NutraBrite Review

Nutrabrite's marketing tactics have become very bad lately. You will see this product advertised on the internet through fake testimonials posted on blogs and phony review sites. While the product may certainly be better than the scam brush-on whiteners, the company uses far too many illicit marketing tactics to make it legitimate. Their website will try to lure you in with their free sample offer - you will actually be signing up for a month-to-month supply that will initially be billed at $89, then $24.70 every 60 days.

Our Observations

  • NutraBrite falsely claims to be "The most advanced teeth whitening product ever" and "#1 Rated - Most Advanced Teeth Whitening Technology Ever Released"
  • Dr. Alan Creamer is not mentioned in any real dental publications. Questions from TWR to Cambridge Bio Sciences about his "phD" origin have gone unanswered.
  • They have fake testimonial sites setup such as sarahscleanteeth[dot]com and lisaswhitesmile[dot]com. Get the full list here.
  • Based off of information found from these testimonial sites, this company seems to have affiliations with other scam products such as Movie Star Look, Luminous Brites, and BellaBrite.

I HAVE NO ASSOCIATION WITH NUTRABRITE! Period!

I had really good results within 2-3 applications. I'm just a little busy and maybe lazy, to go all the way, so I don't know if it will go up as many shades of white as they say.
They stopped sending it to me because my credit card number was changed. I went without it for more than a few months before I realized. Then it took a while to actually find it. All I could find was complaints. My teeth are now looking pretty shabby. I have Nuatrabrite coming and I can't wait.
I can't imagine why it would work so well for me and not everyone else! I think a lot of people are missing out.....Seriously!

This company charge my account $79.99 not the $2.50 I was thinking I would be charge. When you are on line and click agree to the agreement they chrge you for the full amount. I had to go to the bank and fill out paper to get the refund and it was a real real lots of trouble.
Plus the phone number they have list is not an 800 number and is always busy.!.

Be ware of this fraud!

I was used in a differant way, my 13 year old daughter ordered the product without my consent. This was weeks after she had ordered. I went on line to check my balance and four charges $89.00 and 48.95 for Nutrabrite and 58.76 and 58.76 for Dazzle White. I have called both companies with no results. I will be contacting the BBB and my attorney. I'm not sure if anything can be done but I will at least try.

It is true. They are shady. However, I read up on how they operate and actually successfully ordered their product, received it, then canceled within their fine-print time frame. Actually using the product made me look like a rabid, drooling animal, but there were results. I wouldn't say they were HUGE but I didn't want really scary glow-in-the-dark teeth either. I'd say if you are very vigilant about making sure to call it might work. Other people have said the number they give you doesn't work. It did for me but maybe I was lucky. I'd never actually give them my money though. I put 5 for affordability because I ended up paying only $3 or something like that for S&H. You might not be that lucky though.

Didn't find anything in the written material re the trial period starting day of enrollment (unless it was buried in the T&C's). Never talked to anyone who told me this. Researched all over the internet and never saw anything questionable. Should have searched on "Nutribrite Sucks" to retrieve this website which would have deterred me from my mistake. Took 10 days to receive the product. 11 days later, ka-bam, $89.00 deducted from my account. Told them I would return it for credit as it wasn't yet opened but no response. I don't think they are technically scammers but, based on my experience, not very concerned with being forthright about their policies, either. Nutribrite product in the trash along with Nutribrite name.

The company is a real scam! The send you the product claiming they offer you a 21 day trial. I cancelled with them in the trial period, but they still have billed my account. I called to talk to them and they said they have charged me for the trial product!!!!
It burn my gums, to the point that I couldnot eat for about a week.. I only lived on fluid, because my lower jaw front gums were bleeding. Also, I saw no difference what soever. I have seen a better difference with the simple kit from the grocery store from aquafresh...
Please dont fall for this. Also, if you do, and need to take it up, try approaching your credit card company and dispute that charge. They could take it over with the company on your behalf.

I will acknowledge some culpability for not reading the fine-print, but I'm out the $89 for not canceling in the 21 day 'trial period'.

I'm laid-off since February and newly married. Could've done without being ripped for nearly $100. F' the F'in F'ers.

Whether this is a scam or not, I am unsure. I am glad however to have heard the responses claiming that it burns your gums b/c I a'int down with that. The doctor or whoever that created this is mentioned in an interesting article found here;
http://medical.presslib.com/dental/1305404.htm
Seems reputable but who knows. I started to get suspicious when I started looking at several different options and noticed that all the websites LOOK THE SAME. Now, if this Nutrabrite (which is patented btw) worked so well, I would think that they would have a better website or at least different from the competition, don't you? I mean what, did the same web designer get work from all these teeth whitening companies? The best for me was the "In the News" section on the Nutrabrite website, in their quotes, Nutrabrite was not even mentioned. Needless to say, I am done wasting this 1.5 hours on the net and will follow through with my dentists 400.00 procedure, this seems like too much drama. Good luck.

Do not buy. Tried the trial, no improvement in the least! When I cancelled immediately, I was shipped the full application still. Tried sending it back, they gave a po address, never picked up, item sent back to me - going through chargeback process as i type. Don't buy. Stick with Crest.

TOTAL SCAM. After free trial, you receive package. Package is not from Nutrabrite but from another company. If opened, you cannot return. Without realizing it, company had auto-debited my account. The customer service said I had 21 days to return if I had not opened. This is the second method to scam you. You receive bank statements once a month so unlikely you are even aware of the charge before it is too late to take any action.

Really sounds like everyone that's saying this is a 'scam' need to stop throwing your credit card numbers in every box without reading what you're actually paying for...

I didn't think the product worked so bad... the free trial isn't enough to make your teeth sparklingly white, but the fact that it probably whitened mine at least 3 shades for practically $5 isn't bad.

Tip: If something is to good to be true then check it out harder... it's your own fault if you can't read the fine print when it's displayed right in front of your face.

Don't buy this crap. I signed up for some internet marketing class and they teach all these methods of making money with these affliate marketing products like Nutra Brite. They write fake blogs and articles in a systematic way to get their stuff to rank high in the google search engine so that people can look at their page or blog and go buy the product. It's all a bunch of bullshit. These stupid loser internet marketers don't care anything about anyone just as long as they get sales.

They are magets. They'll say anything to get you to buy. They will rot in hell and all types of bad things will happen to them for "working in the dark against their fellow man". If there is an affliate link then don't buy it. Think common sense, just go to the dentist and get your teeth whitened properly or your dentist for a recommendation. Don't go on the net looking for stuff like this.

Its amazing to me that people don't read. NutraBrite is the absolute best teeth whitening product I've EVER used for the price nothing else is even close! I've had Zoom laser treatments, Crest Strips, dentist designed whiteners and they aren't even close in comparison to NutraBrite. I did have gum sensitivity like one of the others but they clearly disclosed that might occur in the instructions and it went away in just a few minutes. And everything I was charged was right on the order page of their website in plain view when I placed the order. Seems like to me a bunch of illiterate hacks below who don't read and the want to blame some one else for issues they themselves created. If you're willing to read and want not just a good but GREAT product then order this product and you won't be disappointed.

I don't know whether this is a scam or not, but I received the free trial and will not be using the whitener again. I only lasted about 5 minutes because my the product was burning my gums to the point I could not take it anymore. And then my gums were white for a good hour after that! Definitely do not waste the $3.95 on shipping and handling for this product.

NutraBrite scammed me. I fell for the web advertisement for NutraBrite and Movie Star Look. I received my free trials from both companies, only Movie Star Look clearly explained to me that I had to cancel my membership to avoid being charged nearly $100 for my next shipment. NutraBrite did no such thing to notify me of a "next shipment" or a $100 charge that was soon to come. I cancelled my Movie Star Look membership, but did not think I had to cancel a membership to NutraBrite. I was charged $93 for a product I never wanted. I called NutraBrite to find out how to get a refund and was told to send the product back, and the day they received my shipment, I would get my refund. I "next day aired" the package back to North Carolina, and I had tracking confirmation of it's arrival to it's origin and who it was signed by. I called that day and asked why I hadn't received my refund, and they told me they hadn't received my package. When I mentioned the fact that it was signed by a T Manning at 10:08 am on Monday morning, I was then told the "returns" department was "behind" and that it would take an extra 4-5 days. When I told the representatives that I paid expensive shipping fees to get the package there as soon as possible, I was told to call back the next day. I did call back the next day. No refund. They told me it would take 2-4 business days. When I called back again the NEXT day I was told it would take 3-5 business days. I finally received my refund 6 days later. I was spoken to very rudely every time I called to explain to a manager that I never wanted this monthly membership.

I contacted the Better Business Bureau in Asheville, North Carolina (where NutraBrite is located) about their selling practices. I probably will not see a full refund, and this company will probably not be shut down... but I'm happy to see a website like this that really brings truth to what these companies are doing to consumers in a bad economy. I'm 22 years old and had to pay my rent shortly after NutraBrite basically stole $93 out of my bank account. I've learned a valuable lesson, however... companies like NutraBrite will continue to feed on naiive consumers to flourish, which is unfair and not write. NutraBrite is definitley not a valid hard working company. I have contacted the Surgeon General of North Carolina, and hopefully these issues will soon be settled.

First of all, NutraBrite is the best product that I've ever used. It whitened my teeth to the whitest of their ability. As far as it being a scam, that's not true. All of the info was disclosed to you during the time of purchase. It explained the 21 day policy, and that the trial starts from the date you enrolled. None of that info was in fine print or hiden, and I read all of the info when entering my credit card info. so it's not a scam, you guys should probably try reading the info before entering your cc # online anywhere. And secondly, the pricing is as follows: the free 21 day trial offer 3.95 for s&h, the complete supply which arrives within 3 weeks after trial period is $89 and then every 60 days the touch ups are for $24.70. Of course if you CANCELLED before the trial end date, then all of the other charges can be avoided. NurtaBrite is a GREAT product!!!

NutraBrite is a scam. I saw no difference in the color of my teeth after using their product. I missed the 21 day deadline to cancel the free trial offer, mistakenly thinking it was a 30 day trial, and was told that if I returned the package unopened, that my account would be refunded the outrageous $89. However, you cannot "return to sender", as the return address differs from that on the shipping label, so it was returned to me. I took it to Fed Ex, but could not return it through them, as the return address is a P.O Box. The same with UPS. Finally, I took it to the post office, was able to send it back, only to have it returned to me with no refund, as it had by this time exceeded the time period in which the product may be returned, according to some fine print somewhere. All of the "rave reviews" are obviously planted. Also, it was definately not painless, and the customer service rep said that I must have a sensitivity to peroxide, so I'm assuming that that's the "miracle" ingredient. So save yourself the $89 and try something off the shelf, that isn't impossible to return.
