The RemBright system is a scam. You will see this product advertised on the internet through fake testimonials posted on blogs. While the product may certainly be better than the scam brush-on whiteners, the company uses far too many illicit marketing tactics to make it legitimate. Their website will try to lure you in with their free sample offer - you will actually be signing up for a month-to-month supply that will be billed at $88.97 per month.

Left messages as no one ever answers, sent emails, no response. I don't have proof of return so cc won't credit. SCAM SCAM SCAM--DO NOT TRY THIS!!! Even if it did work the company is terrible.

I found this website when i wanted to try different teeth whitening methods before buying them. They will say there is a free offer (even though the main website is different from the trial offer link, but the order form is the same) and all you have to do is pay a small s&h fee but dont fall for it! You get a 10 day free trial, but they wont ship it until days later, causing the 10 day trial to be useless and over once you finally receive the product. I first got the "custom molding trays", but no teeth whitening gel. I called and asked if it would be coming soon and they said it should be here already according to their "records". Magically i get the gel a week later with the postmark date being the day after i called and asked where my gel was. After receiving it the "gel syringes" had leakage in the plastic packaging and it had another "custom molding tray". I called to let them know that the "gel syringes" where leaking and i lost product but they did not offer me a replacement and informed me my 10 day trial was up according to their "records". I checked my bank account later after feeling like this entire thing wasnt right and sure enough i was charged $88 for the "sample trial". I called and talked to someone who said they would talk to their boss for me to get a refund and call me back that day. NOTHING FOR A WEEK! I called back and stated my problem on their answering machine (yes, an answering machine during business hours for a "big teeth whitening company"), still no call back even after repeating this step for the next 4 days everyday. I got smart and called leaving a fake name and number saying i was interested in purchasing their product, and sure enough a call back not even an hour later! That day i had the bank account problem settled with a refund, minus around a $15-$25 "restocking fee", for an full sized kit i was suppose to mail back when i received it, WHICH WAS NEVER, even though the operator stated it was shipped the day of my payment because by providing my credit card number i was signing up for a membership that provided a full kit every month. Dont fall for this! Run away!

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THE BOGUS FREE TRIAL...NOTHING IS FREE! I HAVE HAD OVER $150 WITHDRAWN FROM MY ACCOUNT THUS FAR. I HAVE SPENT SO MUCH TIME TRYING TO STOP THEM FROM WITHDRAWING ANYMORE. THEY SHOULD BE BANNED FROM THE INTERNET!

They say you have a ten day trail but the ten days start as soon as you order it , but they don't ship it off until two days after you order it which doesn't get to you until the 10th/ 14th day so you really don't know if the product works . By that time they have already billed your card another 88 dollars.

I found two entries on my credid card stratement for "caliebeachpanama" each for $30.00 which turned to be Rem Bright tooth whitener. I have no idea how this got on my credit card --I originally did order a sample and paid the postage but cancelled any more products. This sounds like a scam to bill for names one doesn't recognize

I purchased a RemBright teeth whitening kit without researching it first, now that I have found this website I am worried that I will get charged the amount specified on this page. Is there a way to cancel this "subscription"? I did not know that I would be signing up to pay this amount.
