Premium White Review

The Premium White scam comes from the same company as the Dazzle White and Dazzle Smile scams (they have also used numerous other names as well). In fact, the fake Dazzle White Review and testimonial sites scattered throughout the internet now forward to the Premium White product. While the company has toned down their illicit marketing tactics with this whitening product "version", they is still plenty of it to qualify this product as a scam. Pro.

Our Observations

  • After the "free trial", Premium White will begin to charge you $87.62 per month as highlighted in their hard to see "terms and conditions."
  • Premium White will automatically enroll in you in a fitness program that costs money. The checkout page makes it difficult to see the offer so customers will likely add it to their order.
  • Premium White uses fake testimonial blogs and news sites to dupe consumers.
  • Premium White uses a fake dentist preferred seal on the last page of checkout page.
  • Premium White falsely claims to the be the #1 selling tooth whitener.

STAY AWAY!!!!

This companies sole purpose is to rip off hard-working, honest people.

People who actually contribute to society in some way in order to make an honest wage so that they can feed their children.

I honestly hope premium white goes up in flames with everyone working there in it. These idiots should be sterilized so they dont have the opportunity to create more scum.

What a bunch of scumbag, low-lifes.

I cannot believe how many other people have been caught out by this scam and how much money they have actually taken off people. Surely somthing has to be done about this and it is a sore lesson to be learned. If they are not going to refund me I atleast want the product back, if I have paid abt £87 pound for it. i was first charged 43.12 then 86.93dollars. These robbing Bs having to be stopped I can't believe I have been so stupid as I never buy anything online!!!!

Yes you are all totally right it is a scam and I too got sucked in but my only saving grace was that I used a credit card and I went back to them straight away after first month to the crdeit card company and told them what I thought was going on. I cancelled my card, they refunded all of the money the horrible company had stolen from me and I have learned a valuable lesson. T&C'c read them every time no matter what and always always buy with a credit card - I feel terrible for those that used a bank card as it is so very very difficult to get this whole thing stopped once you sign up for it.
We have to try and get the message out there about these terrible companies as I just saw them advertising again tonight on another website I was looking at and they really do look like genuine offers - too good to be true

What action can we take against this company?? My husband got scammed also. He has had a total of 3 charges already and has been battling with them. One of the charges they say it is past the date for him to return it for a refund. WTF?? One shipment they said we refused and it is at the post office. This is also a lie! The first pen came USPS and was put in the mailbox. How would we have been able to refuse it? I don't want to rest at just blogging about this company. They should NOT be in business!

This company deceive people into signing up for a free trial & then steal lots of money from your account. I had a total of £372 taken from my account before I was alerted by Visa. I have read a report that Visa have cut off payment processing services of 100 merchants who trade using this 'negative option' scam due to chronic complaints. Make sure you contact your bank / visa & I strongly advise you cancel your card.

I too fell for this SCAM - when I received the first pen - IT WAS EMPTY! Could not get a drop out of it so I called and explained it to them. They said they would resend me a new one. I told them I did not want to be charged an additional shipping charge and they assured me I wouldnt. Unbeknownst to me, they did charge me an ADDITONAL $87.62 so I was billed twice for something I didnt even use and have not recieved the second one! Now, a third one has been billed to my account as well as a fee for $24.82 for "Fit Club" - have no idea what that is for but it's all connnected to this SCAM! How in the world is this nonsense allowed to go on in this world! Too many people are being screwed by scammers - where is our protection?

Wow!! I felt like such an idiot to be so stupid to be scammed, until I found this site. I'm glad there's others that understand what HELL I've been through and still going through. Yes, I also have had at least $200 taken out of my account after cancelling twice! I fell for the two products originally known as South Beach and Dazzle. Of course, their names have been changed numerous times. It doesn't matter what the name is, they are all from the same company. Once I called the same number twice within minutes apart and asked what company they represent, first they were Premium White, then Dazzle. I did the livechat a couple times too. They have absolutely no conscience! I can't wait for them to get whats coming to them!!

I can't believe I fell for this one. I got the 'free trial' link from a legit Aussie website so didn't think too much before entering my details. They charged me with the postage which I'm fine with but also approx $54 for the 'free' mouth tray. There was definately no mention of a charge for this. It was simply a tick box at the end of the transaction.
I have been online to them twice and they claim it 'has been shipped' and that the 'mouth tray' was issued and charged for by a separate company. What a load of crap.
Luckily my bank picked up on it and have placed a claim on my behalf and have also cancelled my card so they can't charge me the additional $87 or so dollars.
What a load of cheats. I gave the online chat person heaps and even though I know they don't give a crap, I hope it eventually eats at their conscious. Well, one day anyways!

You guys are going to love this one. The post at the top about not wanting to inconvenience you, well it is word for word on the Denta white page by someone named Rachael. And she gave Premium White's page to talk to someone about cancellations. When I went online, they denied being part of Denta white. I think that a lot of these are the same people with different names. One gal used a bought visa with $2 on it so they can't scam her account. If you go to denta white, you will see a lot of the same complaints. There seem to be so many, they can't keep them all straight.

Absolutely sinful advertising. Like all others I was charged over US$80 before the trial period was over, in fact one day after receiving the product as it took a bit longer to get to Australia. I have certainly learnt my lesson and will ALWAYS read the terms and conditions before going on any trial etc.

I also purchased the 14 day free trial. After placing order, I didn't receive item for 14 days so I tried it for the 14 days then called them to tell them that I didn't care for product. I then noticed that they deducted $87 from my account prior to the end of the 14 day trial. They said that I had 3 days to return the item for a full refund. They start their 30 day guarantee from the day you order, not the day you receive to try for 14 days unless you call them and let them know that you received the item on this certain date(who would think to call them and tell them you received their item and were just starting the free trial period). After looking for the confirmation paperwork at home, I haven't been able to locate so they have told me that they processed the return item past the official return date and cannot return the amount of $87 takend from my account. Oh yeah, and that sneaky little listing about the fitness club that is also a charge unless you call to cancel is more of a scam that the whole trial period for the whitening system. I finally gave up after speaking to them at least 3-4 times about my refund. So out the window goes $87 and I will be purchasing my teeth whitening products at my local drugstore where I don't have to rely on mailing and confirmation that I am responsible for instead of the company. The certainly know when you get the item but take their time processing or checking when item was returned.

I saw the Free trial add on MSN and didnt think to check it out and to my cost have been charged an additional 91.35 US $ and no product to show for it. I phoned the number to get a refund and was told I am out of time and they won't reimburse me. I cancelled over the phone and got a cancellation reference number, but after reading the comments on this site I will be cancelling my card in the morning.
This is the first time I have ever been had, and I will think twice before buying anything from the US again

They kept sending me 1 every month and i didn't realize they were charging me 86.00 from my bank card. I called customer service and 1 i can return since is within 30 day guarantee, the other i cannot cause will be 1-2 days after the 30 day and they will not allow this due to terms and conditions.

Premium white does not work. I have used it for weeks and no difference. Its a scam after the initial trial offer of 1.95 they automatically sign you up for their automatic shipment after 14 days and charge your credit card for 86.70 dollars if you do not call to cancel within 14 days from when they ship it. And will continue to do so every 30days after that. And it does not work so do not believe it.

This has to be one of the biggest scams out there! Not only did they not tell me about an $86 automatic shipment and nothing about a $86 charge for the 14 day trial unit that was sent. If they had mentioned an 86 dollar charge I would have told them right then and there that they were out of their minds!!!
I like Diana, wish I had checked this out on your website, BEFORE getting sucked into the "Free Trial" When will we learn that if something is free in this country--that 95% of the time it is a scam! From reading all these complaints I plan to cancel this credit card as soon as the product has been returned (certified mail and signature required) and a refund has been put back to my card.

I rate this product a ZERO.
I also was scammed by this company. By the way, the company Ultra White, which i believe is also associated with this whole deal was shown in 20/20 as being a company that frauds people. In the show it mentioned it is owned by a guy named Jessie Wills. The report also mentioned his office is in Canada.
The scam this guy runs is very complex because he has many different companies going on at the same time, (apparently not all teeth whitening products). He has call centers in (from what I have been able to figure out) Colorado and Florida. And he sells in many different countries.
After getting the 86.93 charge for the "Free Trial" I called them but would not refund my money back because of their return policy.
I actually went to the FTC website and read somewhere in it that according to most states laws the return policy for a product has to be prominently displayed. I told the customer service agent that putting it in the terms and conditions is NOT prominently displaying the refund policy. I eventually blocked the card and I presented a fraud claim to my bank. We will see if they refund me the money.

This is a SCAM, as was reported by 9 out of the 10 ratings before mine. Mark must work for the company. These people have no conscience and have no problem taking money from unsuspecting consumers.
Based on reports filed all over the internet by consumer groups, I would recommend you do as I did and cancel your credit card that you used to purchase this "product" with. Although they tell you your account has been cancelled, I wouldn't count on it. They will milk your account for every penny and leave you holding the bill for merchandise you never received.

I also fell for the adds of the mom who found a great teeth whitening solution. I used Premium White. My mistake was I didn't read all the web pages completely and I didn't read the Terms and Conditions, found in a basic link at the bottom of the pages. I know to do that now.

Luckily I called right after I made my order and canceled my membership but I have still been using the trial. The Customer Service people are very helpful and one made sure to inform me of the 30 day trial period, if I keep it after the trial period's over I'll be charged. It's just been a little bit of a hassle to be refunded some money for a product I asked them to send and they never sent.

Moral: Do research before buying trials online

I'm probably going to send it back. It works pretty well and only tingles my teeth, but it's not worth the hassle or 80 or 90 some-odd dollars.

well you are right....this is a COMPLETE and total scam!!! I just received this product on the 28th and I have to have it returned by December 6th or I get charged over $80. That's not even a 14 day trial perior. PLUS they don't tell you anything about any $80 charge. I specifically asked the guy if there would be any other charges other than the shipping and he told me no. They refused to give me to a supervisor. In fact, hung up on me when I asked to speak to one despite several attempts at contacting one. I asked for a corporate phone number and they refused. DON'T FALL FOR THIS SCAM. IT IS A COMPLETE LIE AND THIS COMPANY IS A CON. I went back to the site with the foxnews consumer tips page that I ordered this from and the whiteners that are listed are not the same ones that were there when I placed the order. BUYER BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!

I'm happy with this product. The way I look at it is that this is actually a very fair deal. The company gives you risk free trial which is great... and if the product does not work for you in those first few days you can send it back and all is good.

Wow, wish I had checked this out on your website, BEFORE getting sucked into the "Free Trial"... I am including the text of an email I sent to FoxNews.com - since I saw the ad about the mom who found the greatest way to whiten your teeth on their website, which then had the link to this SCAM!

To Whom It May Concern:

I am writing this to complain about an advertisement that has been on your website several times regarding teeth whitening. I fell for the scam, because I assumed that if it was on FoxNews.com, it must be legit! Well, unfortunately I checked it out AFTER I signed up for my “Free Trial”… but I did call within 10 minutes of placing the order, and they did cancel my ‘membership’ but couldn’t stop the shipment of my ‘free trial’, and I will now be billed the $1.95 for shipping, plus if I don’t get the ‘free trial’ returned to them by December 6, I will be charged for a monthly fee of over $85.00! Also during the course of ordering my ‘free trial’ I was asked if I wanted to take advantage of the ‘free trays’, and of course I did, and NO WHERE did it say that I would be charged $48.95 for the ‘free trays’!

I am VERY disappointed that the FoxNews.com did not check this out BEFORE allowing an advertisement to be displayed on the website. I realize that you are not responsible for my error in judgment, but I felt you needed to know that this advertisement is not what it appears… a FREE trial! But I guess I should know better, if it sounds too good to be true, it probably isn’t!

THEY LIE TO YOU TO GET MONEY FROM YOU!!!
PremiumWhite posted links on the Web, which say about the FREE TRIAL, then they ask you your credit card number to pay for shipping 1.90 $ and say that is all you have to pay NOW. But after the order is completed it turnes out, that you are GOING TO PAY 80-something every month for the product they are going to send to you. I tried to call a customer service, they said IT IS NOT A FREE TRIAL - ITS A FREE MEMBERSHIP, which I can cancell, but they are still going ti send that one product to me. In the membership cancellation letter they send to me they say, after I have cancelled membership, I don't have to pay for anything, that hasn't been already shipped. So I call the Customer service again and ask if it was already shipped, because the just couldn't have shipped it, since from the moment I placed the order and called for the cancellation passed like 15-20 minutes. I ask them if they shipped the product and they say yes, I ask for the tracking number or some other information on the shipment and they say they(whoever is on the phone and their supervisor or anyone else) just don't have the contact with the contact with the warehouse from where it's been shipped. I STILL DIDN"T GET THE PRODUCT - A WEEK SINCE THE ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED.

Premium White is the new name of Dazzle White, DazzleSmile Pro, and White Smile. This company (Operated by Jesse Willms I believe) is constantly changing their product name! As soon as legitimate sites like this catch on to the scam, they rebrand their product and restart their marketing machines. Buyer Beware! If you have ordered from this company, I suggest canceling your credit card immediately! Have your bank send you a new one.
