Works pretty well for me as a mouthwash. Doesn't do much in terms of whitening.

I've been using the SmartMouth 2 Step Mouth Rinse for quite a while now. I have bad breath due to poor digestion, but this mouthwash seems to help with the breath issues for a good 5 hours.
