The Ivory Brites System is a scam. You will see this product advertised on the internet through fake testimonials posted on blogs. While the product is better than the scam brush-on whiteners, the company uses far too many illicit marketing tactics to make this system legitimate. Their website will try to lure you in with their free sample offer - you will actually be signing up for a month-to-month supply that will be billed at $88.97 per month.

This is a PIGGY BACK offer. You pay for a trial size, but you must cancel within 15 days or you will be billed $88.97 for the Ivory Brite. BUT, you will also be billed $9.99 a month for something called the Axiswellness portal that you are also signing up for along with this offer. They tell you that you signed up bor BOTH of these when you signed up for your trial order. Boy, they really GET YOU. DO NOT TRY THIS!!!!!!!!

My name is Gail Jimenez 32350 Nichol lane Parma Idaho 83660 # 209-988-9456
I have no idea how your company got my credit card # but I want both charges of 9.99 credited back to my card immediately. I will check my card account in a few to make sure this is done.

I purchased the 'free trial' expecting only the cost of shipping to be charged to my account. They charged my account almost 90.00 and though I eventually got them to refund the 90.00. They have done nothing about the overdraft charges they caused. I'd love to see a class action suit against this company for all of their fraudulent activity.

My wife and I were ripped off as well, to the tune of almost $300! We did not give anyone authorization to make a withdrawal from our checking account.
Something needs to be done about this company as well as DenTech Whitening. They are probably the same company. If anyone knows what to do to get my money back I'd certainly appreciate the tip.

I have been having problems with this company for only a day but it is the biggest headache! I have already contacted the BBB, a lawyer, and my bank and I still cannot get anyone to talk to over the phone but support and they cannot help with billing only an email address. They also gave my account number to another company and I was also charged by them, thank goodness they refunded their charge. This is a BIG SCAM!

Biggest scam on the internet. Ivory Brites uses different names for billing, and bills for products that were never ordered or received. They were billing me just to bill me and take my money. I never gave them authorization to take out close to $300.00 This amounted to credit card fraud. I got my bank involved. Within a week I received all of my money back into my account.
I will never order a "free trial" sample again from anyone. Don't give out any account numbers. These companies use fradulant practices, this is a criminal act.

I received the "free" sample 3 months ago but have not used it. I called within the time frame and cancelled. However, I have been billed $9.99 each month since by a company called AxisWellnessPortal. They claim I did not cancel; however, I never received any shipments for these charges! Visa had cancelled the charges.

I was also duped into this scam. I have learned my lesson and will always read the terms from now on. I also cancelled that card that I used to get the free trial just in case. How sad that people think they need to rip people off in order to make money. DO NOT get this free trial!

Lesson learned, won't buy to good to be true, and now I read or at least skim all terms and conditions. Please don't buy from this people. I have a family of five and I can not afford this right now. The economy is so bad right now for most people, I can't belive how Ivory Brites is ripping us off. Shame on you!!! One way or another it comes back to you Ivory Brites...

Ivorybrites whitening and max white teeth or advanced wellness research are scams. The 1st company will initially charge you for 3.99 and the 2nd one 4.99 for the trial period. If you don't call within 14 days you will get a another non-refundable charge on your credit of 88.97 and 78.93 and so on until you cancel it. You cannot return the product after this regardless of whether you didn't open it. The 14 days starts immediately once you place the order. Doesn't matter if it took 10 days to get the product.
I only opened the ivorybrites product and my mouth was swollen for 3 days. Anyway, end result to believe in this trial periods. They change names as you can see with the max brite product. So beware.
