Ivory White Teeth Whitening Review

The Ivory White teeth whitening product is a scam and is made by the same company who created the Celebrity Sexy Teeth Whitening Scam. Ivory White is also sold under the name "BellaBrite" or "Bella Brite". You will see this product advertised throughout the internet through fake testimonials posted on blogs and review sites. If you purchased Ivory White, be prepared to pay at least $20 for the re-packaging fee in addition to the shipping. The BBB states Ivory White has over 250 complaints filed against them regarding alledged damaged returns. The average for most companies is about 2 a year.

Other Observations

  • The product does not work.
  • The owner of the domain ivorywhite[dot]com also owns the domain best-teeth-whitening[dot]info. Ivorywhite is falsely reviewed as the #1 product on the website.
  • There are complaints about the product on RipOffReport.com and ComplaintsBoard.com .

Paid $99.00

I got duped into purchasing two 'One Dollar Trials' from Ivory Pro and Spark Whitening, and expected to have to pay a few dollars for shipping. I did not expect to get a call from my Visa Co inquiring as to whether or not I had authorised payments to Ivory Pro for multiple amounts ranging from 25-50 quid! I have now canceled the Visa card and they'll be sending me a new one. After reading the other posts on this board, I have zero faith that I'll ever see that money again.

!!DO NOT FALL INTO THE SAME TRAP - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!

I had the same problem $1 for the trial then I went to the bank and found out that they had taken 70 something dollars. When I called them about it they said that I was joining a club membership for a time share and a whole lot of things. When I said that I didn't want it they said that it cost me $40 to cancel the trial..... what? I talked to the bank and they fought for me and got my money back...yes the product did work for me but I will never get them to send me another thing.

I ordered one trial sample and was supposed to pay 1.95 in shipping. Well the charged me 3.99 in shipping 3 times.

The product was not as expected. The pen with the solution falls apart and the ingrediants are the same as what you can buy in most stores. It also made no difference.

I called the 800 number and was assured it would be canceled but no explaination was given when I asked why I was ver billed for shipping and whythey tried to take 78.41 out of my account the next month. I was just told that was for the full subscription I signed up for. I asked just when did I sign up for it. The response was vauge and she acted like she could not understand me.

I called again the next month as once again they tried again to take out 78. 41.
All I could get was a recorded message saying that my account had been cancled.
Then for a 3rd month it all happened again and still just get recorded voice saying that my account was canceled. I followed instruction to speak with a rep and was placed on hold for 48 mins then it disconnected.

I was lucky that each time they tried to get money my account was below what they tried for.

I called my credit company and they advised me to close my account and re-apply for a new card which I did. They said they could not block the charges but this way they would just be trying to charge a closed account.. The rep said that they have had numerouse complaints about that compan.

TOTAL SCAM. My "free" trial for Ivory White was also "only" $1.03. I then found when printing receipt the S&H charge for $3.87. And sure enough, a day later the charges to my account were also seperate- Should have tipped me off right there. This offer also was combined with a 2nd product called Knockout White, which the ad claimed would whiten teeth dramatically if I used them successively, and also for "only" $1.03, + the hidden S&H of $3.87. Okay I thought, I was sucked into that one. But when product arrived I never thought why they might be sending 2 seperate packages in one- until checking to find my account charged a whooping $78.14 for the Ivory White & $76.13 for the KO White product. Of course the Customer Service line has only one option: "If you'd like to cancel your subscription" hah! I'll bet they get hundreds of calls per day. But still making money when: they will refund my account immediately, but only $45.00, OR I can return the product, at my own expense, and IF it is "undamaged" I can get only $60.00 of the $80.00 I've already spent for my "free trial"- or in my case the $160.00 they stole from me because I was gullible enough to think it wouldn't hurt to order something for a dollar, right?!

WOW!!! I had never ordered anything online for the same reason always thought that things just seemed too good to be true.. Just a couple of minutes ago i ordered these two things one for me and one for my husband after reading all these reviews i felt so dumb and i was right never trust any online promotions!!!! Same story as all yours it said i would be paying only 1.03 and my account says i have been charged 1.03 for each product plus 3.87 for each one!! I called Ivory White and yes I will be charged 72.00 for what i thought would only be a free sample.. I CANNOT BELIEVE THAT PPL AND COMPANIES COULD ACTUALLY DO SOMETHING LIKE THIS AND SPECIALLY I CANNOT BELIEVE THAT THEY STILL SHOW THIS ON TV WHEN THEY KNOW THE ONLY THING THEY ARE DOING IS STEALING AND ROBBING MONEY FROM PEOPLE WHAT A SHAME!!!!!

To all you out there going to order Ivory White Teeth Whitening online, DO NOT order this product and give them your CREDIT CARD NUMBER and your PHONE NUMBER. Not only they will scam you charging $78.41 on your credit card without telling you, plus they you give your phone number to telemarketing and calling you every HALF hour until you answering them. This is a disgrace. I had to closed my credit account and reopen to a new number. I am so stressed by all this from Ivory White and their scam. I am in the process of reporting them to the Consumer Affairs and hoping to put them out of business for good.

Tried the trial kit for 5 days - they sent 3 syringes of gel - barely enough for 5 days. It didn't work and burned the heck out of my mouth, especially my gums! I tried to cancel as instructed, but since I didn't have at least 2 gel syringes left, they would not cancel my order, and charged me for a full month's supply! Total rip off - DON'T FALL FOR THE SCAM!!!! I am reporting to the BBB. Like Deb S. said - maybe we should file for class action suit!

On June 21, 2012, I received a Facebook invititation to receive free Disneyland tickets. The Facebook invitation offers you free tickets for joining and inviting friends - so I got real excited and fell for it. I ended up having to pay for a bunch of "free trials" of a list of products, which was required in order to enter. I made the mistake of signing up for about 4 of them before I came to my senses. A few days ago I received my "free trial" for IvoryWhite teeth whitening system. I just sent the package back marked "refused" (another mistake), then went online to cancel my subscription. My husband informed me that they have charged our debit card $78.41 for something I don't even have. I tried calling to talk to a supervisor, but the cust. svc. rep keeps telling me that they are unavailable and even if I do talk to a supervisor that I'm not getting my money back. Here is something I read online about this scam: http://ocdeals.ocregister.com/2012/07/02/beware-of-free-disneyland-ticket-offers-on-facebook/.

My husband recently ordered both Bellabrite and Ivory White and was victimized by the same scam that the above people were----ordered and paid for a "sample" and then we were zapped by each of them for $78.41---so, we, who are on a fixed income have had to absorb $156.82. We have never "shopped" this way before, and never will again. We also immediately changed our bank card so they cannot continue to drain our bank account. Protests, of course, have done nothing---these con artists will dodge every attempt by you to be reimbursed for your loss. One can only hope that they will be exposed nationally---and soon. This is unconscionable.

Yes I was taken in by the 'Free Trial' as I wasn't interested in the subscription! Have lodged a complaint with my card company and so fingers crossed will be re-imbursed.

Over here we have 'Trading Standards' that would have these jokers closed down, surely there must be something similiar in the US to look after consumer rights? Would be interested in making a complaint!

I am currently investigating a variety of reports regarding beauty products with names including "Ultimate Facial," "Bella Clear," "Eyepothesis," "Ivory White," "Bella Brite," "ThinAction," "Sassy Smile," "Bright Fast," and "Whitening Fast." Some of these products are facial products. Others are eye creams or anti-aging creams. Others are teeth whitening products.

Consumers online are reporting a variety of issues with purchasing these products, including one or more of the following:

Consumer signs up for free or low-cost trial as part of filling out online survey in order to receive WalMart gift card or gas card.
Consumer orders a free or low-cost trial of the product but is charged at full price (usually between $75 and $100).
Consumer is not informed that "7 day return period" begins when product is ordered, not when product arrives.
Company refuses to accept returns.
Company refuses to refund consumer's money.
Company charges consumer's credit card without authorization.
Consumer ordered one product and received or was charged for another.
Consumer did not order product at all but is charged for product and cannot obtain refund.

If are a resident of North Carolina who purchased one of these products and believe that you have been treated unfairly, please contact Richard D. Allen, Attorney at Law, by email at [email protected] If you are a resident of another state, please also feel free to contact me at the same email address. I may be able to put you in contact with someone who can assist you.

There was a 5 day trial of this product available so I ordered it. What I did not realize was that the trial starts the moment you place the order. Unfortunately, I did not even have the chance to try the trial since it took a week to receive it.
With that said, I was charged in full for a product I did not receive until after the 5 days were up.

I called to cancel before the days were up but could never get through. Miraculously after time ran out, I was able to cancel by phone but was already charged. I called back to speak to someone about returning the unopened product and they said the could not take it back since the 5 days were up!
Wow....Con artists.

Thanks for everyone's posts. Reading them reassured me I wasn't the only one duped when I stupidly agreed to a small payment for the trial - whitening treatment for my 20 year old son's dead tooth at the front of his mouth - I'll bin the kit now, too risky! I realized when a further payment was taken out of my account for a whopping £51.49 - I live in Scotland. My bank can do nothing about that payment, but they will monitor any further withdrawals and can't stop them from being made, but will refund my account immediately should any be made. I am hoping that Ivory White personnel will stop requesting payments when they see the bank is watching them. Not completely satisfactory, but seemingly all I can do.

This product is awful, they offer a 7 day free trial with the number to call and cancel on the product box, well when the product doesn't show up for almost 2 weeks, they've already charged you. I had someone from the company call me and tell me they were sending me more products from different companies that I would need to cancel and because they already signed me up for them they were going to send me free gift cards for having to cancel. I was beyond upset I told them to cancel all of those right then and to cancel the whitening product before I even got it, the guy refused and told me I had to cancel when I got the product. When I finally got it they had charged me and I called the number to tell them I didn't want it and I had already asked someone to cancel it, the person on the line started yelling at me! How ridiculous is that? I asked to speak to a manager and they hung up on me! Long story short they will refuse to give you your money back, even though it was their fault! So I just called my bank and filed a claim against them!

same here. Its not free! its a big scam. they ask me to pay $4plus includes shipping. then when i received the product & try to view some comments here. i decided to cancel it. but its a lot of things to do & they wil ask me to pay more because i open the package already. & beside they gave me two products one is the trial pack, the other one is not.. really a scam! so what i did, browse their website and look for what other option. they have 2 option: the return or not to return. i choose not to return it but they ask me to pay another $19 plus and they will stop sending me products, no charging anymore. hoping that they will follow. coz if not. im going to close my account. & sue them as much as i can. hoping the government will hear all our concern!

The nicest talking sales rep contacted me about my request for a free sample. He talked with me about a 30 day supply for $78 and some cents. I told him I was not interested. He then said that I would receive my free sample for a small fee of $1.03 for s/h. Stupid me! I gave him my credit card number. In a few days my package came. Thinking tat it was my free sample I opened the box to find that it was the 30 day supply. After 3 emails I finally got a return authorization number. I just mailed everything back today. Well, I had to pay the post office $5.60 to mail the package to them. What is free about spending money? I hate for me to lie to me and even more try to dishonestly take my money.

Hi,
I have written a post a few posts down, but it seems like there is a lot of complaining by those of us taken advantage of by this company throughout the web, but they're still in business and continue to do this to people with impunity.

I have an idea. I've read that the BBB keeps getting complaints but can't seem to do anything for some unknown reason, but I think if we all take this on, we can hopefully change things for the better and keep these thieves from stealing from other innocent people.

The company hiding behind the Ivory White brand is called Convertis Marketing and are based out of Boulder Colorado. Their company is made up of the following management and a few of their families and if you look them up on-line, the picture is very disturbing.
Blair McNea- President
Brian Lint - Service Manager
Taree Dobie - Customer Service Manager
Heather Smith - Another Manager

The actual address is:
6202 Lookout Road
Boulder, CO 80301

According to an ex employee the only way you are going to get even with this company is to file a complaint with the attorney general. Here's their link: https://www.coloradoattorneygeneral.gov/departments/consumer_protection/file_consumer

I've personally also sent out emails to Proctor and Gamble - [email protected]

The two BBB's in Colorado: [email protected] and [email protected]

I've also sent this info including links to the hundreds of customer complaints on-line to the following news agencies in Colorado.
[email protected], [email protected], [email protected], myreport@thedenve[email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected] - there are more, and go for it, send it out to the world.

If you have any friends in the business, send it to them, if you have any police friends, send it to them, send it to everyone who might be able to do something, but for sure send it to the Attorney General.

Let's teach these guys a lesson in empathy. Make them feel the shock and disbelief in having the rug pulled out from under them, the same way they've made thousands of people feel.

What a bunch of low lifes that work at the call centre. I also purchased the 'free' trial, but have been getting charged monthly about $90 CAD since October 2011. Just found out and no product. Apparently there is a glitch with sending to Canada, and yes charge no product. $480 without me knowing. Thieves!!!!!

I just found out that if a Credit Card Company gets more than 1% complaints about a company they'll drop them. Without Visa or MC these guys can go out of business pretty quick. Sooooo, all of you that have written here, call your credit card company and complain - maybe we can put them out of business. A class action suite might be pricey, but we can do our part to show them what it feels like to be victimized and complain complain complain. I just reported them to the BBB in Colorado, but don't have a lot of hope in that. Maybe 'Anonymous Hackers' can do a number or them. Lets all complain and report them to our credit card companies.

I can so relate to all of you. I have been obsessed getting this company fined or shut down. I just took someones advise and contacted the BBB which redirected me to the BBB in CO. Hope to have a answer within 30 days. My issues for the past 2 months have been with SARAH/EMMA/TRACY..Funny same three people for such a large company. Do not think so...
I was told that they would not reply to me if I continued to use foul language. I used the word Bullshit.. I replied back with this bc this is exactly what their company represents: 1. Foolish, deceitful, or boastful language.
2. Something worthless, deceptive, or insincere.
3. Insolent talk or behavior
Good luck to all and let our voices be heard>>>>>>

I have filed a dispute with my credit card company, online as well as over the phone for confirmation.
I have also filed a dispute with the BBB.
They've messed with the wrong girl. I will NOT let this go. I'll keep calling, and calling, and calling, and calling, and calling, and calling, and calling, and calling, and calling, and calling, and calling, and calling, and calling, and calling, and calling, and calling, and calling, and calling, and calling, and calling, and calling, and calling, and calling, and calling, and calling, and calling, and calling, and calling, and calling....

Call your banks to get your money back - same happened to me OVER rather than 1.03 never got anything even free sample and they took 84.00 today - last month 78.00 and messed up my account. We need to help each other and stand against this corporate thieving bully 24 hours a day until they stop. You can change your debit card so they don't have the new one

OCCUPY IVORY WHITE AT 1-800-964-4593 (HIT 0 WHEN RECORDING COMES ON). make sure they know how you feel and they don't allow their victims to cuss. These are criminals - file BBB to get their email address and someone we can contact the owners or executives in in this company via email, fax, whatever - I told them I live at 1600 Pennsylvania and they did not even know it is the WH. They keep lying to me by saying they are in the US but not one speaks clear English and they are taught by rote and they outsource to other countries to avoid laws protecting our rights from these illegal charged. Occupy them until the walls of Ivory White fall down. They have taken well over 200.00 from me and I have Huntington's and on disability. Never received anything - no mail, no letter, no phone call - just large monthly deductions which I did not authorize or know about other than 1.03. Call your congressmen, senators, governors, council, press, Federal Trade Commission, and call these people hundreds times a day s so they cannot keep doing this with no problem. Never even seen this product and do not know what it looks like. File a fraudulent claim I have Bank of America and they told me the phone numbers and gave me my money back, but they stole 84.00 today -and don't appear to want to stop stealing and scamming my money and so many others. They need to go to jail.

OCCUPY IVORYWHITE -800-964-4593 - ANYONE GETS THE FAX AND EMAIL PLEASE POST THAT, BUT BETTER BUSINESS SHOULD HAVE THAT Information at BBB.

never any of this stuff and have never seen what they are charging me so much for...

Got scammed today. Credit card company caught the fraudulent activity. Billed by Ivory White the same as everyone. Even cancelled by phone but charges went through.

Credit card company says I must try to make contact first and gave me one toll free # to Ivory White

Another charge was made by Wild Sarm ???? 303 area code so to call will be to lose money on long distance.

I really hope the credit card company will help. I will ask for a new card but many sites say that they can hold you liable for charges even if you end your credit card.

If I get the product. I will upload the pics.

Cheers,

A
