else who falls for this, and I have learned my lesson to NEVER EVER trust things like this again.

Hi, I just thought I would let you all know that I too got scammed by this company ‘dazzle smile’ in November 09 and have been batteling with the Better Business Bureau to get a refund. I thought this would give the rest of you a glimmer of hope. I have had a REFUND from Dazzle smile!! Dazzle smile took the shipping and handling fee out of my bank and then took the $87.62 and then because i had aparently not ‘opted out’ of other companies getting my card details, ‘elitepack’ took more money for some website ‘login’. I have had all this money back other than the origional $11.90 shipping and handling fee. It has taken a while but I am glad that they do not have my money anymore. If anyone would like me to help them I am more than happy to explain what I did just write back to me. good luck everyone, there is light at the end of the tunnel!!!!!!

all I can say that if you run into scam artists like these people before the 14days are nearly there you need to report creditcard stolen/lost and your credit card company will cancel card and account and issue U a whole new credit card with new account number b/c your credit card# is the same as your acct.# so then you don't have to worry about the extra fraud charges and for bank account charges you will have to close account completely out tell them that spouse have access to your bank acct. and you want to close that one and open up a new one, for this reason is that you don't just want to get another debit/visa card with a new number b/c your account # is diff. from your card # with dealing with your personal bank account. This is the best way to avoid scandalist charges, hope this help ya guys out.

I fell for the scam too. They charges over $200.00 on my credit card using: DAZZLEWHITE, SMILE BRIGHT, WHITETEETH, & WORLDFIT. I cancelled my credit card & contacted the Federal Trade Commission, Consumer Reports, US Better Business Bureau, US Attorney General, and FOXNEWS-->where I saw the ad. I've read other postings this operation is working outside the U.S.A. If you haven't already done so cancel your credit card & contact the above agencies - all complaints can be done via the internet. The local & national MEDIA is too concerned with Tiger Woods & the Health Care Plan to warn the public about 'this' razzle dazzle. I've read other posts that have attempted to contact DAZZLESMILE's WEBSITE & then got a virus on their computer. BEWARE Consumers

Dazzle Smile signs you up or allows your credit card information to be used by other companies when you order from them. This is what they did with me. They also billed my card after I cancelled with them and refused to refund my money! The other company that billed my card was "affiliated" with them but "not part of them," therefore when you cancel with them these others freely bill your card and then say you did not cancel with that company. I made no agreement and received no product or service from the other company and yet they also refused to refund the money they illegally charged to my card. Yes, I have contacted my bank, but like these things go, this crap takes time and energy to straighten out. Dazzle Smile said it was in their terms and conditions which is a lie. I read the terms and conditions prior to ordering AND I printed them out! They are liars and thieves and their product does not deliver what is advertised. The other company, Elitepack, is plain and simple thieves. They charged to my card without authorization and didn't even bother to deliver anything for it! What a scam! They should be ashamed of themselves! Of course if they had a conscience they wouldn’t do this crap in the first place!

I order this product under the name "Smile Whites Pro" anyhow.. I later realized what I had done was stupid. Anyhow, I called my credit card provider and that card canceled due to "faud". I called the next morning to the company and calmly told the lady "Hello I ordered your product yesterday mid-afternoon soon only to realize it was a "scam" I have already CANCELLED my card so further AUTHORIZATION will no longer be possible" She said something that I can't quite remember any how I told her I did not want her products, I do not want the skin derma-crap.. then she assured me I would not be charged--obviously, I would still get the shit in the mail as a courtesy. anyhow, I got a cancellation confirmation and another email that said "thank you for returning your bright smile.. blah blah blah"..

I had read in other blogs if you threaten legal suit they will remove your name.. I was prepared to do so but apparently canceling your credit card will do it. So for all others out there.. CANCEL YOUR CARD or get in touch with your card issuer..

They do have the terms stated clearly.. I did read them. I usually do if I don 't trust something. Anyways.. just call at "opening" and inform them you canceled your card. Of course this is going to be a hassle for me but it is well worth the effort because I get to keep my money.

TOTAL SCAM!! RIP OFF!! ORDERED IT AND AN IMMEDIATE CHARGE FOR OVER $40 SHOWED ON MY ACCT. CALLED TO CANCEL AND AND TOLD THEM I DIDN'T WANT ANYTHING AT ALL AND TO LOSE MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER. THEY ASSURED ME I WOULD NOT BE CHARGED AGAIN. THEN THE SAMPLE CAME IN THE MAIL. I DIDN'T THINK I HAD TO CANCEL AGAIN, SINCE I ALREADY HAD SO I JUST KEPT IT. OF COURSE IT DOESN'T WORK, AND 1 MONTH LATER A CHARGE FOR $86.53 APPEARS ON MY ACCT. I CALL AND THEY CLAIM THAT I NEVER CANCELLED BEFORE AND THAT SINCE IT IS PASSED THE TRIAL PERIOD I CANNOT RETURN THE "FREE SAMPLE" AS IT WAS CALLED WHEN I ORDERED IT TO GET MY $BACK. SO NOW, I AM GOING TO MAIL IT BACK ANYWAY AND GO DOWN TO BANK OF AMERICA TO REQUEST A REVERSAL ON MY ACCOUNT BECAUSE I DIDN'T AUTHORIZE THIS TRANSACTION. I HAVE CANCELLED MY MEMBERSHIP WHICH I NEVER EVEN SUBSCRIBED FOR YET AGAIN AND I'M ASSUMING THEY ARE GOING TO TRY AND CHARGE MORE MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT. SO, SEEMS I WILL HAVE TO WITHDRAW MY MONEY, PUT MY ACCT IN THE NEGATIVE, FILE A DISPUTE WITH THE BANK, AND CLOSE THE ACCT. I WILL HAVE TO WAIT FOR A NEW DEBIT CARD AND THEN CROSS MY FINGERS THAT THE BANK IS ABLE TO REVERSE THE TRANSACTION. ADVICE, PRINT OUT A WHOLE BUNCH OF THESE RIP OFF REPORTS AS WELL AS COMPLAINTS FILED WITH BBB AND TAKE IT ALL TO THE BANK AS PROOF THAT THIS COMPANY IS SCAMMING A BUNCH OF AMERICANS!! WISH ME LUCK!!!

Yes it is a Scam. Please be aware and never even try to order this product. It cost me 175.24$ for their crappy product. They charged me 87.62 for suppose to be their free sample and got another 87.62 from my account for the second one they sent me.I called them and said i didnt want it and so they said return it back and we'll give you the refund within 10 from the time we receive it but after 10 days i called the bank and ask if i got the money back the bank said no so i call these scam people back and they said its not refundable. It hurt so much because i worked so hard to earn that money and they just get it that easy.I really wish that they get what they deserve as soon as possible .

They scammed my daughter, she is still trying to do something after months. There are so many of these similar sites online, they all look like the same and probably from the same underlying company.
Where is our government, it bad enough they continue to rip off our elderly but now they are going after the younger generation. Our governments response...they are looking into it. Their so called investigations take years and nothing ever happens. Every once in a while they bust a company but in the mean time millions are bilked out of millions. This added millions of losses to the credit card companies and those costs are passed on to us.

We need to complain to the government and put pressure on our elected officials to put a stop to these obvious scams. Anyone can see they are scams within a few days why not our government agencies. They should be shut down immediately...

This must be stopped. Dazzle Smile are nothing but thieves and con merchants.
They trick you when you order their 'low price' sample and charge you a)excessive postage and b)on going amounts that you supposedly signed up to and agreed.
They also trick you into believing you are getting a one time deal and get you to leave a box ticked. You think that this is for getting the sample at a real good price but infact, by not unchecking the box you automatically agree to taking on another service or product, like the World Club Fitness program. Because you were tricked to not unchecking the box they will now say that you agreed to pay another amount, in my case $26 per month.
Then, when they send you the sample they charge you the postage seperately, being a small amount. This shows on your statement and you think that it's not so bad BUT what you don't know is that's just the postage. A week or so later you realise that they then debit you a much larger figure, say $80. Then, by the time you've realised it's gone past the 30 day trial and they refuse to credit you back the money even if you do send it back.
Whilst you're trying to get the credit from them they then debit you again a similar amount and you would not have even received the next item. When querying the next payment and no product they say 'Oh don't worry, it will be with you any day', 'If you're not happy with the products just send them back and once we've received them we will credit your account'. That is another lie. I sent them back, by recorded delivery and they still do not want to credit my account.
Then you find out you're being charged for the 'unchecked' box service, mine being some fictitious 'World Club Fitness Program', for which you have absolutely no knowledge and in my case never received any product, service, link to an on-line magazine or otherwise.
After kicking up a stink they promised to cancel the account with them and not debit any more from your credit card. You put down the phone and hope that all will be credited and nothing more debited. WRONG. A few days later you find that not only have they debited your credit card a 4th or 5th time using various pseudo names, they have also passed your details onto another 'affilliated' company who has debited your account for similar amounts.
When phoning this new company I am told that I must have ordered from both companies....for similar products?!? Do they really think you're that stupid. Well, the truth is they do....and unfortunately we are...because we were stupid enough to believe that we were dealing with an respectable, honest and reputable company.
The truth is they are not. They are nothing but cheapscates and rogues, acting deliberately to con people out of their hard earned money. And by using the internet to sell their very unworthy products, they play their tricks and gain your money by nothing short of fraudulent practices.
For any of you who have done what I did, do yourself a favour. report your credit cards lost or stolen and gain new ones with completely different numbers. Then report this company to your bank, credit card company, the police, a wonderful web site like this and anyone else you feel might help you, us to stop companies like this from using their immoral, fraudulent practices.
Oh, one more thing you can do to get your own back is to regularly phone their toll free number, say 10 or 20 times a day when you're sitting around enjoying a coffee or a glass of wine. It might be toll free to us, the caller but they still have to pay for those calls. If they have to pay a cent per call from one person, that's not a lot. If we can get a couple of million to call them 20 times a day we might make a dent in their ill gained proffits.
If any of you have any other ideas as to how we can get our own back on this/these companies, lets get together, share the ideas and DO IT!

Some one needs to delete the pro-forma repsonse from Gilbert below, dated Nov. 17. It's the identical bogus response by DazzleSmile currently being plastered all over the internet.

The FTC is investigating this scam and now the Senate is looking into it as well. See the following AP link:

Have also been scammed by both Dazzle Smile and Alta White. Stopped my card when they sent me an email saying they were going to deduct £80 from my account, yet they still managed to take money from my account 10 days after my card was stopped. Contacted my banks fraud dept and they told me these companies put all the further payments they intend to take from you as pending on the day that you sign up for the trial so therefore stopping your card has no effect!!! infact it was the fraud department that actually processed the payments after my card was stopped as they have to honour payments processed before you stop your card. Unknown to myself i had also been signed up to other companies that i have never heard of that are taking money out my account all over the place, £7 here, £30 there!!!! a grand total of over £200 so far. Managed to speak to someone and got a cancellation number but have been told to expect a further charge next week for another £40 as i didn't tell them in time!!!!! Awful labyrinth of confusion and feel sick that someone can just take money out my account for a really crap product!

DO NOT ORDER THIS PRODUCT!!!! IT IS A SCAM!!!!! My mom ordered this for me because they were advertising a FREE trial size & you just have to pay the $1.95 shipping. Well, then they send you 4 more tubes in the next week & charge you $75.00 per tube PLUS they also charge you for the so called "free trial" tube you already received. My mom called to get it straightened out & the only way it is FREE is if you send the tube back UNUSED!!! WHAT A SCAM!!! Who is going to send it back before they try it? This company should be ashamed of themselves & AOL should be ashamed for advertising these false products!! AOL is where I read the article about this so called "miracle" tooth whitening system in the first place. PLEASE BEWARE!!!

I'm so glad that I called Dazzlesmile immediately when I received my order...after I called them I found out the charges...etc...Please call and cancel as soon as possible. Resend the product back promptly with a tracking number (it cost me less than $2.00 to send the item back within 3 days). Log on to the postal services site u utilized and track the item sent, once you verified Dazzlesmile received the item using the tracking, call Dazzlesmile and asked them to give you the status of item received back to them...they probably will tell you they did not receive it...them reveal to them that you have a tracking number indicating they have the item....afterwards, they will stop the future charges and cancel your order. Lastly, monitor your credit card statements closely just in case. I had to go through that entire process...this company should be locked up for fraud, hoping hard working individuals are not that smart to cancel in the allotted time, monitoring their money and this company banking on customers not reading the terms and conditions.

Total scam, total waste of my time trying to figure it all out. Cancelled my credit card and the credit card co. was well aware of these thieves. It amazes me how people can be so dishonest. To take trust and throw it against a wall, to demoralize people so freely. Sad for this company and its owners. Also mad for being so taken advantage of. When I was talking to the co. and cancelling all my many new memberships the call guy said, "this happened to me once to" . I could tell he was sorry, I am sure that he just needed the job. Why else would anyone work for a co. like that.

I ordered this product for $1.95 shipping and it takes a 7 to 10 days to get, before my 14 day trial ended I was charged $87.62 then a week later charged $87.62 again then a week later was charged $24.82 for some world fittness that I had opted out of to start with. So beware of all the hidden charges that they will not refund to you . Also they said they were like 4 more things that you sign up for also. So buyers BEWARE!!!!!!!!! ANYTIME you do not trust a merchant or product, make sure you use a "one-time use only" credit card number generated by your credit card company if possible. In this case, you would make it for $1.95 good for the minimum amount of time (usually 2 months). That way, the company can ONLY charge $1.95 and no more, ever again, even if you do not return the product. That's the scam, that you must return their stupid little tube of "whitener" (worth about 5 cents) within 14 days after you receive it in order to NOT be charged the $87 they claim it is worth. If you don't return it, you will automatically be charge the $87---BUT NOT IF YOU USED THE ONE-TIME USE ONLY feature of your credit card. Discover has it. VISA with some banks like Bank of America has it. We use it anytime we're dealing with a new company or someone we're not sure about. Peace of mind.

Yes. It is a scam. Be aware what you order. They will subscribe you for tons of other promotion products with your order - thanks for automatic subscriptions. And, will charge you crazy. I initially canceled two different memberships I never knew about and thought I did cancel them all since I asked to do. But, guess what? I was charged again with $87.62 for the trial. One small stick of whitening cost you nearly $90!!!! When I called again, now they told me that I have to return the trial to them to my money back. I sent it back three days ago, and waiting for their refund. I will ask my credit card company to charge it back next week. Wanna put yourself in a trouble, order it.

This is a SCAM! They make you think you are getting a $1.95 trial size, when in reality, they say it is a months supply and taht's why I was charged the $87.62.

I have had the same exact experience with the Dazzle Smile as all the people above. My credit card company contacted me over the weekend to tell me there were some suspicious charges to my card.

After learning about the charges I tried calling the numbers they gave me to cancel my so called "memberships" and was on hold for 15 minutes. I tried calling several times with no success. I finally reached them this morning and was told I had to return the $1.95 "Trial" before I could get my money back. I was told the Terms and Conditions were in RED on the order page...It Was NOT!!! I even asked for the website that said that and the one given did not have this info at the top of the page as claimed.

My credit card company says they are very familiar with this company and is already disputing the charges for me.

What a nightmare! People and companies like this make it very hard to trust anyone any more!

I also ordered the Purley White product for the same trial price and they are doing the same thing to me.

Buyer Beware!!

These people are horrible and they lie. Call everyday and send it back until you get your money back and suspend your account so nothing can be withdraw. I put my account at a $0.00 withdraw limit so nothing can be spent on my card. The second they give me my money back I am canceling my card

I don't have to tell anyone reading this that this outfit is a scam, but what I
wanted to add to the discussion is that having a NEW credit card issued under your existing account DOES NO GOOD. In essence you haven't done a thing. You have to completely cancel your account with that bank and start a new account from scratch, merely cancelling your current card and having a new one issued does nothing and here is why.

A merchant, but not an individual, can continue to charge your new credit card (with a completely different number than your old one) as long as it is still on the same account as the old one. This is done to allow merchants to charge monthly recurring charges to someone's account even if the number on the card changes, due to loss or theft for instance.

Just remember that cancelling an account and cancelling a card are two entirely different things. If you merely change the card number your new
card will still have all your credit history from the old card which is a good thing for most people. You wouldn't want to lose years of faithfully paying
your credit card on time just because you changed the card number.

Cancelling the account CLOSES OUT THAT ACCOUNT as well as it's payment history. You then need to open a brand new account and start your payment history over again to completely be sure of not getting more charges.

Another tip is to call your credit card company as soon as possible and dispute any charges as well as any future ones. Once the credit card company has you on record as disputing a claim, most times future charges
will not be a problem, dispite what dazzle white/smile says.

I had put an order in for the trial for Dazzle Smile on Oct. 6. My husband told me that there was a debit of $1.97, .99, and then $1.00 toward our bank account. I looked back on the order and it stated that I was to be charged only $1.95 for the trial. I called the Dazzle White Company and was told their system was down and I was to call in an hour. I went on-line and decided to go through the chat system. I was told that my card was only charged for $1.95 and that there were no other charges. After the trial period, I was told my card would be charged $87.92. I typed back and said I wanted to cancel my subscription and then was told that I would have to call the customer service department and they would take care of the cancellation and the return of the product. I started to suspect that something just wasn't right, so I called my bank and had them cancel my debit card immediately. That is the only way to stop these charges from being made toward your card. I then went on-line and typed in Healthclns, and was shocked to see the listings of the scams going on with these companies. My husband told me that if a product is advertiised for a ridiculous low price than consider it a scam. I never felt so embarrassed in my life especially at the age of 54. This is one lesson I have learned very well and will never repeat this mistake again. I was fortunate enough to find out early about these companies or else I would have been out of much more money. My husband gave me a site to go on and download a program that tells you whether the site you get into is safe or not. It is www.mywot.com. I hope this helps everyone out there who has been burned by these scam companies.

Sincerely,

Sharon

ok first of all when ppl call this call center they are amazingly rude to the representatives and its not their fault most of them are still teens but i also have to say that when you ask where they are located they say its in desmoines iowa but the company is canadien owned and the call center is in el paso tx, it is third party call center so the reps dont work for dazzle smile they work for gc services also if u say u will dispute charges wit bank or mention the federal trade comission or the atturney general they will give u back ur money but they can only go back to four months...dont push further because trust me there is nothing on earth the rep or the supervisor or anyone in the company can do to give u back any money before four months even if u sue...also everything is explained in the terms and conditions so if u sue u will most likely loose ur money so its better to call be nice to the representative and mention ur bank or the other two and they will give u ur money...also the reps are not allowed to speak any other language then english although most of the ppl who wrk there speak spanish if u call and say u have a charge and the rep says they dont c the charge dont be mean to the rep the rep will give u a fax number starting with 915 since its in el paso then they forward the fax to corporate and they take care of the charge they refund u...also if u place an order and u wanna stop that first trial from getting to u their is nothing on earth the reps or anyone in the call center can do for u u have to send back the remaining portion of the product jst dont forget to call for return info such as order number to place outside of the package and return adress they will e-mail it to u but the order number u have to get it from the rep...u placed the order ppl stop being bitchy to the reps its not their foult they will do anything they can to help u

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!!! I was given the exact same run around as everyone listed above. Was charged $87.62 for NOTHING. Never recieved anything and was told I was not even a customer when I called back.

These people are smart and change names, numbers and locations OFTEN. The "Dazzle Smile" people are working from THIS company listed below. I filed a BBB complaint online. If they scammed you too I suggest you do the same. The info below if the official address and phone of the co who gets the $$$ for Dazzle Smile.

The Current name of the Company listed on my charge statment for Dazzle Smile is:

iLife, Health and Wellness
1928 E Highland F104
Box 422
Phoenix, AZ 85016

602-264-1721
1-866-223-6197*

Please note that the first and second time I called, when I said I was calling about Dazzle Smile they hung up on me, then was told the 3rd time that they dont even sell Dazzle Smile, they sell "Clebrity Smile" so I was up a creek. Thats the scam..... They say they dont even sell the product you are asking about so they natutrally dont even have any of your bank info.

To Dazzling Smile and Dentech Bosses and employees,

I wonder, how could you do anything like that to other people in order to get profit and live on with that. Are you happy now?. If you are loyal person, you should agree of your faults and try to fix it..!. Don't show any froot(terms and conditions) this , or that to protect for your wrongs. Dazzling Smile and Dentech you know that?. For example: Sometimes, you were so hurry and you stepped on shlt, but that shlt was covered with a beautiful flower and you didn't know, because you were so hurry and so trustful person(careless trusted), you didn't have time, or maybe you are always a so lovely person. I don't blame you at all, I only blame to a person that knowing your "careless trustful" and put that shlt on your way. But dont worry my friend, " If they're plant something, they will get that thing. or maybe later their generations blood will get it depend on how much they're planting for, more or less". So please stop doing of what you are doing right now!. Don't try to get people's teeths white, try to get your spirits, minds and souls white first. So, you will feel the happiness of the loyal life later.

Sincerely

Your good friend

Boo Hiss! When the response from the company reads: "The terms and conditions of our offer are very visible on the order page," what they really mean is that the actual words "Terms and Conditions" are very visible on the order page, and even that's hardly truthful, because the font size for that print is about 6pts in greyscale.
In order to really see what you're ordering, you must click on "Terms and Conditions" where you'll read all about how you have 14 days to cancel your membership and return the unopened "trial" package of the product before the company charges you $87.42 for a 2-week supply. If, heaven forbid, you open the product and (gasp!) USE it, you're simply up a creek without a paddle, as they will only refund the $87.42 if you return an unopened package within 60 days.

My credit card was charged by Pristine Health, and I feel sorry for the legitimate Pristine Health company online; they even have a disclaimer up at the top of their website stating that they do not have anything to do with the teeth whitening scam.

"Customer service is our number one priority and we do everything we can to be open with all of our customers. Of course, mistakes can be made; and if you were not aware of our terms and conditions in our site, we are happy to offer you a full refund if you return the unused product back to us." ---Golly Gee, I tried to call the phone numbers listed in the Contact Us section; one rang busy continuously, and another was disconnected. The email I sent bounced back. I chatted with the online specialist until he/she understood I wasn't ordering. Autumn was able to give me a membership cancellation number, but then we were cut off, and my computer says that the on-line help is unavailable for 45 minutes. That was an hour ago. This probably won't even post. Don't worry though; I'll be in contact.

This product is the biggest scam going. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT FALL FOR THIS BULLS***!!!!!!!!!!!!! Their "Terms and Conditions" is a crock of bologna. There are TONS of hidden charges and fees from 3rd Party companies as well. I cancelled my credit card and outsmarted the bunch of SCAMMERS. HA HA SUCKERS. THIS PRODUCT IS GARBAGE and THEIR COMPANY IS A FRAUD. I'm sure they are plenty rich off of tricking the hardworking American consumer but I can't wait for karma to kick them in their rotten azz.
