The Luminous Brites company has setup a very misleading campaign to sell their teeth whitening system. A lot of people fail to realize during checkout that the company will charge $88.97 after the “$4.99 14-day trail”. Many people who purchased the sample for $4.99 and cancelled within the allotted time, were still sent follow-up packages and charged $88.97. Why in the world would anyone agree to pay over $80 a month when a professional teeth whitening procedure is less expensive? Avoid this company!

They are scammers and deserve to be closed down. Dont let that free trial fool you cause they have some hidden fees and they will not refund your money back...The reps there are such idiots and wont even try to help anyone with refunding...just go out and buy it from the store you'll be safer that way...

I was also mislead into this free trial. I didn't even open the package when I received it. Before I knew it, I was being charged $88.97 for an automatic shipment which I did not even realize I agreed to by ordering the "free" trial. The 2nd package came quickly. Like everyone else, I quickly pulled up the name on the package and sure enough it was the same charge on my bank statement. There is clearly NOT as much product in the syringe as they say. My trial only lasted me a few days. If it would have lasted longer, it might, "MIGHT" be worth the money.
This product REALLY works. I am not a smoker, but I do drink coffee and didn't realized how stained my teeth were until I used my two syringes. My teeth have NEVER been so WHITE!!! I was amazed. So...now I am trying to find another teeth whitening product in the store comparable to Luminous Brites because I simply CANNOT afford $90 for such a small supply.
Good luck to everyone out there looking for the same. If you come across something, please post it so I know what to try next.

SCAM!!! I have been sending this company emails since November 08. Most of the time, they don't respond at all. They might have responded 3 times to my 25 emails. Now they are telling me that since it has been more than 15 days, their policy says NO REFUND. I called and spoke with a real person (Brandon) who assured me that he knew nothing about my problem and couldn't find any email I had sent. OMG!!! He told me to contact the billing dept. as there was nothing he could do. But...he said they have no phone number. I must email them. When I asked for the email address, guess what??? It was the same address I had sent the 25 emails to!!! I, too, was charged $88.97. At one point, they said they would refund $34 and change. They didn't do that either. And I only received 2 packages. I have my bank working on this. They are filing a fraud claim against the company. PLEASE don't fall prey to this SHAM of a company!!!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE. Like so many companies out there, once they have your money they disappear. This is great for the economy by the way, scaring people into not spending a dime on the internet. Why honesty isn't apart of any business plan equation is well beyond my understanding. Treat people well, they come back and/or refer more business to you. Treat them like crap and.... well you know.

Yes I was also a victim of this "scam" The cancellation policy is one that is set up to frustrate the average consumer. Even though many people did not know about the forthcoming shipment, one of the biggest problems in my opinion is they make it so overwhelingly difficult to cancel by playing loud mozart muzak and keep you on hold for hours. They count on the fact that you will eventually hang up with the intention of calling back. The business practice of selling is vague, overpriced, low quality, manipulative. RIP OFF! Beware of any FREE TRIALS!! Crest should be ashamed for using its name here.
Report to BBB..I'm still waiting to return my unopened product for my money back and or the bank to take action.

I was taken in by the 'Crest' products included in the ad and in the trial pkg....however, when I received the next $89.97 charge and they refused to take their product back I knew I was scammed! I tried to get a credit thru my credit card company, but they could not do anything since the company does have a 'hidden' disclaimer. This company should be stopped! Is there a way to help stop them?

This is a robbery internet scam. Failed and delayed providing an RMA# for me to return the unwanted product and get refund within their policy of the 15 day gaurantee return & refund to all the shipment . I have posted a numerous complaints with BBB and FTC. Hoping this company will get shut down.

Biggest rip off. Got the trial kit and was not aware of any future orders coming to me then was billed $88.97 and they told me too late to cancel. The product is crappy and is not nearly worth $88.97. It was the same as the trial package which was two teeth trays and one syringe with gel in it. $88.97 for that? I just want to return the product which is not opened and get my money back but they won;t do it. reported them to the Better Business Bureau and everyone should
